Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb pushteti politik nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb nj\u00eb territor si pasoj\u00eb e zgjedhjeve demokratike, e deliberimeve t\u00eb gjata, t\u00eb menduara e racionale, e pajtueshm\u00ebrive mes \u2018pal\u00ebve\u2019 p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn dhe q\u00ebllimet e pushtetit, p\u00ebr at\u00eb sesi ai mund t\u2019iu sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb atyre m\u00eb s\u00eb miri dhe t\u2019iu ofroj\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, e t\u00eb ngjashme. Supozimi se pushteti politik \u00ebsht\u00eb aty q\u00eb t\u2019iu sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, ose th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb sakt\u00eb dhe m\u00eb demokratikisht q\u00eb t\u2019iu sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb \u2018t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve\u2019, \u00ebsht\u00eb, th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb buti, i pav\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe paraqet paaft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u2019u ballafaquar me disa fakte. Pushteti politik \u00ebsht\u00eb prerogativ\u00eb e atyre q\u00eb e duan at\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht, edhe me kushtin e ushtrimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs brutale ndaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Dhuna dhe forca jan\u00eb dy atributet bazike t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb e k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb pushtetin, jo Konventat p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, jo Deklaratat Universale, jo parimet apo filozofia, jo konsensusi, e aq m\u00eb pak \u201ckontrata shoq\u00ebrore\u201d apo racionaliteti. Racionaliteti i vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vendosjen e nj\u00eb pushteti, jo vet\u00ebm atij politik, \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i zgjerimit t\u00eb tij, dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe forcimit deri n\u00eb mas\u00ebn sa ai nuk mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohet, si nj\u00eb racionalitet q\u00eb natyr\u00eb e ka rrit\u00ebn e vet. Demokracia n\u00eb form\u00ebn si\u00e7 e njohim ne sot, n\u00eb form\u00ebn q\u00eb na vjen si e gatshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka e vonshme dhe e re, e po ashtu edhe e p\u00ebrkohshme. Kjo demokraci u nd\u00ebrtua mbi gijotin\u00eb. Revolucioni francez, n\u00ebse e marrim si pik\u00ebn fillestare t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb moderne dhe t\u00eb pushteteve politike moderne n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, ishte nj\u00eb revolucion i turmave. Pushteti i ri politik q\u00eb lindi nga kjo p\u00ebrmbysje u themelua mbi maja bajonetash, prerje kokash, pushkatime, pla\u00e7kitje, djegie, shkat\u00ebrrim, dhunim, kaos. Nuk kishte asgj\u00eb revolucionare n\u00eb t\u00eb, kishte vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmbysje t\u00eb nj\u00eb rendi dhe vendosje t\u00eb nj\u00eb rendi t\u00eb ri. Dhe si \u00e7do rend i ri, as ky rend nuk e tradhtoi rregullin e vjet\u00ebr: dhun\u00ebn si instrumentin bazik p\u00ebr shtrirjen e pushtetit. Ajo q\u00eb pasoi ishte nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb e gjat\u00eb dhune dhe trazirash t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha natyrave derisa u arrit kulmi i cili u pasua nga nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr stabiliteti.<\/p>\n<p>Ky rend i ri e prodhoi pashmangsh\u00ebm mitologjin\u00eb e tij, si nj\u00eb proces i pashk\u00ebputsh\u00ebm derivativ i rendit t\u00eb ri, ose bashk\u00ebshoq\u00ebrues i tij por domosdoshm\u00ebrish si di\u00e7ka q\u00eb vjen prapa p\u00ebr vendosjen e tij n\u00eb themele t\u00eb sigurta, n\u00eb legjitimimin e tij n\u00eb themele njer\u00ebzore. Diskursi q\u00eb u lind dhe idealet e tij t\u00eb liris\u00eb, barazis\u00eb dhe v\u00ebllaz\u00ebris\u00eb ishin themelet e nevojshme p\u00ebr vendosjen e k\u00ebtij rendi n\u00eb baza t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, nj\u00eb lloj iluzioni i lumturis\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebsis\u00eb njer\u00ebzore i nd\u00ebrtuar p\u00ebrmbi g\u00ebnjeshtra dhe vet\u00ebmashtrim. Ne sot vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb p\u00ebrbrenda k\u00ebtij diskursi idealist, ndon\u00ebse sot p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb terma tjer\u00eb. Ky diskurs vazhdon t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb idealiz\u00ebm, idealet e t\u00eb cilit merren si t\u00eb mir\u00ebqena, merren si esenc\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, kuptohen si di\u00e7ka e natyrshme q\u00eb njeriu vetvetiu e k\u00ebrkon, si p\u00ebrhershm\u00ebri e qenies. Teologjizmat demokratik e interpretojn\u00eb njeriun si racional, si qenie q\u00eb