Botimi i revist\u00ebs politike\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/migjeni.si\/\">Alternativa<\/a><\/em>\u00a0u zhvendos n\u00eb Lubljan\u00eb, ngase p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve kritike ndaj politik\u00ebs zyrare, botimi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ishte i pamundur. Mir\u00ebpo, ajo vinte n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ilegalisht, si\u00e7 vinin asokohe edhe shum\u00eb produkte t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sanksioneve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ndaj Jugosllavis\u00eb, nuk gjendeshin m\u00eb n\u00eb treg. Po t\u00eb kapeshe me\u00a0<em>Alternativ\u00ebn<\/em>, mund ta p\u00ebsoje pak a shum\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm sikur po t\u00eb kapeshe me nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri. Megjithat\u00eb,\u00a0<em>Alternativa<\/em>\u00a0gjendej, qarkullonte e lexohej dor\u00eb m\u00eb dor\u00eb. Njer\u00ebzit blinin gazetat e revistat dhe pasi i lexonin mir\u00eb e mir\u00eb, i ruanin e i arkivonin. Ishin dy gazeta ditore t\u00eb cilat lexoheshin gjer\u00ebsisht,\u00a0<em>Bujku<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Koha Ditore<\/em>. Kjo e fundit ishte gazeta e par\u00eb e pavarur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Veprimtaria botuese, edhe e gazetave e librave, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb 90-ave, ishte tkurrur e reduktuar skajshm\u00ebrisht dhe kjo tkurrje ua kishte shtuar urin\u00eb njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebn e shkruar. Njer\u00ebzit u obsesionuan pas ruajtjes s\u00eb gazetave t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme dhe kjo duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb padyshim nisma m\u00eb e madhe e arkivimit privat n\u00eb historin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzimit. Tavan\u00ebt e sht\u00ebpive, bodrum\u00ebt dhe kudo ku kishte pak hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, u mbush\u00ebn me gazeta. Ishte kjo nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje\u00a0<em>biblike<\/em>\u00a0p\u00ebr ta\u00a0<em>prezervuar<\/em>\u00a0<em>historin\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0q\u00eb po ndodhte para syve t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve. Fjala nuk kishte m\u00eb pesh\u00eb, n\u00ebse ajo nuk ishte e shkruar. Dhe ishte fjala e shkruar ajo q\u00eb duhej t\u2019i kund\u00ebrvihej territ informativ q\u00eb kishte kapluar vendin, por duhej t\u2019i kund\u00ebrvihej edhe rr\u00ebfimeve e miteve urbane q\u00eb nis\u00ebn t\u00eb qarkullonin, p\u00ebr ca pleq\u00a0t\u00eb arrir\u00eb a profet\u00eb, q\u00eb\u00a0<em>shfaqeshin<\/em>\u00a0urave t\u00eb drunjta, udh\u00ebve t\u00eb shkreta, apo m\u00ebngjeseve t\u00eb hershme dhe q\u00eb jepnin parashikime ogurzeza p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn<em>\u00a0q\u00eb do t\u2019ishte nj\u00eb kasaphan\u00eb..<\/em>. K\u00ebta\u00a0<em>pleq legjendash<\/em>, shfaqeshin krejt papritur, n\u00eb intervale t\u00eb ndryshme kohore dhe rr\u00ebfimet e profecit\u00eb e tyre q\u00eb bartnin tek ne t\u00eb gjall\u00ebt kishin n\u00eb vete fjal\u00eb t\u00eb frikshme:\u00a0<em>gjak, luft\u00eb, kasaphan\u00eb, zjarr, rrafsh me tok\u00eb, shp\u00ebrngulje, apokalips\u00eb, n\u00ebna q\u00eb qajn\u00eb, f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb mbetur jetim\u00eb, xhami e kisha t\u00eb shembura, fusha me varre e male t\u00eb djegura<\/em>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tmerri i luft\u00ebs po jetohej e p\u00ebrjetohej akoma pa ndodhur n\u00eb realitet. Legjendat po e ushtronin pushtetin e tyre t\u00eb plot\u00eb mbi t\u00eb gjall\u00ebt e frik\u00ebsuar nga ajo q\u00eb pritej t\u00eb vinte. Prandaj duhej fjala e shkruar. Kush m\u00eb mir\u00eb se sa ajo mund t\u2019i kund\u00ebrvihet frik\u00ebs? Kush m\u00eb mir\u00eb se fjala e shkruar do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishte d\u00ebshmitare p\u00ebr at\u00eb dram\u00eb q\u00eb po ndodhte \u2013 dhe at\u00eb dram\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, q\u00eb pritej t\u00eb ndodhte? Fjala e shkruar, meq\u00eb d\u00ebshmonte qart\u00eb dhe me p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhte, dhe sh\u00ebrbente si antipod i atyre legjendave urbane q\u00eb vinin nga mjegullat.