N\u00eb \u00e7astin kur medalja m\u2019u vendos n\u00eb kraharor, reflektova p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb pun\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb bashk\u00eb me koleg\u00ebt e mi, mendova p\u00ebr sukseset, por pasi kaloi manifestimi, kaluan emocionet dhe serish nisa me pun\u00eb, t\u00eb lexoj lajmet e dit\u00ebs, p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb u gjeta duke pyetur veten se sa n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ka ndryshuar Maqedonia e Veriut n\u00eb tridhjet\u00eb vitet e fundit?<\/p>\n<p>Ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb duket sikur kemi m\u00ebsuar ta ngat\u00ebrrojm\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e thjesht\u00eb p\u00ebrpara me p\u00ebrparimin. Qasjen n\u00eb internet, platformat dhe aplikacionet e reja, veglat e ndryshme digjitale, inteligjenc\u00ebn artificiale, telefonat e men\u00e7ur q\u00eb i p\u00ebrdorim p\u00ebrdit\u00eb i paraqesim si prova se po ecim p\u00ebrpara. Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebrvoja e p\u00ebrditshme tregon di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. I ashtuquajturi transformim yn\u00eb digjital ende duket i paplot\u00eb, i brisht\u00eb dhe shpesh thell\u00ebsisht zhg\u00ebnjyes. Sh\u00ebrbimet baz\u00eb elektronike vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalta, t\u00eb fragmentuara dhe pa nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb. N\u00eb teknologji, p\u00ebrparimi nuk p\u00ebrcaktohet vet\u00ebm nga shpejt\u00ebsia e zhvillimit te teknologjis\u00eb dhe inovacionit, por nga fakti n\u00ebse k\u00ebto shpikje dhe inovacione zbatohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kuptimplote, ashtu q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n<p>Kur pjesa tjet\u00ebr e bot\u00ebs l\u00ebviz me shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, t\u00eb q\u00ebndrosh n\u00eb vend dhe ta quash k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrparim gradual nuk mjafton. N\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, t\u00eb ec\u00ebsh shum\u00eb ngadal\u00eb mund t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoj\u00eb t\u00eb mbetesh pas.<\/p>\n<p>Por problemi shkon p\u00ebrtej teknologjis\u00eb. Ajo q\u00eb m\u00eb shqet\u00ebson edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendja e indit ton\u00eb shoq\u00ebror. Kohezioni social n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut duket gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb i brisht\u00eb. Gjuha e urrejtjes nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb di\u00e7ka margjinale, e rast\u00ebsishme apo e fshehur n\u00eb skajet e diskursit publik. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb gati e normalizuar, e thurur n\u00eb komunikimin e p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht online. Gjuha e urrejtjes dhe tensionet e tjera shoq\u00ebrore e nd\u00ebretnike jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme, por shpeshher\u00eb forcohen dhe amplifikohen edhe nga dezinformatat, t\u00eb cilat ushqejn\u00eb frik\u00eb, paragjykime dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7arje. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, po d\u00ebshmojm\u00eb nj\u00eb g\u00ebrryerje t\u00eb kujdesshme dhe t\u00eb vazhdueshme t\u00eb frym\u00ebs s\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes Korniz\u00eb t\u00eb Ohrit. Parimet q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb siguronin stabilitet, bashk\u00ebjetes\u00eb dhe dinjitet n\u00eb nj\u00eb demokraci shumetnike, shum\u00eb shpesh trajtohen si t\u00eb negociueshme, t\u00eb pak\u00ebndshme p\u00ebr tu trajtuar apo thjesht\u00eb dyt\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta ajo q\u00eb dhemb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se diskursi yn\u00eb politik mbetet i bllokuar n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat modele t\u00eb vjetra. Ende d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb versione t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs narrativ\u00eb t\u00eb lodhur: \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb; maqedonasit nuk japin.