Xha Tom\u00ebr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb e cil\u00ebsonte ajo larushiaetnike dhe kulturore \u2014e cila n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim u keqp\u00ebrdor tragjikisht\u2014q\u00eb, n\u00eb realitet, nuk arriti kurr\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohet e t\u00eb b\u00ebhet mellting pot [<strong><u>melting<\/u>\u00b9<\/strong>] i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. E hierarkizuar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb etnicitetit edhe ep\u00ebrsis\u00eb kulturore dhe ekonomike, ajo nj\u00ebherit l\u00ebvizte p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb vertikales evropiane, nga Sllovenia, q\u00eb ishte m\u00eb e zhilluara dhe gjendej n\u00eb veriun e skajm\u00eb si dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cmaj\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb llojit t\u00eb vet n\u00eb atdheun e at\u00ebherm\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, n\u00ebp\u00ebr Kroaci me Bosne e Hercegovin\u00eb dhe me S\u00ebrbi n\u00eb k\u00ebrthiz\u00eb t\u00eb tij, e gjer te Mali i Zi dhe Maqedonia, n\u00eb skajin jugor, pra n\u00eb \u201cfund t\u00eb posht\u00ebm\u201d t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb dikurm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSa m\u00eb jugor\u00eb, aq m\u00eb t\u00eb gjor\u00eb\u201d\u2014ishte parimi jozyrtar i cili e p\u00ebrkufizonte shkall\u00ebzimin e atij racizmit specifik p\u00ebrbuz\u00ebs jugosllav, t\u00eb drejtuar gjithmon\u00eb kah ata q\u00eb ishin drejtp\u00ebrdrejt p\u00ebrfundi \u201cnesh\u201d. Dhe ashtu, slloven\u00ebt m\u00eb s\u00eb shpeshti dhe m\u00eb me qejf shprehnin p\u00ebrbuzje ndaj kroat\u00ebve, kroat\u00ebt ndaj s\u00ebrb\u00ebve, s\u00ebrb\u00ebt me leht\u00ebsi dhe me qejf i p\u00ebrqeshnin maqedon\u00ebt dhe malazez\u00ebt,\u00a0<strong>bosnasit<\/strong>\u00b2\u2014si banor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb republike qendrore jugosllave\u2014ishin objekt i p\u00ebrqeshjes gati nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbetur shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, nga ai grumbull para s\u00eb gjithash i lar\u00ebm i \u201cjugosllav\u00ebve\u201d t\u00eb nduarndurt\u00eb, si grupi etnik m\u00eb jugor (pra ndoshta nga kjo edhe m\u00eb i gjor\u00eb), qysh paraprakisht t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me rolin e autsajderit absolut.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi ta, le t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb, nuk mendohej me qejf, e m\u00eb s\u00eb lehti ishte t\u00eb mos mendohej fare. Jetonin k\u00ebtu pran\u00eb nesh, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe n\u00eb mes nesh, por gjithmon\u00eb shmangur prej nesh, tep\u00ebr t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, gati t\u00eb huaj (p\u00ebrkah gjuha dhe kultura) n\u00eb mesin e familjes s\u00eb popujve sllav\u00eb t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb, pra sikur t\u00eb ekzistonin n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb mishmash jugosllav vet\u00ebm sa p\u00ebr ta luajtur n\u00eb t\u00eb rolin e pashp\u00ebrblyer t\u00eb t\u00eb mjerit, atij p\u00ebrher\u00eb inferiorit, t\u00eb fundit nga m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit. Fakti q\u00eb ata edhe fizikisht gjendeshin \u201c<strong>posht\u00eb<\/strong>\u00b3\u201d, \u201cn\u00ebn\u201d t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne, sikur e p\u00ebrforconte verifikimin e gjendjes s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb mjer\u00eb..<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha q\u00eb ne n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb donim ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u2019i dinim mbi ta, p\u00ebrb\u00ebheshin ekskluzivisht prej nj\u00eb grumbulli stereotip\u00ebsh p\u00ebrqesh\u00ebs dhe fyes. Te ne kurr\u00eb nuk ishte kompliment t\u2019i thuhej ndokujt se dukej si \u201cnj\u00eb \u201cshiptar\u201d [<strong>\u0160iptar<\/strong>\u2074] pak m\u00eb i bukur\u201d. N\u00eb mos i pa\u00e7im urrejtur haptas, kjo ishte thjesht p\u00ebr arsye se nuk na dukeshin t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr urrejtjen ton\u00eb, prandaj thjesht i toleronim, por me nj\u00eb mendjemadh\u00ebsi e cila ishte gati e p\u00ebrmasave koloniale. Ndjenja e jon\u00eb e superioritetit nuk njihte kufij. N\u00eb mes \u201ctyre\u201d dhe \u201cnesh\u201d, dialog t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk ka pasur kurr\u00eb. Madje edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, shqiptar\u00ebt ishin p\u00ebr ne jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se zezak\u00eb shtatshkurt\u00ebr, primitiv\u00eb dhe qesharak\u00eb.