Mir\u00ebpo, nj\u00eb universitet q\u00eb u p\u00ebrshtatet deri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkall\u00eb nevojave t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, pushon s\u00eb qeni universitet.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Universiteti, para s\u00eb gjithash, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkoll\u00eb e mendimit, institucion i edukimit t\u00eb qytetarit, akademi e emancipimit t\u00eb individit e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Me pak fjal\u00eb, universiteti e m\u00ebson studentin t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb, e edukon qytetarin t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb arsyen publike dhe e formon qytetarin\u00eb ku respektohet dinjiteti njer\u00ebzor dhe ku kryhen p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi publike. Pra, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, ai synon t\u00eb formoj\u00eb qytetar\u00eb dhe t\u2019i edukoj\u00eb ata si an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb komunitetit shtet\u00ebror, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn civile. Ky rol emancipues i universitetit \u00ebsht\u00eb sidomos i vlefsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr studimet shoq\u00ebrore e humane: filozofi, sociologji, antropologji, shkenca politike, shkenca t\u00eb edukimit, studime gjinore, studime t\u00eb medias, studime kulturore, histori, let\u00ebrsi, arte, e t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i par\u00eb i universitetit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb student\u00ebt p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs, por t\u2019i ndihmoj\u00eb t\u00eb shohin e t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej komuniteteve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb ngushta dhe ekskluzive, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb komunitetet e familjeve, rajoneve, ideologjive dhe grupeve m\u00eb t\u00eb ngushta identitare t\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdoshme. Para se t\u00eb aft\u00ebsoj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00eb p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs, universiteti e edukon popullin. K\u00ebsisoj, pedagogu universitar \u00ebsht\u00eb, para s\u00eb gjithash, edukues i popullit dhe jo trajnues i individ\u00ebve p\u00ebr profesione q\u00eb i duhen kapitalit. Mbase nj\u00eb arsye si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb ket\u00eb aq shum\u00eb profesor\u00eb n\u00eb universitet, por aq pak edukues e intelektual\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e tyre q\u00eb flasin e shkruajn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar p\u00ebrgjigjje p\u00ebr pyetjet e dilemat e qytetar\u00ebve dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e publikut, q\u00ebndron pik\u00ebrisht te trysnia q\u00eb u b\u00ebhet pedagog\u00ebve universitar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb trajner\u00eb n\u00eb vend se edukues e intelektual\u00eb, pasi edhe vet\u00eb universiteti \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn trysnin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb madhe trajnimi.<\/p>\n<p>Ky rol i universitetit k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohet nga k\u00ebrkesa e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs q\u00eb rrezikon ta zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e universitetit duke e shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb trajnimi p\u00ebr profesionet q\u00eb i duhen kapitalit. Andaj, mb\u00ebshtetja q\u00eb nj\u00eb qeveri apo grup i ofron ides\u00eb p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb universiteti t\u2019i plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tendenc\u00eb p\u00ebr ta reduktuar universitetin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb trajnimi p\u00ebr profesionet q\u00eb ofrohen n\u00eb treg dhe p\u00ebrligjje e nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb tregut n\u00eb autonomin\u00eb dhe rolin emancipues t\u00eb universitetit, e sidomos t\u00eb studimeve shoq\u00ebrore e humane. Duke qen\u00eb se universiteti \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, ky p\u00ebrb\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim serioz p\u00ebr vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile dhe, rrjedhimisht, demokracin\u00eb. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, qeverit\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb shkollim profesional p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsim n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ngushta ku t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb aft\u00ebsohen p\u00ebr zanate e pun\u00eb, n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb tentojn\u00eb ta kompensoj\u00eb munges\u00ebn ose mosfunksionimin e shkollave profesionale me studime t\u00eb larta universitare, duke cenuar k\u00ebshtu rolin e universitetit dhe autonomin\u00eb e tij. Ndryshe, nj\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb nuk vepron k\u00ebsisoj do t\u00eb mbahet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb politik\u00ebs n\u00eb universitet, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar d\u00ebshtimet e politikave arsimore ose p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb tregut dhe kapitalit.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja e p\u00ebrhapur, por e gabuar, se roli i kryesor i universitetit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb trajnoj\u00eb student\u00ebt p\u00ebr pun\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb problematike n\u00ebse e shikojm\u00eb edhe nga nj\u00eb aspekt tjet\u00ebr. Universiteti nuk mundet, edhe po t\u00eb doj\u00eb, t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb si shkoll\u00eb e aft\u00ebsimit profesional. \u00cbsht\u00eb e pamundur q\u00eb programet studimore universitare t\u2019ua m\u00ebsojn\u00eb student\u00ebve pun\u00ebt q\u00eb ata e ato do t\u2019i kryejn\u00eb pasi t\u00eb diplomojn\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb kemi programe p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn nga k\u00ebto profesione. P\u00ebr shembull, programet studimore t\u00eb sociologjis\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019ua m\u00ebsojn\u00eb student\u00ebve pun\u00ebn e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, hulumtimit