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, kur n\u00eb t\u00eb rrall\u00eb duan t\u2019ia faturojn\u00eb vetes ndonj\u00eb l\u00ebshim a t\u00eb met\u00eb, shpesh ndalen tek mungesa e librave dhe e dokumenteve t\u00eb shkruara nga e kaluara. Epik\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb pasur gojore e p\u00ebrmendin me krenari, por edhe si pik\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt. \u201cNe\u201d, thon\u00eb, \u201cs\u2019kemi dashur t\u2019i shkruajm\u00eb historit\u00eb e t\u00eb b\u00ebmat tona, i kemi transmetuar ato gojarisht, por fjal\u00ebt i merr era\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa serb\u00ebt, sipas tyre, kan\u00eb shkruar gjith\u00e7ka, kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb dokumente, natyrisht t\u00eb shkruara, ashtu si\u00e7 u ka shkuar p\u00ebrshtati atyre. Shqiptar\u00ebt k\u00ebt\u00eb\u00a0<em>argument<\/em>\u00a0p\u00ebr paaft\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebn e shkruar e p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr t\u2019iu kund\u00ebrv\u00ebn\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar pron\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb raport me d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e shkruara serbe. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja q\u00eb, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb 90-ave, kur ishin d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb\u00a0<em>historis\u00eb<\/em>, ata donin t\u00eb kapeshin fort pas fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb shkruara. Fjala q\u00eb vinte nga librat e gazetat bartte gati t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat porosi kobndjell\u00ebse si ato q\u00eb vinin nga ata\u00a0<em>profet\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0imagjinar\u00eb, sepse realiteti ishte i till\u00eb e lufta ishte n\u00eb horizont. Megjithat\u00eb, njer\u00ebzit preferonin fjal\u00ebn e shkruar, t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00ebn e shkruar, se tashm\u00eb qen\u00eb ngopur me fjal\u00eb e goj\u00ebdh\u00ebna t\u00eb ardhura pa adres\u00eb, nga mjegullnajat e koh\u00ebs\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 nis\u00ebn t\u00eb besonin se t\u00eb mirat mund t\u2019u vijn\u00eb prej librave, njer\u00ebzit besonin poashtu se edhe t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat mund t\u2019u vijn\u00eb prej librave. Prandaj, at\u00eb dit\u00eb kur n\u00eb oborrin e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, familjar\u00ebt e mi digjnin\u00a0<em>librat e kuq<\/em>\u00a0t\u00eb komunizmit, ata me k\u00ebt\u00eb akt sikur donin t\u00eb \u00e7liroheshin nga nj\u00eb mallkim i mo\u00e7\u00ebm. \u00c7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta, ata kishin jetuar mir\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e socializmit, kishin qen\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar, duke g\u00ebzuar shum\u00eb privilegje q\u00eb i ofronte ai sistem. Megjithat\u00eb, se ajo periudh\u00eb ishte\u00a0<em>e keqe<\/em>, ky ishte nj\u00eb konstatim i koh\u00ebs i shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ishte nj\u00eblloj koncensusi publik q\u00eb duhej pranuar. Prandaj, trash\u00ebgimia e atij sistemi duhej flakur, se ashtu kishte gjykuar historia. E \u00e7far\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb sesa librat p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e atij sistemi? Dhe \u00e7ka m\u00eb mir\u00eb sesa djegia e atyre librave mund ta zhb\u00ebnte trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e asaj kohe? Akti i djegies s\u00eb atyre librave nuk ishte publik, ngase piroman\u00ebt s\u2019kishin nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb shfaj\u00ebsim, sado q\u00eb disa prej tyre kishin qen\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb. Akti i djegies ishte m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nj\u00eb akt teatral a melodramatik i eksorcizmit \u2013 i spastrimit prej asaj trash\u00ebgimie\u00a0<em>t\u00eb keqe<\/em>!