Kjo e b\u00ebn Kuvendin m\u00eb t\u00eb balancuar dhe rrit nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim politik.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb jav\u00ebt e ardhshme, v\u00ebmendja do t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohet te koalicionet, formimi i qeveris\u00eb dhe ndarja e pushtetit. Megjithat\u00eb, sfida kryesore e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb vet\u00ebm krijimi i institucioneve, por aft\u00ebsia e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendime n\u00eb disa prej \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krijimi i koalicionit qeveris\u00ebs dhe zgjedhja e presidentit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sfida e par\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb krijimi i nj\u00eb shumice parlamentare t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe formimi i institucioneve t\u00eb reja. Ndon\u00ebse LVV-ja ka dal\u00eb s\u00ebrish partia e par\u00eb, rezultatet e zgjedhjeve nuk kan\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisur e vetme.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse LVV-ja mund ta krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion qeveris\u00ebs me komunitetet joshumic\u00eb, nevoja p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit e b\u00ebn krijimin e nj\u00eb koalicioni m\u00eb t\u00eb madh qeveris\u00ebs t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm, sepse Kushtetua k\u00ebrkon s\u00eb paku 80 deputet\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb sall\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, deklaratat e para pas zgjedhjeve tregojn\u00eb se rruga drejt nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e leht\u00eb. PDK-ja ka k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje politike p\u00ebr funksionalizimin e institucioneve, LDK-ja ka theksuar se iniciativa duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb nga partia fituese, nd\u00ebrsa AAK-ja vazhdon t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim refuzues ndaj nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi me LVV-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropaelire.org\/a\/albin-kurti-zgjedhja-presidenti-\/33779008.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Albin Kurti<\/a>, ka shprehur gatishm\u00ebri p\u00ebr dialog me partit\u00eb e tjera, nd\u00ebrsa edhe PDK-ja dhe LDK-ja kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e marr\u00ebveshjeve politike p\u00ebr funksionalizimin e institucioneve.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, deklaratat publike nuk mjaftojn\u00eb. Nuk ekziston asnj\u00eb penges\u00eb q\u00eb partit\u00eb t\u00eb nisin qysh tani diskutimet p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet strategjike q\u00eb i presin pas certifikimit t\u00eb rezultateve, pasi \u00e7do vones\u00eb rrezikon p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e kriz\u00ebs institucionale q\u00eb e \u00e7oi vendin n\u00eb zgjedhjet e parakohshme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kostoja e jetes\u00ebs dhe inflacioni<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inflacioni n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mbetet i lart\u00eb. Sipas Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Statistikave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, norma vjetore e inflacionit ishte <a href=\"https:\/\/ask.rks-gov.net\/Releases\/Details\/10127\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">6.8%<\/a> n\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 2026, pasi nj\u00eb muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb kishte arritur n\u00eb <a href=\"https:\/\/ask.rks-gov.net\/Releases\/Details\/10020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">7.5%<\/a>, duke konfirmuar se rritja e \u00e7mimeve vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet nj\u00eb nga shqet\u00ebsimet kryesore t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Prandaj, qeveria e ardhshme do t\u00eb duhet t\u2019i kushtoj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb kostos s\u00eb jetes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/askapi.rks-gov.net\/Custom\/b3928263-929e-494c-bc8b-f7d65c41b056.pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rritjet<\/a> m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha jan\u00eb regjistruar te \u00e7mimi i naft\u00ebs, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur me 36%, nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7mimet e transportit dhe t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike jan\u00eb rritur me 14% dhe 13% respektivisht. Rritje \u00e7mimesh jan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar edhe te produktet ushqimore, si \u00e7mimi i mishit t\u00eb vi\u00e7it, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur me 16%, nd\u00ebrsa ai i domateve me 27%.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm disa shembuj q\u00eb ilustrojn\u00eb pasojat e inflacionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb familje, t\u00eb ardhurat nuk kan\u00eb arritur ta ndjekin ritmin e rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin e shpenzimeve baz\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si rezultat, cenohet standardi i jetes\u00ebs, zvog\u00eblohet fuqia bler\u00ebse dhe rritet pasiguria ekonomike, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr familjet me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb ul\u00ebta dhe t\u00eb mesme. