T\u00eb shp\u00ebrndara kryesisht n\u00eb \u201cFacebook\u201d nga faqe q\u00eb nuk u dihet pron\u00ebsia, k\u00ebto materiale paraqiten si anketa profesionale t\u00eb realizuara nga kompani t\u00eb njohura vendore ose nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Por nj\u00eb hulumtim m\u00eb i thelluar tregon se b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr sondazhe pa asnj\u00eb baz\u00eb kredibile, me kompani q\u00eb nuk ekzistojn\u00eb fare ose nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb histori t\u00eb verifikueshme n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e hulumtimeve dhe matjeve t\u00eb opinionit publik.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga postimet m\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndara \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i faqes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ksplusmedia\/posts\/pfbid0LgGtcYMp6X7KTsSGE7LYEX27pZjqesngqkR1PeM6wLH8CkKL241XBUz8qxC8BZSTl?__tn__=%2CO*F\">\u201cPlus Media\u201d<\/a>, e cila publikoi m\u00eb 16 dhjetor nj\u00eb grafik\u00eb me titullin \u201c<em>Rezultate q\u00eb flasin qart\u00eb: LVV kryeson, PDK ngjitet fuqish\u00ebm<\/em>\u201d. Mungesa totale e elementeve thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb nj\u00eb sondazhi e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb postim nj\u00eb produkt tipik propagandistik, q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb ngjason me nj\u00eb poster politik sesa me nj\u00eb hulumtim serioz. Ky postim ka nxitur mbi 50 reagime, ka marr\u00eb afro 20 shp\u00ebrndarje e mbi 140 komente. Kjo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ksplusmedia\">faqe<\/a> ka mbi 14 mij\u00eb ndjek\u00ebs, nuk ofron informacione p\u00ebr pron\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur n\u00eb gusht t\u00eb 2020-\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe m\u00eb problematik \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i ashtuquajturit \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=1889335241859252&amp;set=a.1149959775796806&amp;type=3\">sondazh amerikan<\/a>\u201d, i cili pretendohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar nga kompania UGBA, e p\u00ebrshkruar si \u201c<em>e njohur p\u00ebr sondazhe t\u00eb besueshme<\/em>\u201d dhe e cituar nga disa faqe lokale. Por verifikimi tregon se nuk ekziston asnj\u00eb kompani e njohur nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht e sondazheve me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr, as ndonj\u00eb prani publike apo mediatike q\u00eb do ta konfirmonte aktivitetin e saj. Nuk ka faqe zyrtare, raporte metodologjike, klient\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm apo publikime t\u00eb njohura, elemente k\u00ebto minimale q\u00eb i ka \u00e7do kompani serioze e hulumtimeve.<\/p>\n<p>Pretendimi se sondazhi \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar nga 1 deri m\u00eb 10 dhjetor dhe se \u201c<em>mbetet ende i hapur deri m\u00eb 26 dhjetor<\/em>\u201d e ekspozon edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb tendenc\u00ebn q\u00eb manipulimi t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vazhduesh\u00ebm deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e votimit. Nj\u00eb sondazh elektoral nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i hapur gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb koh\u00ebs. N\u00eb raste t\u00eb tjera, synimi \u00ebsht\u00eb demobilizimi i votuesve t\u00eb subjekteve t\u00eb caktuara duke i bindur se gara tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e vendosur.<\/p>\n<p>Fakti q\u00eb k\u00ebto \u201csondazhe\u201d publikohen pa autor\u00ebsi t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe nga faqe q\u00eb nuk mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi editoriale, tregon p\u00ebr nj\u00eb strategji t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme dezinformimi, e cila shfryt\u00ebzon munges\u00ebn e edukimit mediatik dhe besimin e verb\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb audienc\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjet e shp\u00ebrndara n\u00eb rrjete sociale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Reagimet, mes besimit dhe dyshimit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reagimet e p\u00ebrdoruesve n\u00eb Facebook ndaj k\u00ebtyre sondazheve jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndara. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e komentuesve i marrin rezultatet si t\u00eb mir\u00ebqena, i shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb ato si \u201c<em>fakte<\/em>\u201d dhe i p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcuar bindjet e tyre politike. Komente si \u201c<em>kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta<\/em>\u201d apo \u201c<em>k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb dal\u00eb rezultati<\/em>\u201d tregojn\u00eb se sondazhet edhe kur jan\u00eb t\u00eb rreme, arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb perceptimin publik.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, vihet re edhe nj\u00eb rritje e skepticizmit. Disa p\u00ebrdorues v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim ekzistenc\u00ebn e kompanive, pyesin p\u00ebr metodologjin\u00eb dhe e quajn\u00eb hapur materialin propagand\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, k\u00ebta z\u00ebra kritik\u00eb shpesh humbin n\u00eb mes t\u00eb v\u00ebllimit t\u00eb madh t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjeve dhe reagimeve emocionale.<\/p>\n<p>Publikimi i sondazheve t\u00eb rreme n\u00eb prag zgjedhjesh nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fenomen i ri n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por intensiteti i tyre n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn digjitale po rritet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb.