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trumpetat e nacionalist\u00ebve d\u00ebgjohen ende<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amin Maalouf, shkrimtari libanezo-francez, thot\u00eb se ne nuk mund t\u2019i lejojm\u00eb vetes t\u2019i njohim\u00a0<em>t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt<\/em>\u00a0n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt, t\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqshme, shkel e shko. Duhet, thot\u00eb ai, q\u00eb t\u2019i njohim n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb delikate, nga af\u00ebr, madje intime. Mir\u00ebpo, kjo mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre dhe para s\u00eb gjithash let\u00ebrsis\u00eb. Ai thot\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb se intimiteti i nj\u00eb populli \u00ebsht\u00eb let\u00ebrsia e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Trumpetat e nacionalist\u00ebve t\u00eb verb\u00ebr kan\u00eb jehuar vazhdimisht, si kund\u00ebrshtim ndaj iniciativave t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit kulturor Kosov\u00eb-Serbi. N\u00eb Beograd, n\u00eb disa raste, kund\u00ebrshtit\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb madje edhe t\u00eb dhunshme. Dhe derisa, qarkullimi kulturor mes Kosov\u00ebs e Serbis\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb presionit t\u00eb nacionalist\u00ebve e t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve, shpesh ka hasur n\u00eb gozhd\u00eb, ai mes vendeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ish Jugosllavis\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb binar\u00eb dhe rrjedh\u00eb pak m\u00eb normalisht. N\u00eb secilin rast, sfidat jan\u00eb akoma aty dhe ato nuk duhen n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsuar.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebs\u00ebpari, pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e politikan\u00ebve nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim &#8211; p\u00ebr kurrfar\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi q\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb sillte normalitet e paqe afatgjate. Sepse\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/sasha-amp-jeton-bllogje-tematike\/\">alarmi i kurdisur<\/a>\u00a0i\u00a0<em>emergjenc\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare<\/em>\u00a0p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb\u00a0<em>sulmi nga brenda apo nga jasht\u00eb<\/em>, atyre u sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur v\u00ebmendjen e publikut larg problemeve reale me t\u00eb cilat vendet e rajonit ballafaqohen: varf\u00ebria, korrupsioni, gjendja e mjerueshme e institucioneve, krimi i organizuar etj. Por nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm politikan\u00ebt, jan\u00eb edhe plot mendje t\u00eb ndryshkura mes t\u00eb ashtuquaturave elita intelektuale q\u00eb paqes s\u00eb brisht\u00eb i rrin\u00eb mbi kok\u00eb si gogol\u00eb, duke provuar ta trembin e ta zhb\u00ebjn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kur para ca vitesh, n\u00eb Kanada, takova nj\u00eb profesor universiteti q\u00eb tha se ishte\u00a0<em>jugosllav<\/em>\u00a0dhe se vinte nga\u00a0<em>Jugosllavia<\/em>\u00a0(pa \u00e7ka q\u00eb n\u00eb realitet Jugosllavi m\u00eb nuk kishte), ai nisi t\u00eb ankohej n\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat q\u00eb i kishin ndodhur planetit, por para s\u00eb gjithash, sepse e kishin shkat\u00ebrruar Jugosllavin\u00eb. Ai po m\u00eb thoshte: \u201cne ua dham\u00eb universitetin n\u00eb vitin 1974, ju m\u00ebsuam t\u00eb lexoni e t\u00eb shkruani, e ju na e kthyet me t\u00eb keq, duke e treguar fytyr\u00ebn tuaj t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d. Me \u201c<em>ne<\/em>\u201d ai e kishte fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr komunist\u00ebt jugosllav\u00eb. N\u00eb projektimin e tij t\u00eb\u00a0<em>gabimeve historike\u00a0<\/em>t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb socialiste, ky ishte nj\u00ebri prej gabimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha: shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur kurr\u00eb t\u2019u jipej universiteti, sepse, mu si Prometheu q\u00eb mori zjarrin nga Zeusi e ua dha njer\u00ebzve, ata e mor\u00ebn at\u00eb (Universitetin) dhe pastaj flaka e dijes, e shkrimit, e fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb shkruar, u p\u00ebrhap dhe m\u00eb s\u2019u ndal \u2013 deri n\u00eb\u00a0<em>shkat\u00ebrrimin<\/em>\u00a0e Jugosllavis\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai vazhdonte ta kishte p\u00ebr zem\u00ebr. Mendje t\u00eb deformuara, anakronike