P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, shfaqje si kjo jan\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb krejt t\u00eb 90-tave dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb krijohen edhe sot, natyrisht\u00a0jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Serbi. P\u00ebr fat, shumica nuk t\u00ebrheqin ndonj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje publike, por q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb ta helmojn\u00eb publikun kudo\u00a0shfaqen. Kur themi \u201ckampi tjet\u00ebr\u201d kemi fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr dhjetra e qindra artist\u00eb e intelektual\u00eb serb\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt q\u00eb nga vitet e 90-ta, p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e shtetit serb p\u00ebr luftrat\u00a0e\u00a0t\u00eb 90-tave, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e Millosheviqit dhe domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u ballafaquar me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e\u00a0me trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e saj kriminale.<\/p>\n<p>Me dekada t\u00eb t\u00ebra n\u00eb Serbi ka pasur z\u00ebra t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm opozitar\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin pol, e n\u00eb polin tjet\u00ebr\u00a0artist\u00eb oportunist\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb flirtuar me nacionalizmin saher\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsia.\u00a0\u201c<em>Lufta \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mod\u00eb. D\u00ebshmit\u00eb e tmerrshme, t\u00eb vdekurit, dhe ki\u00e7i patriotik<\/em>\u201d \u2013 thoshte dramaturgia dhe intelektualja e mir\u00ebnjohur Borka Paviqeviq\u00a0qysh n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb 90-tave. Deri n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e fundit m\u00eb 2019, Paviqeviqi luftoi denj\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e\u00a0njeriut dhe ishte nj\u00eb opozitare e fuqishme, progresiste dhe e hapur ndaj bashk\u00ebpunimeve kulturore mes shteve t\u00eb krijuara pas shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas vdekjes s\u00eb saj, Boris Budeni do t\u00eb shkruante: \u201c<em>Askush nuk mund t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb q\u00eb jeta e Borka Paviqieviqit ka pasur kuptim politik. Shum\u00eb madje pajtohen q\u00eb ai kuptim nuk mund t\u00eb reduktohet n\u00eb figur\u00ebn e aktivistes s\u00eb vetmuar kulturore nga margjinat shoq\u00ebrore, e cila heroikisht i reziston pushteteve jodemokratike dhe shumic\u00ebs q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet at\u00eb pushtet. Borka Paviqeviq ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se aq. Ajo ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e di\u00e7kaje\u00a0m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe dhe m\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00eb\u00a0sesa vet ajo<\/em>.\u201d (Buden, Dru\u0161tva \/ Zajedni\u010dka \u010ditaonica #5).<\/p>\n<p>Pos Borka Paviqeviqit ka pasur dhe natyrisht ka shum\u00eb artist\u00eb e intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur dhe kan\u00eb pozicione e q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb qarta ndaj t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, ndaj rolit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb dhe ndaj Millosheviqit. Mes tyre, shquhet shkrimtari\u00a0Vladimir Arsenijeviqi\u00a0dhe nj\u00ebri nd\u00ebr themeluesit e festivalit \u201cKrokodil\u201d n\u00eb Beograd, Biljana Srbljanoviq &#8211; dramaturge e njohur dhe aktiviste e pashoq e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut;\u00a0Tomislav Markoviq\u00a0&#8211; shkrimtar dhe gazetar i pakompromis,\u00a0Sasha Iliq &#8211;\u00a0shkrimtar i shtypur nga regjimi autoritar n\u00eb Beograd dhe nj\u00eb\u00a0nd\u00ebr promovuesit e bashk\u00ebpunimit kulturor Kosov\u00eb-S\u00ebrbi, Zlatko Pakoviq &#8211;\u00a0gazetar e regjisor i guximsh\u00ebm, Millosh Zhivanoviq &#8211;\u00a0poet i shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm anti-qeveritar\u2026 e shum\u00eb e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. N\u00eb shfaqjen \u201c<em>Enciklopedia e t\u00eb gjall\u00ebve<\/em>\u201d &#8211;\u00a0nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim teatror i Qendr\u00ebs Multimedia nga Prishtina dhe Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Dekontaminim Kulturor nga Beogradi, Pakoviqi denoncon pa pardon politikat nacionaliste dhe krimet e Serbis\u00eb dhe th\u00ebrret p\u00ebr denacifikim t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, peisazhi i pasluft\u00ebs i rajonit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aq i err\u00ebt. Jan\u00eb realizuar mes artist\u00ebve serb\u00eb e shqiptar\u00eb dhjetra iniciativa t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyeshme kulturore, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e paqes mes dy popujve, n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb klime m\u00eb tolerante dhe p\u00ebrgjithesisht emancipimin social e politik t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive shqiptare e serbe.