t\u00eb opinionit dhe prirjeve publike, hulumtimit t\u00eb tregut, pun\u00ebt n\u00eb organizata qeveritare ose n\u00eb sektorin e pun\u00ebs sociale, n\u00eb politik\u00eb, administrat\u00eb, etj., me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, profesionet ku zakonisht pun\u00ebsohen t\u00eb diplomuarit e sociologjis\u00eb. Universiteti i familjarizon student\u00ebt me arritjet e shkenc\u00ebs q\u00eb studiohet, kryesisht n\u00eb rrafshin abstrakt teorik, dhe m\u00eb pak n\u00eb rrafshe konkrete empirike n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr fushash t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs, duke synuar k\u00ebshtu t\u2019ua m\u00ebsoj\u00eb student\u00ebve logjik\u00ebn e t\u00eb menduarit dhe t\u00eb analiz\u00ebs n\u00eb fushat e shkenc\u00ebs p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Universiteti nuk mund t\u2019i trajnoj\u00eb student\u00ebt p\u00ebr pun\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm t\u2019i p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb ata p\u00ebr pun\u00eb sipas kuptimit q\u00eb e specifikova. Student\u00ebt do ta m\u00ebsojn\u00eb profesionin n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, vet\u00ebm pasi t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohen. Duke iu p\u00ebrshtatur k\u00ebrkesave konkrete t\u00eb detyrave t\u00eb profesionit, puna m\u00ebsohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs. Kur nj\u00eb student studion n\u00eb universitet, as vet\u00eb ajo\/ai s\u2019e di se \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb punoj\u00eb, e as universiteti s\u2019mund ta parashoh\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e tyre. Mir\u00ebpo, universiteti mund t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb programet studimore ashtu q\u00eb t\u2019u ofroj\u00eb student\u00ebve nj\u00eb baz\u00eb p\u00ebr profesionin e tyre t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, cilido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai, por t\u00eb cilin student\u00ebt do ta m\u00ebsojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, ose nga p\u00ebrvoja, ose me lexim e familjarizim me pun\u00ebn q\u00eb u caktohet sipas kontrat\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrshkrimit t\u00eb detyrave t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, ose p\u00ebrmes trajnimeve q\u00eb i siguron vet\u00eb, ose p\u00ebrmes pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit. P\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrgatitur m\u00eb shum\u00eb student\u00ebt p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs, universiteti gjithashtu mund t\u00eb themeloj\u00eb qendra ose akademi trajnimi p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsi konkrete, por t\u00eb ndara nga programet studimore t\u00eb cilat nuk duhen dhe nuk mund t\u00eb ndikohen n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga konsideratat p\u00ebr tregun.<\/p>\n<p>Me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb aq programe universitare sa ka edhe profesione dhe e pamundur q\u00eb t\u00eb parashikohen profesionet e student\u00ebve. Shto k\u00ebtu se, p\u00ebrve\u00e7q\u00eb e pamundur, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe e pad\u00ebshirueshme, p\u00ebr aq sa funksioni i universitetit n\u00eb raport me tregun e pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb mobilitet, kreativitet dhe mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb reja n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb i diplomuar n\u00eb universitet t\u00eb mund t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb e t\u00eb nd\u00ebrroj\u00eb profesione, por edhe t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb profesione t\u00eb reja. Nuk do mend se kjo nuk nuk arrihet duke trajnuar student\u00ebt p\u00ebr nj\u00eb profesion, por duke i shkolluar ata\/ato n\u00eb nj\u00eb drejtim shkencor q\u00eb, m\u00eb pas, t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs e, madje, edhe t\u2019i sfidojn\u00eb kufizimet dhe zgjerojn\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e profesioneve ekzistuese.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar, roli i paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm i universitetit n\u00eb edukimin e qytetarit dhe formimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb qytetare duhet t\u00eb mbrohet nga trysnia e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Klasa universitare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kabinet ku m\u00ebsohen teknikat e profesioneve q\u00eb ofron tregu, por laborator mendimi ku studenti m\u00ebson t\u00eb \u00e7lirohet nga kufizimet q\u00eb i v\u00eb tregu, si n\u00eb mendim, ashtu edhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike e profesionale. N\u00eb laboratorin e klas\u00ebs universitare, studenti m\u00ebson t\u00eb guxoj\u00eb t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb e t\u00eb shprehet p\u00ebrtej kufijve q\u00eb ia v\u00ebn\u00eb familja, komuniteti, politika, shteti e shoq\u00ebria. Aty studenti gjen lirin\u00eb dhe kuraj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb provuar ide dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb eksperimentuar me to. Mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb trajnohen student\u00ebt n\u00eb katedrat universitare t\u00eb shkencave humane e shoq\u00ebrore: t\u2019i argumentojn\u00eb idet\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu t\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb sigurt n\u00eb dijen e tyre, pa u m\u00ebrizitur se a p\u00ebrputhen ato me mendimet mbizot\u00ebruese; t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb ndryshe nga \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuar n\u00eb shkolla, ku m\u00ebsimi zihet, por nuk shqyrtohet; n\u00eb familje e televizion, ku nuk mendohet, por ecet me rrym\u00ebn mbizot\u00ebruese; si dhe nga politika e pushtetar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb \u00e7ka t\u00eb mendosh dhe nuk t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mendosh vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, student\u00ebt trajnohen t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe q\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kritike, e jo t\u2019ia ujdisin mendimin dijes s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb shkolla dhe opinioneve mbizot\u00ebruese.
