Megjithat\u00eb, bota ideale nuk ekziston, dhe versionet tona t\u00eb bot\u00ebs dallojn\u00eb, e kjo do ta b\u00ebnte \u00e7do bised\u00eb rraskapit\u00ebse dhe joproduktive pa nevoj\u00eb, prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb orientohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb drejtim tjet\u00ebr &#8211; n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb realitetit, t\u00eb pasojave t\u00eb tij dhe t\u00eb hapave t\u00eb ardhshme potenciale. T\u00eb mirremi vesh &#8211; k\u00ebtu nuk po them (n\u00eb)se sistemi arsimor i komunitetit shqiptar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb vitet &#8217;90 dhe sistemi arsimor i komunitetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb aktualisht jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb n\u00eb aspektin legal\/politik\/ekononik, por po flas p\u00ebr rolin q\u00eb k\u00ebto sisteme arsimore kan\u00eb tek ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb, apo tek ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e refuzojn\u00eb. Arsimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7 marrje e r\u00ebndomt\u00eb e informatave; arsimi, na p\u00eblqeu apo jo, \u00ebsht\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr formimin e identitetit nacional, fetar, e madje edhe politik, dhe roli i tij socio-kulturor nuk duhet shp\u00ebrfillur. Duke u nisur nga kjo, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit politik\u00eb me mjesht\u00ebri u ikin diskutimeve rreth tem\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimit, pasi q\u00eb \u00e7do koment i tyre potencialisht mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb reagime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, edhe kur flasin, narrativat e tyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb karakterit p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsues dhe ato pasqyrojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00ebndrime politike, pa arsyetime t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme, pa fakte e propozime. Prandaj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u habitur q\u00eb nj\u00ebra prej frikave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb komunitetit serb \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht e ardhmja e arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe; sepse terri n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin aktualisht gjendet \u00ebsht\u00eb si vilajet i err\u00ebt &#8211; pa marr\u00eb parasysh skenarin, pendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pashmangsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, frika \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se e arsyeshme kur merren parasysh \u00e7\u00ebshtjet teknike t\u00eb cilat imponohen kur hapet \u00e7\u00ebshtja e arsimit &#8211; \u00e7ka fitohet, \u00e7ka humbet, dhe kush fiton e kush humb. N\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb ekziston sistemi arsimor i cili, me gjith\u00eb mang\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe nevojat, \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs europiane t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb (q\u00eb njihet m\u00eb mir\u00eb si Sistemi i Bolonj\u00ebs) derisa sistemi arsimor i Kosov\u00ebs, edhe pse p\u00ebrpiqet t&#8217;i ndjek\u00eb trendet europiane, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb; rezultatet e testit t\u00eb PISA-s t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb sistemit arsimor serb, megjith\u00ebse nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb mundshme, jan\u00eb megjithat\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mira se rezultatet e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb sistemit arsimor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs; rezultatet dhe t\u00eb arriturat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe student\u00ebve t\u00eb sistemit arsimor serb n\u00eb gara nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare jan\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sesa rezultatet dhe t\u00eb arriturat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe student\u00ebve t\u00eb sistemit arsimor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Pra, komuniteti serb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 arsyeve t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendura, t\u00eb cilat shpesh konsiderohen si &#8220;perspektiv\u00eb emocionale&#8221;, ka edhe arsye plot\u00ebsisht &#8220;racionale&#8221; p\u00ebr t&#8217;u frik\u00ebsuar, t\u00eb cilat bazohen n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e arsimit i cili do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. si dhe n\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr sukses q\u00eb ata do t&#8217;i ken\u00eb me zbatimin e atij arsimi.<\/p>\n<p>Krejt kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se status kuoja \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhje, por se zgjidhja duhet gjetur n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nevojat e shfryt\u00ebzuesve, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast komunitetit serb, sepse sistemi arsimor, si \u00e7do sistem tjet\u00ebr publik, ekziston p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuesve, dhe jo e kund\u00ebrta.\u00a0 Dhe pik\u00ebrisht kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb vet\u00eb komunitetit do t&#8217;i krijoj\u00eb besim n\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit publik\u00eb &#8211; fakti se ata dhe nevojat e pritjet e tyre jan\u00eb n\u00eb rend t\u00eb par\u00eb, dhe se \u00e7do veprim \u00ebsht\u00eb i motivuar me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn q\u00eb komunitetit t&#8217;i p\u00ebrmbushen nevojat dhe t&#8217;i realizohen pritjet.