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr to qe edhe botimi i dy antologjive letrare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e n\u00eb Serbi. Kishin kaluar gati mbi nj\u00ebzet vjet q\u00ebkur n\u00eb Serbi nuk ishte botuar pothuajse asnj\u00eb lib\u00ebr i ndonj\u00eb autori shqiptar. Pak a shum\u00eb ashtu ishte edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku botimi e p\u00ebrkthimi i librave nga gjuha serbe ishte\u00a0tabu. N\u00eb vitin 2011 Qendra Multimedia botoi nj\u00eb antologji t\u00eb proz\u00ebs s\u00eb re serbe me titull \u201c<em>Nga Beogradi, me dashuri<\/em>\u201d. Histeria e nacionalist\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ishte aty, si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb vazhdimisht p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00ebzet vjet, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb roje. Refuzimi publik (madje edhe nga disa shkrimtar\u00eb) i di\u00e7kaje q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte aktin m\u00eb civilizues ishte befasues, i paparashikuesh\u00ebm dhe d\u00ebshp\u00ebrues.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht me botimin e librit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb Serbi Sasha Iliqi dhe grupi letrar\u00a0<em>Beton<\/em>\u00a0botoi nj\u00eb antologji t\u00eb let\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb re t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me titull \u201c<em>Nga Prishtina, me dashuri<\/em>\u201d. Reagimet e publikut n\u00eb Serbi, duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb, ishin m\u00eb optimiste, edhe p\u00ebr faktin se kureshtja ishte m\u00eb e madhe \u2013 p\u00ebr nj\u00eb let\u00ebrsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ata nuk kishin fare dijeni\u00a0se si shkruhej dhe me \u00e7far\u00eb temash preokupohej.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ajo koh\u00eb, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer e botuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dy vendet dhjetra libra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Jan\u00eb realizuar edhe disa projekte t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme teatrore, ekspozita e koncerte muzikore. Nd\u00ebr shfaqjet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, t\u00eb realizuara si rezultat i k\u00ebtij dialogu kulturor t\u00eb nisur nga shoq\u00ebria civile e nga artist\u00ebt, jan\u00eb \u201c<em>Patriotic Hypermarket<\/em>\u201d, \u201c<em>Romeo e Xhulieta<\/em>\u201d e \u201c<em>Enciklopedia e t\u00eb gjall\u00ebve<\/em>\u201d. Por, natyrisht se ka edhe shum\u00eb nisma t\u00eb tjera, m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha apo me t\u00eb vogla, por t\u00eb gjitha me pesh\u00eb dhe me ndikim t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqsh\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja vendet.<\/p>\n<p>Trumpetat e nacionalist\u00ebve t\u00eb verb\u00ebr kan\u00eb jehuar vazhdimisht n\u00eb\u00a0kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre nismave. N\u00eb Beograd, n\u00eb disa raste, kund\u00ebrshtimet\u00a0kan\u00eb qen\u00eb madje edhe t\u00eb dhunshme. Dhe derisa qarkullimi kulturor mes Kosov\u00ebs e Serbis\u00eb\u00a0p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb presionit t\u00eb nacionalist\u00ebve e t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve\u00a0shpesh ka hasur n\u00eb gozhd\u00eb, ai mes vendeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ish Jugosllavis\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb binar\u00eb dhe rrjedh pak m\u00eb normalisht. N\u00eb cilindo rast, sfidat jan\u00eb akoma aty dhe ato nuk duhet n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsuar.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e politikan\u00ebve nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim &#8211; p\u00ebr kurrfar\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi q\u00eb do t\u00eb\u00a0mund t\u00eb sillte normalitet e paqe afatgjate. Sepse alarmi i kurdisur i\u00a0<em>emergjenc\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare<\/em>\u00a0p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb\u00a0<em>sulmi nga brenda apo nga jasht\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0u sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur v\u00ebmendjen e publikut larg problemeve reale me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohen vendet e rajonit: varf\u00ebria, korrupsioni, gjendja e mjerueshme e institucioneve, krimi i organizuar etj.