\u00a0<strong>Xha Tom\u00ebr<\/strong>\u2075.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb shkurt: ishin zezlush\u00ebt ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por sado e dob\u00ebt q\u00eb ishte dukshm\u00ebria e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb sy t\u00eb jugosllavit mesatar t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Titos, ai raciz\u00ebm i mefsht\u00eb kulturor sot duket i but\u00eb dhe gati i pranuesh\u00ebm, kur krahasohet me urrejtjen aktive, shkat\u00ebrruese ndaj \u201cshiptari\u201d q\u00eb do t\u2019i kaplonte s\u00ebrb\u00ebt n\u00eb vitet pas vdekjes s\u00eb Titos, dhe t\u00eb \u201ctrazirave\u201d t\u00eb para n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kah fillimi i viteve t\u00eb tet\u00ebdhjet\u00ebesat\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit q\u00eb kaloi, e sidomos pak m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e rritjes s\u00eb nacionalizmave t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb lloj\u00ebve, sundimit brutal t\u00eb Millosheviqit, dhe grisjes s\u00eb pam\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit ton\u00eb dikur t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Po sh\u00ebrbehem me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebrtim skajsh\u00ebm politikisht jokorrekt\u2014\u201dshiptari\u201d\u2014thjesht sepse, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00ebesatave, politikan\u00ebt, medjet, e me ta edhe shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e qytetar\u00ebve, fqijt ton\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb jugor\u00eb nuk i quanin m\u00eb ashtu me neutralitet si dikur\u2014\u201dallbanci\u201d [Albanci], por vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm ashtu dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, me ofendim\u2014\u201dshiptari\u201d, e ata \u201cshiptari\u201d sikurse nuk kishin q\u00ebllim tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs, pos p\u00ebr t\u00eb na shkat\u00ebrruar dhe shkallmuar\u2014\u201dneve\u201d, s\u00ebrb\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb arritjes s\u00eb q\u00ebllimit t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrfundimtar\u2014\u201dKosov\u00ebs republik\u00eb\u201d\u2014\u201dshiptari\u201d, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve, dinak\u00ebrive, mashtrimeve, dhe politik\u00ebs s\u00eb terrorit t\u00eb past\u00ebr, e zhvendosnin popullat\u00ebn s\u00ebrbe, e cila p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte shumic\u00eb shekullore, dhe i blenin pronat e saj. Dikur kan\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, bukur m\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb se ne por, gjat\u00eb viteve (p\u00ebr nj\u00ebfar\u00eb \u00e7udie t\u00eb pashpjeguar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, dhe krejt lirisht) e kalonin kufirin, dhe vinin nga Shqip\u00ebria e vendoseshin aty, pran\u00eb nesh, me dhunti q\u00eb neve na dukeshin n\u00ebnnjer\u00ebzore, dhe q\u00eb u jepnin ve\u00e7ori t\u00eb thneglave apo termiteve, nj\u00ebfar\u00eb dep\u00ebrtueshm\u00ebrie kolektive, e pos asaj \u201cmbarseshin si lepujt\u201d edhe ajo breng\u00eb bashk me g\u00ebrdin\u00eb ndaj virilitetit t\u00eb shfrenuar si dhe shkall\u00ebs proverbialisht t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb natalitetit t\u00eb tyre, promovohej pareshtur si e domosdoshme p\u00ebr \u00e7do s\u00ebrb i cili, p\u00ebrndryshe, po t\u00eb mos e kultivonte at\u00eb urrejtje t\u00eb err\u00ebt ndaj \u201cshiptarit\u201d, gjithsesi nuk do t\u00eb mund ta quante veten s\u00ebrb, dhe sipas t\u00eb gjitha gjasave as q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte i atill\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu u promovuan \u201cshiptari\u201d, fal\u00eb propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00ebrbe t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Millosheviqit dhe medjeve t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrher\u00eb i takonin, m\u00eb n\u00eb fund n\u00eb st\u00ebrarmiq kulmor\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebrbve, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebt\u00a0edhe ekzistenca e vet s\u00ebrb\u00ebve ishte e paparamendueshme.<\/p>\n<p>Se, p\u00ebrnj\u00ebmend, \u00e7\u2019do t\u00eb ishte Betmeni pa Gjokerin e vet?