\u201d Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dialog demokratik. \u00cbsht\u00eb qorrsokak politik. Kjo i redukton t\u00eb drejtat n\u00eb transaksione, barazin\u00eb n\u00eb pazare dhe qytetarin\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb gar\u00eb me rezultat q\u00eb nuk sjell asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb apo kualitet. Shum\u00eb shpesh, n\u00eb vend se t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjen k\u00ebrkesave legjitime demokratike, aktor\u00ebt politik\u00eb fshihen pas manovrave legaliste, duke k\u00ebrkuar justifikime procedurale p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos vepruar. Ka nj\u00eb lloj kreativiteti n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shmangie, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kreativiteti i udh\u00ebheqjes demokratike. \u00cbsht\u00eb kreativiteti i ikjes nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj gjendja sot m\u00eb r\u00ebndon kaq shum\u00eb. Sot, m\u00eb 6 prill 2026, student\u00ebt do t\u00eb dalin s\u00ebrish n\u00eb rrug\u00eb. Ata po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb provimi i jurisprudenc\u00ebs t\u00eb jepet edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb ligjit, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shpikje radikale. Ata po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb tashm\u00eb ka baz\u00eb ligjore dhe kushtetuese. E megjithat\u00eb, edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb, reagimi i institucioneve duket se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb si ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb reale, por si ta vonojn\u00eb, kufizojn\u00eb apo mohojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes boshll\u00ebqeve burokratike.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb ka kujtes\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht shqet\u00ebsuese. Kjo sjell jehon\u00ebn e momenteve q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb duhej t\u2019i rijetonim kurr\u00eb. Na kujton nd\u00ebrhyrjen brutale policore kund\u00ebr Universitetit t\u00eb Tetov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1994. Sjell nd\u00ebr mend protestat studentore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1997, kur t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e d\u00ebbuar nga universiteti nga regjimi i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm shtyp\u00ebs n\u00eb Serbi k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb kthehen. Po ashtu kujton protestat e po atij viti nga student\u00ebt maqedonas kund\u00ebr ligj\u00ebratave n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb Pedagogjike. Fatmir\u00ebsisht, sot nuk jemi n\u00eb rrethanat e err\u00ebta t\u00eb asaj kohe, por mbetet alarmante q\u00eb ende ndeshemi me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn mend\u00ebsi q\u00eb dikur prodhoi ato p\u00ebrplasje; dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb pretendon se ka ecur p\u00ebrpara, fakti q\u00eb k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb shfaqen, edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb rrezikshme se n\u00eb vitet \u201990, duhet par\u00eb si shenj\u00eb regresi e jo si nj\u00eb devijim i par\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm. Tani jemi n\u00eb vitin 2026. Vet\u00eb fakti q\u00eb student\u00ebt ende duhet t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta q\u00eb tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb rendin ton\u00eb ligjor, duhet t\u00eb na shqet\u00ebsoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Duhet t\u00eb na detyroj\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se demokracia nuk b\u00ebhet reale thjesht sepse ne e shpallim, i besojm\u00eb, e festojm\u00eb apo e shkruajm\u00eb n\u00eb ligj.<\/p>\n<p>Ka edhe nj\u00eb prirje tjet\u00ebr shqet\u00ebsuese q\u00eb duhet em\u00ebrtuar qart\u00eb. Disa p\u00ebrpiqen t\u2019i zhvler\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat demokratike duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr, se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhur nga qeverit\u00eb e m\u00ebparshme, apo se ekziston prej shum\u00eb koh\u00ebsh p\u00ebr t\u2019u konsideruar urgjente sot. Kjo logjik\u00eb e keqkupton rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si evoluojn\u00eb shtetet. Institucionet bartin tensione t\u00eb pazgjidhura p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb. Sistemet grumbullojn\u00eb presion. Ajo q\u00eb dikur mund t\u00eb dukej si nj\u00eb aspirat\u00eb e larg\u00ebt apo e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, me kalimin e koh\u00ebs mund t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri t\u00eb pamohueshme strukturore, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ligjet piqen, institucionet zhvillohen, k\u00ebrkesat dhe pritjet publike rriten. Nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri nuk q\u00ebndron n\u00eb vend, edhe kur politika p\u00ebrpiqet ta ngrij\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, fakti q\u00eb kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhur para dhjet\u00eb vitesh nuk e b\u00ebn at\u00eb t\u00eb vjetruar. E b\u00ebn t\u00eb vonuar. Ligji p\u00ebr P\u00ebrdorimin e Gjuh\u00ebve, s\u00eb bashku me kuadrin m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb kushtetues dhe ligjor, e ka ndryshuar terrenin. Shoq\u00ebria ka ndryshuar gjithashtu. Student\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm nuk po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb favor nga historia. Ata po e afirmojn\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet ligjor dhe demokratik, koha e t\u00eb cilit ka ardhur plot\u00ebsisht. P\u00ebrparimi politik shpesh funksionon pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebshtu. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, ai duket i paduksh\u00ebm, madje i ngrir\u00eb, e m\u00eb pas papritur arrihet nj\u00eb pik\u00eb kthese dhe ajo q\u00eb dikur dukej opsionale b\u00ebhet \u00e7\u00ebshtje legjitimiteti. Askush nuk do e kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim nevoj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb ila\u00e7i t\u00eb ri vet\u00ebm pse s\u00ebmundja \u00ebsht\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr dhe ka mbetur e pash\u00ebruar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, nuk duhet t\u00eb diskreditohet k\u00ebrkesa demokratike e sotme vet\u00ebm sepse sistemit iu desh shum\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb gati ta p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj i mb\u00ebshtes student\u00ebt q\u00eb do t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb sot. I mb\u00ebshtes jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes konkrete q\u00eb po ngren\u00eb, por sepse ata p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb di\u00e7ka m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe dhe thell\u00ebsisht t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Ata p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb brez q\u00eb ende beson se ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb llogaridh\u00ebnie, drejt\u00ebsi dhe trajtim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb. Ata na kujtojn\u00eb se demokracia nuk varet vet\u00ebm nga institucionet, por edhe nga qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb flasin kur heshtja do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb e leht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Demokracia nuk mund t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb si nj\u00eb ushtrim thjesht legalist. Ajo nuk mund t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb n\u00ebse ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet e shohin ligjin si nj\u00eb terren pengesash q\u00eb duhet anashkaluar, e jo si nj\u00eb zotim p\u00ebr t\u2019u respektuar. Ajo funksionon vet\u00ebm kur udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb, t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb. Ajo funksionon kur shumica nuk p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb dominoj\u00eb pakic\u00ebn. Ajo funksionon kur t\u00eb drejtat e nj\u00eb komuniteti nuk trajtohen si humbje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Ajo funksionon kur kund\u00ebrshtimi p\u00ebrballet me dialog e jo me dyshim, dhe kur t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb ngren\u00eb z\u00ebrin nuk zhvler\u00ebsohen menj\u00ebher\u00eb, nuk etiketohen dhe nuk paraqiten si instrumente t\u00eb dikujt tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Spiralja e heshtjes \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga rreziqet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet \u00e7do shoq\u00ebri. N\u00eb momentin kur njer\u00ebzit fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndiejn\u00eb se t\u00eb flas\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb, e rrezikshme apo e vetmuar, hap\u00ebsira p\u00ebr demokraci fillon t\u00eb ngushtohet. Un\u00eb dhe koleg\u00ebt e mi n\u00eb Metamorphosis kemi kaluar dekada duke u p\u00ebrpjekur t\u2019i rezistojm\u00eb asaj heshtjeje. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb e leht\u00eb. Shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb rraskapit\u00ebse. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme dhe ne nuk do t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohemi.<\/p>\n<p>Marrja e k\u00ebtij dekorimi nga Franca ishte nj\u00eb nder jasht\u00ebzakonisht i madh p\u00ebr mua. Por nderimet ndikojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb thellimin e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ato t\u00eb detyrojn\u00eb t\u00eb reflektosh jo vet\u00ebm mbi at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur, por edhe mbi pun\u00ebt q\u00eb na presin. Dhe kur e shoh vendin ku jetoj, nuk mund t\u2019ia lejoj vetes rehatin\u00eb e iluzionit. P\u00ebrparimi duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb real n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve. Duhet t\u00eb ndihet n\u00eb institucione, n\u00eb t\u00eb drejta, n\u00eb dinjitet dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.