dhe me brum\u00eb fashizmi, si kjo e profesorit\u00a0<em>jugosllav<\/em>\u00a0n\u00eb Kanad\u00eb, besoj hasen\u2013 nga t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb produkti m\u00eb unik q\u00eb ka mundur t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb politika hegjemoniste, afshi nacionalist e pasioni\u00a0\u00a0shkat\u00ebrrimtar. Ata jan\u00eb akoma mes nesh, me shpata t\u00eb ngrehura, gati p\u00ebr marsh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ninullat q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sh\u00ebrojn\u00eb traumat tona<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb xhamat e dritareve i pastrojn\u00eb me gazet\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb t\u00eb 90-ave, ca familje m\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebra q\u00eb s\u2019ua mbante xhepi t\u00eb blinin gazeta, vinin dhe na i k\u00ebrkonin n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. Ne ua jepnim ato q\u00eb nuk i arkivonim. Dhe kur ndokush nga k\u00ebto familje trokiste n\u00eb der\u00eb e pyeste \u201ca keni ndonj\u00eb gazet\u00eb\u201d, n\u00ebnkuptohej q\u00eb po k\u00ebrkonin gazeta p\u00ebr lexim, por pastaj edhe p\u00ebr pastrim t\u00eb xhamave. Nuk kishte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sa e mo\u00e7me ishte gazeta. Ata nj\u00ebher\u00eb e lexonin mir\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe pastaj me t\u00eb pastronin xhamat e dritareve. Si\u00e7 e kam kuptuar, xhami nj\u00ebher\u00eb lahet me uj\u00eb dhe pastaj, me gazet\u00ebn e zhubrosur i jepet edhe nj\u00eb pastrim i fundit p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb shk\u00eblqimin p\u00ebrfundimtar. Nuk e di n\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera, as n\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqia e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn prodhohet gazeta q\u00eb ka efekt pastrimi, apo n\u00eb vet\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e shtypura! Ose ndoshta n\u00eb asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn. Kjo s\u2019do t\u00eb m\u00eb \u00e7udiste, se ballkanasit din\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb efektin e prodhojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm ne mendjet e tyre. Por s\u2019ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, un\u00eb dua t\u00eb besoj n\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e fjal\u00ebve p\u00ebr pastrim. Fjal\u00ebt e shkruara mund t\u00eb na e pastrojn\u00eb mendjen e errur e shpirtin e mjegulluar nga urrejtja, smira e d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrim t\u00eb tjetrit.<\/p>\n<p>Pas krejt k\u00ebtyre librave q\u00eb jan\u00eb djegur e shkat\u00ebrruar, se\u00e7 u kemi hyr\u00eb disi n\u00eb hak fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb shkruara! Ai hak tani duhet lar\u00eb, duke shkruar fjal\u00eb t\u00eb reja, pafund\u00ebsisht fjal\u00eb. Por jo fjal\u00eb q\u00eb helmojn\u00eb, jo fjal\u00eb q\u00eb hedhin mjegull mbi t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, q\u00eb thellojn\u00eb urrejtjen, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb akoma gjak, tash e n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Na duhen fjal\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr dhimbjen ton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, fjal\u00eb q\u00eb u k\u00ebndojn\u00eb ninulla traumave e vuajtjeve tona, fjal\u00eb q\u00eb sh\u00ebrojn\u00eb plag\u00eb e q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen ta ndreqin rajonin, ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb vend m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Na duhen fjal\u00eb q\u00eb kallxojn\u00eb tmerrin e p\u00ebrjetuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto an\u00eb, dhe na duhen fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me gisht kah fajtor\u00ebt, ata t\u00eb dikurshmit dhe ata t\u00eb ardhshmit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb vijn\u00eb. Se si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Ernest Gellner te\u00a0<em>Kondita e Liris\u00eb<\/em>, \u201ckur shkat\u00ebrrohen rende e besime shoq\u00ebrore, zakonisht jan\u00eb ca ithtar\u00eb besnik\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt luftojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb istikamin e fundit\u201d.