<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu q\u00eb, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00ebesatave, \u201cshiptari\u201d nuk ishin m\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cne\u201d kurrfar\u00eb zezak\u00ebsh shtatshkurt\u00ebr, kurrfar\u00eb xha Tom\u00ebsh. P\u00ebrkundrazi, ishin demon\u00eb tmerrues prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kishte rrezik, ngulmues n\u00eb q\u00ebllimin e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimit dhe okupimit t\u00eb trevave tona \u201chistorike\u201d, t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb djepit t\u00eb \u201ckultur\u00ebs\u201d son\u00eb dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb miteve ton\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb privimit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs son\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ato q\u00eb na takojn\u00eb sipas drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u201chistorike\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>I vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb kryente pun\u00eb me shqiptar\u00ebt nj\u00ebher\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb, Kryetari i yn\u00eb e pat, p\u00ebr fat, planin fantastik\u2014q\u00eb, lirisht dhe pa kufizim, t\u2019i diskriminonte, t\u2019i n\u00ebn\u00e7monte, t\u2019i b\u00ebnte kund\u00ebr vetes, t\u2019i ofendonte, t\u2019u k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohej, t\u2019i p\u00ebrjashtonte nga puna, t\u2019i burgoste, t\u2019i mundonte, t\u2019i rr\u00ebnonte, t\u2019i p\u00ebrz\u00ebnte, t\u2019i digjte, t\u2019i shkat\u00ebrronte, dhe t\u2019i vriste, n\u00eb peradorin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb err\u00ebt t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb lig\u00ebsis\u00eb, mjerimit, urrejtjes etnike dhe t\u00eb hiperinflacionit.<\/p>\n<p>I liruar, n\u00eb dukje, prej \u00e7far\u00ebdo p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie, dhe i forcuar nga p\u00ebrkrahja mjaft e madhe popullore, ai at\u00eb plan me vite t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb e jet\u00ebsoi me guxim, s\u00eb pari n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e pastaj anek\u00ebnd Jugosllavis\u00eb tashm\u00eb\u00a0 \u201cishe\u201d, gjer kur e ktheu kjo spirale e shfrenuar, prap aty ku e t\u00ebra kjo edhe filloi\u2014mbrapa n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me \u00e7ka do t\u00eb z\u00ebnte fill fundi i tij, mbas tremb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vitesh t\u00eb sundimit shkat\u00ebrrues.<\/p>\n<p>Bombardimi i S\u00ebrbis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi, fajtor\u00ebve kryesor\u00eb p\u00ebr shpartallim t\u00eb krejt Jugosllavis\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin e nd\u00ebrmori aleanca NATO, e kishte si pasoj\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimin e edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb objekteve t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, si dhe numrin e madh t\u00eb viktimave civile, por edhe shpartallimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00ebrbe, pra edhe pushimin momental t\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo forme t\u00eb pranis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit s\u00ebrb n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn jugore t\u00eb tij, pas \u00e7kafit erdhi gjer te nd\u00ebrrimi i ri i roleve n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Viktim\u00ebs dhe Gjakatarit n\u00eb at\u00eb vend fatkeq, gjer te ekzodi dhe p\u00ebsimi i popullat\u00ebs s\u00ebrbe edhe i nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb asaj rome t\u00eb atjehit, hakmarrja e eg\u00ebr dhe revanshizmi i \u201cngadhnjimtarit\u201d (edhe k\u00ebsaj rradhe viktima do t\u00eb jen\u00eb vet\u00ebm civil\u00ebt e pafaj), djegia e pronave dhe shkat\u00ebrrimi i \u00e7far\u00ebdo shprese t\u00eb mbetur p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb jet\u00eb apo bashkjetes\u00eb brenda ndonj\u00eb kohe t\u00eb af\u00ebrt, ose p\u00ebr kthim t\u00eb nj\u00eb normaliteti aq gjat t\u00eb pritur t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrmjet nesh, njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb r\u00ebndomt\u00eb, si shqiptar\u00eb, ashtu edhe s\u00ebrb\u00eb, pa dallim.