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Serbi e n\u00eb rajon kan\u00eb filluar ta kuptojn\u00eb se armiku i tyre nuk jan\u00eb serb\u00ebt, apo shqiptar\u00ebt, apo kroat\u00ebt, porse armiku i tyre i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt jan\u00eb kastat e korruptuara politike, nacionalist\u00ebt e zot\u00ebt e dikursh\u00ebm t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u2019i ruajtur privilegjet e luft\u00ebs e t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs, insistojn\u00eb t\u2019i mbajn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar e t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar.<\/p>\n<p>Por, si\u00e7 e tham\u00eb tashm\u00eb, nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm politikan\u00ebt, jan\u00eb edhe plot mendje t\u00eb ndryshkura mes t\u00eb ashtuquajturave elita intelektuale e artistike, q\u00eb paqes s\u00eb brisht\u00eb i rrin\u00eb mbi kok\u00eb si gogol, duke provuar ta trembin e ta zhb\u00ebjn\u00eb. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb produkti m\u00eb unik q\u00eb ka mundur t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb politika hegjemoniste, afshi nacionalist e pasioni i shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb t\u00eb 90-tave.<\/p>\n<p>Filozofi francez Claude Lefort\u00a0kur fliste p\u00ebr transformimet e m\u00ebdha ideologjike q\u00eb kishin ndodhur e po ndodhnin pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit, fuqizimin e nacionalizmit serb e shihte t\u00eb lidhur me komunizmin: \u201c<em>Situata e tanishme tregon se sa i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kalimi nga sundimi totalitar n\u00eb demokraci. Komunizmi e ka cop\u00ebtuar n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb merrej me mend, indin shoq\u00ebror. Ai la mbrapa vetes, ve\u00e7 rr\u00ebnimeve materiale, frik\u00ebn, mosbesimin, shprehin\u00eb e n\u00ebnshtrimit, mosnjohjen e ligjit dhe mosp\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb individuale. [\u2026] Si mund t\u00eb dyshohet\u00a0se ky nacionaliz\u00ebm, n\u00eb form\u00ebn e acaruar q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi e komunizmit<\/em>\u201d (Lefort, 1993).<\/p>\n<p>Tani, kur kan\u00eb kaluar mbi 30 vite nga r\u00ebnia e komunizmit, nuk duket fort bind\u00ebs argumenti q\u00eb e gjith\u00eb kjo \u00e7menduri q\u00eb ka prodhuar ky rajon duhet t\u2019i faturohet komunizmit. Ajo \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet me siguri \u00ebsht\u00eb se nacionalizmi n\u00eb k\u00ebto an\u00eb ka pasur plot burime frym\u00ebzimi. Historikisht, ky duket ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb territor i kollajsh\u00ebm, madje i pllesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nacionalizmin.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb, cila \u00ebsht\u00eb rrug\u00ebdalja prej k\u00ebsaj gremine?\u00a0V\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet. Intensifikimi i shk\u00ebmbimeve kulturore n\u00eb rajon, instalimi i nj\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjeje kritike ndaj t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb tashm\u00ebs dhe eventualisht ardhja e kastave t\u00eb reja politike, m\u00eb mendjehapura, m\u00eb progresiste e m\u00eb t\u00eb emancipuara, jan\u00eb disa hapa q\u00eb mund ta ndryshojn\u00eb fatin e k\u00ebtij\u00a0rajoni\u00a0t\u00eb trazuar.<\/p>\n<p>Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, ndryshimi i kursit t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhm\u00ebs s\u00eb rajonit lidhet bukur shum\u00eb me Serbin\u00eb. Ashtu\u00a0si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb burim dhe eksportuese e krizave, Serbia p\u00ebrb\u00ebn\u00a0edhe potencialin kryesor prej nga me koh\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb buronte\u00a0paqja dhe prosperiteti n\u00eb rajon. Por, se a do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7lirohet Serbia\u00a0prej fantazmave\u00a0t\u00eb\u00a0s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pyetje e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Peisazhi aktual politik n\u00eb Serbi, me nj\u00eb lider autokrat si Aleksand\u00ebr Vu\u00e7iqi, nj\u00eb ish sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor i Millosheviqit, nuk l\u00eb shum\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr optimiz\u00ebm. Z\u00ebrat kritik\u00eb atje vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt dhe gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb pak\u00ebt. Shoq\u00ebria civile sa vjen e tkurret dhe koncepti i \u201cmediave t\u00eb pavarura\u201d duket krejt\u00ebsisht i huaj. Edhe m\u00eb keq q\u00ebndron gjendja n\u00eb sken\u00ebn kulturore, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar pothuajse t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht. Ata pak krijues q\u00eb rezistojn\u00eb, kan\u00eb ngelur si z\u00ebra t\u00eb vetmuar n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr fund, t\u00eb tilla shfaqje si \u201c<em>LIFT: Slobodan shou<\/em>\u201d mbase do t\u00eb shohim n\u00eb S\u00ebrbi edhe n\u00eb vitet e ardhshme.