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, inflacioni nuk mbetet m\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb tregues ekonomik, por shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb sociale q\u00eb prek drejtp\u00ebrdrejt mir\u00ebqenien e qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, qeveria e ardhshme do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb politika konkrete dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e standardit t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Kjo n\u00ebnkupton angazhim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh, vendime strategjike dhe nj\u00eb qasje afatgjat\u00eb p\u00ebr forcimin e mir\u00ebqenies ekonomike t\u00eb familjeve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energjia dhe projekti amerikan i gazit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kosova vazhdon ta prodhoj\u00eb rreth 90% t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike nga termocentralet me qymyr, nd\u00ebrsa mungesa e kapaciteteve t\u00eb reja prodhuese ka rritur var\u00ebsin\u00eb nga importi. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb pes\u00eb vjet\u00ebt e fundit jan\u00eb shpenzuar afro 1 miliard euro p\u00ebr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropaelire.org\/a\/ku-sa-blen-kosova-rryme\/33628046.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">import<\/a> t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike, nj\u00eb kosto q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb reflektuar edhe n\u00eb faturat e qytetar\u00ebve dhe bizneseve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, sipas kushteve t\u00eb privatizimit t\u00eb distribucionit, investimet prej 300 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb rrjetin energjetik jan\u00eb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.koha.net\/arberi\/sinanaj-qytetaret-i-kane-paguar-investimet-e-keds-it-permes-tarifave-te-energjise-elektrike\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">financuar<\/a> nga qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebrmes tarifave t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e kostos s\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb bartet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt te konsumator\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se pes\u00eb vjet, Kosova ka mbetur jasht\u00eb projekteve rajonale t\u00eb gazit t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga SHBA-ja, nd\u00ebrsa vendet fqinje kan\u00eb avancuar me investime dhe marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb reja energjetike.<\/p>\n<p>Debati aktual p\u00ebr gazin e l\u00ebngsh\u00ebm natyror (LNG) \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes publike. P\u00ebrderisa LVV-ja flet p\u00ebr gazifikimin e qymyrit dhe bashkinvestimin n\u00eb terminalin e Vlor\u00ebs, partit\u00eb <a href=\"mailto:https:\/\/www.koha.net\/zgjedhjet-2026\/pdk-ja-ldk-ja-e-aak-ja-premtojne-ti-bashkohen-projektit-amerikan-per-gazin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opozitare<\/a> mb\u00ebshtesin p\u00ebrfshirjen e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb projektin amerikan t\u00eb gazit t\u00eb l\u00ebngsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, Shtetet e Bashkuara kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropaelire.org\/a\/prattipati-kosova-bashkohet-projektit-amerikan-gaz\/33772657.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mesazhin<\/a> m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb deri m\u00eb tani se Kosova duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb shpejt n\u00ebse d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij zinxhiri furnizimi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, Kuvendi duhet t\u00eb hap\u00eb nj\u00eb debat p\u00ebr kostot, p\u00ebrfitimet dhe ndikimin strategjik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti. Legjislatura e re e Kuvendit I do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb vendos\u00eb n\u00ebse Kosova do t\u2019u bashkohet projekteve rajonale t\u00eb gazit t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga SHBA-ja, apo do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb mbetet jasht\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrtej r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb ka diversifikimi i burimeve t\u00eb energjis\u00eb dhe reduktimi i var\u00ebsis\u00eb nga qymyri, p\u00ebrfshirja e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt do t\u00eb kishte edhe nj\u00eb dimension t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm gjeostrategjik.<\/p>\n<p>Integrimi n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn rajonale t\u00eb LNG-s\u00eb do ta forconte pozit\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs si nj\u00eb partner m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb tregun energjetik t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs Juglindore, duke rritur sigurin\u00eb e furnizimit dhe duke krijuar mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb SHBA-n\u00eb dhe me vendet fqinje.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm tri nga sfidat kryesore t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb ardhshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb vendime t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, vizion afatgjat\u00eb dhe guxim politik, pasi prekin ekonomin\u00eb, energjin\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebqenien e qytetar\u00ebve.