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb loj\u00eb e luajtur me aq urti dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aq fantastike, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e luajti Millosheviqi, ka pasur mund\u00ebsi ta kishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb mundur. Ai quhet\u2014Tribunali i Hagut. I shkatht\u00eb dhe rr\u00ebshqit\u00ebs, si gjithmon\u00eb, Millosheviqi prapseprap arriti t\u00eb ik\u00eb nga aty, madje drejt e n\u00eb vdekje t\u00eb hert\u00eb, duke iu shmangur n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vendimit p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb gjyqit, dhe duke i turbulluar p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e fajit dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por turpi i r\u00ebnd\u00eb prej t\u00eb gjithave megjithat\u00eb na mbetet k\u00ebtu, neve, qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb S\u00ebrbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E pranuam ne, apo jo.<\/p>\n<p>*\u00a0 *\u00a0 *<\/p>\n<p>E sot?<\/p>\n<p>Kur u v\u00ebrshuan, para vet\u00ebm pak vitesh, medjet e S\u00ebrbis\u00eb nga lajmet mbi zbulimin e varrezave masive me trupa t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ndoshta m\u00eb tmerruesi ishte ai mbi rimorkion me frigorifer, q\u00eb kufomat e shumta t\u00eb pleqve, grave, dhe f\u00ebmijve, i kishte shkarkuar dikund af\u00ebr derdhjes s\u00eb lumit Dervent\u00eb n\u00eb liqenin Peruqac. Pat\u00ebm rast t\u2019i shohim sqenat tmerruese t\u00eb nxjerrjes s\u00eb kufomave, ta ndjekim d\u00ebshmin\u00eb prek\u00ebse t\u00eb vozit\u00ebsit t\u00eb rimorkios me frigorifer, e n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb ofanziv\u00eb t\u00eb lajmeve m\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, nj\u00ebri nga televizionet e Beogradit e solli nj\u00eb bised\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr me nj\u00eb \u201c\u00e7dokush\u201d i cili at\u00eb dit\u00eb po lahej g\u00ebzuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb at\u00eb liqe, plot\u00ebsisht pa ndjenja ndaj faktit t\u00eb pluskimit t\u00eb trupave t\u00eb kalbur t\u00eb civil\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb poat\u00eb uj\u00eb t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr, dhe jo fort moti. Ndjenj\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzjes, urrejtjes, dhe superioritetit, sot iu ka shtuar vet\u00ebm edhe t\u00ebrbimi i mbyllur dhe i err\u00ebt i humb\u00ebsit, i cili koh\u00eb pas kohe shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb kukame historistike, n\u00eb dhembshuri t\u00eb mbytur p\u00ebr vetveten, dhe n\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebsimit t\u00eb mashtrimit, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb me nj\u00eb lloj t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb pseudo-mistike\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHumbja\u201d e pashmangshme e krahin\u00ebs s\u00eb dikurme jugore ende p\u00ebrjetohet skajsh\u00ebm apokaliptikisht, s\u00eb paku n\u00eb segmente t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb, \u00e7kado q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb pohimet e tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb apo at\u00eb \u00e7ast, sikurse ai simplisimusi i liqenit, n\u00eb qen\u00ebsi i vendosur t\u00eb mos besoj\u00eb n\u00eb asgj\u00eb [q\u00eb nuk i p\u00eblqen]\u2026 Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i lodhur, i kthyer kah vetvetja, p\u00ebrtej mase vetjak edhe q\u00eb t\u00eb urrej\u00eb aktivisht si dikur.<\/p>\n<p>Por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb tani problemi i yn\u00eb m\u00eb i madh. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, jo edhe aq. T\u00eb rijt ton\u00eb sot urrejn\u00eb pa u p\u00ebrmbajtur aspak, me leht\u00ebsi dhe me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi. Q\u00ebndrimet e tyre (e k\u00ebt\u00eb e tregojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb llojet e anketave dhe gjurmimeve q\u00eb b\u00ebhen mbi t\u00eb rijt e shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme) jan\u00eb t\u00eb atill\u00eb q\u00eb ta t\u00ebrqethin l\u00ebkur\u00ebn dhe t\u2019i kreshp\u00ebrojn\u00eb qimet e kok\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, mbi tridhjet\u00eb p\u00ebrqind t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme pajtohen me q\u00ebndrimin etnonacionalist simbas t\u00eb cilit \u201cme shqiptar\u00ebt nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb shoq\u00ebrim, e as vizita\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Gjysm\u00ebs
