Today, an open discussion was held at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Pristina, in the Sociology Assembly, within the framework of the project \"Combating Extremism in Kosovo,\" which is supported through the Matra program of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kosovo. This meeting gathered professors and students from the Department of Sociology to discuss the latest findings of the research report \"The Fight Against Extremism in Kosovo\" and its significance in both academic and social contexts.<\/p>\n
As part of the meeting, Alban Bokshi, project manager and editor of the research report, together with Adelina Hasani, author of the report, presented the main findings of the study, offering a detailed overview of its content, methodology, and significance. The discussion also delved deeper into the forms, narratives, and impact of right-wing extremism in Kosovo.<\/p>\n
After the presentation, participants had the opportunity to engage in an open discussion, addressing various aspects of the report, including the methodology used, the analysis of extremism factors in Kosovo, and strategies for its prevention. Students also raised questions about the topics discussed.<\/p>\n
This open discussion marked an important step in strengthening academic dialogue and actively involving students in research processes, creating a valuable platform for discussing and further developing topics of sociological and societal importance.<\/p>\n