e di se \u00e7far\u00eb k\u00ebrkon, t\u00eb motivuar nga vetinteresi, natyrsh\u00ebm dhe organikisht kund\u00ebr dhun\u00ebs, i prir\u00eb p\u00ebr jet\u00eb n\u00eb komunitet. \u00c7far\u00eb harrojn\u00eb k\u00ebta idealizma \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo histori e dhun\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u2019u ballafaquar me k\u00ebto fakte. Demokracia nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb atribut inherent i asaj q\u00eb ne me terma homogjenizues e njohim si \u201cper\u00ebndim\u201d; nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb veti biologjike e tyre. Rendi, ligji dhe rregulli kan\u00eb ardhur si nevoj\u00eb e atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb sunduar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur at\u00eb q\u00eb kishin akumuluar dhe nd\u00ebrtuar si rezultat i sundimit t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre dhe t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb vet; por asnj\u00ebher\u00eb si rezultat i \u201cvet\u00ebdijes qytetare\u201d apo e metod\u00ebs s\u00eb deduksionit logjik p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme, p\u00ebr \u201cinteresin publik\u201d. Edhe kur \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb interesit publik, edhe interesi edhe publiku jan\u00eb definuar dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga vet ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbajtur pushtetin. T\u00eb tjerat dhe variacionet e tyre jan\u00eb zhvilluar si kompromis mes forcave q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb arritur dot ta shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb mendosh se rendi dhe ligji, demokracia, etj., jan\u00eb rezultat i dominimit t\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00ebs brenda natyr\u00ebs njer\u00ebzore dhe arsyes s\u00eb tij, se sunduesi apo \u2018sovrani\u2019 vepron ose duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb sipas interesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, \u00ebsht\u00eb qesharake n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. E megjithat\u00eb ne vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb besojm\u00eb se demokracia, liria e t\u00eb drejtat jan\u00eb rregulli, jan\u00eb e p\u00ebrhershmja, nd\u00ebrsa dhun\u00ebn e krimin i shohim si p\u00ebrjashtime, si devijime. N\u00eb nj\u00eb rast klasik esencializimi, ne i shohim dy atributet e fundit si karakteristika t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb pazhvilluara, biologjikisht jodemokratike, t\u00eb \u2018paemancipuara\u2019; pak a shum\u00eb si kjo e jona. Me gjith\u00eb riskun e b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb deklaratave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, deklaratave t\u00eb aso p\u00ebrmasave q\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb posht\u00eb tyre dhe ta marrin frym\u00ebn, e disa prej atyre q\u00eb lexuat m\u00eb sip\u00ebr padyshim ishin t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla, megjithat\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb them se historia e njer\u00ebzimit, p\u00ebr aq sa ne e njohim, \u00ebsht\u00eb histori dhune. Historia e popujve \u00ebsht\u00eb histori dhune, dhe popujt q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb lufta dhe kan\u00eb pushtuar t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt jan\u00eb zhvilluar dhe kan\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar kundrejt popujve \u2018paq\u00ebsor\u00eb\u2018. N\u00eb fakt, n\u00ebse ky interpretim \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrrim perspektive, p\u00ebr mosmoralizim, p\u00ebr joskandalizim e kukuvajtim; p\u00ebr ardhje n\u00eb vete. Nd\u00ebrrimi i perspektiv\u00ebs mund t\u00eb na ndihmoj\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb qasjen, e cila mund t\u00eb na \u00e7oj\u00eb drejt di\u00e7kaje m\u00eb produktive, m\u00eb dinamike dhe m\u00eb aktive; mund t\u00eb na ndihmoj\u00eb t\u00eb dalim nga kurthi i mend\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb pushtuarit dhe viktim\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshme, nga ngujimi n\u00eb dialektik\u00ebn vetrrotulluese.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse e marrim p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb pohimin se dhuna \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb themel t\u00eb vendosjes s\u00eb pushteteve t\u00eb reja politike, e k\u00ebtu ne nuk b\u00ebjm\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtimi, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ka potencial t\u00eb na \u00e7liroj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb barr\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-right\">\n<div class=\"post\">\n<p class=\"author\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lindja e nj\u00eb pushteti politik \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e dhunshme.
