Mbase edhe mund t\u00eb na duket sikur rendi social e rikontekstualizon veten. N\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb forme k\u00ebt\u00eb e hasim n\u00eb dy librat e Gilman Bakallit,\u00a0<em>Alfabeti i tranzicionit\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Mendimi kritik i nj\u00eb qytetari<\/em>. Duhet ta themi q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim se trajtesat e fenomeneve dhe ngjarjeve t\u00eb cilat i rrok n\u00eb fokusin e tij, autori Bakalli i dekonstrukton duke i v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim edhe referencat filozofike, dhe si t\u00eb tilla k\u00ebto trajtesa sikur e tejkalojn\u00eb dimensionin kohor, sepse shum\u00eb nga trajtimet e tij q\u00eb nga 1990 e deri m\u00eb 2016, gjejn\u00eb shprehje, e disa vet\u00ebm sa vijn\u00eb dhe rikuptim\u00ebsohen edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite. Dhe kjo p\u00ebr mua \u00ebsht\u00eb tema bosht e paraqitjes n\u00eb mendimet e tij, por ky \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe problemi m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb ka shoq\u00ebria shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Pamund\u00ebsia q\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7lirohemi nga strukturat socio-historike dhe mentaliteti i t\u00eb djeshmes, si shoq\u00ebri na ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb qark t\u00eb mbyllur dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb autori Bakalli e intensifikon qart\u00eb n\u00eb mendimet e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ai tek libri\u00a0<em>Alfabeti i tranzicionit<\/em>\u00a0paraqet disa fjal\u00ebve ky\u00e7e q\u00eb sh\u00ebnjojn\u00eb nj\u00eb dukuri n\u00eb kulturo-sfer\u00ebn shqiptare. Secila fjal\u00eb\/dukuri shenjon nj\u00eb diskurs shoq\u00ebror, e q\u00eb fillon me nj\u00eb renditje alfabetike nga shkronja A deri n\u00eb Zh. P\u00ebr me pa sesi autori i trajton disa nga k\u00ebro fjal\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjesore, e q\u00eb n\u00eb diskursin shqiptar jan\u00eb etablime t\u00eb nj\u00eb areali pezhorativ v\u00ebrejm\u00eb se si:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Nd\u00ebrtohet diskursit publik n\u00ebp\u00ebrmes\u00a0<strong>Akuz\u00ebs,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Rendi social q\u00eb ende \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn kthetrat e\u00a0<strong>Gjakmarrjes,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Keqkuptimi i lirive ekonomiko-liberale dhe i\u00a0<strong>Liris\u00eb<\/strong>\u00a0si t\u00eb till\u00eb,<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Kriza e\u00a0<strong>Intelektualit<\/strong>\u00a0n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare,<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Keqp\u00ebrdorimi i liris\u00eb s\u00eb shprehjes n\u00ebp\u00ebrmes\u00a0<strong>Medias<\/strong>\u00a0etj., jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm disa nga problematikat q\u00eb autori Gilman Bakalli i sheh si pamund\u00ebsi e daljes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga gjendja e tranzicionit.<\/p>\n<p>Duke e v\u00ebrejtur se si p\u00ebrjetohet dhe ushtrohet sfera publike dhe pastaj rendi dhe ligji dhe n\u00eb fund edhe vet\u00eb shteti, autori na sensibilizon p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrhershm\u00ebrie tranzicionale, sepse ai daljen nga tranzicioni nuk e sheh si akt, por si mend\u00ebsi. Ai na fton se duhet t\u00eb piqemi dhe p\u00ebrpiqemi si shoq\u00ebri, q\u00eb kulturalisht t\u00eb dalim n\u00eb nj\u00eb stad m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuar edhe socio-politik, q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria shqiptare m\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet nga periudha e tranzicionit.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mendimi kritik i nj\u00eb qytetari<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 n\u00eb deficit e thekson munges\u00ebn e qytetaris\u00eb, e rrjedhimisht edhe t\u00eb \u00a0qytetarit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. Kjo ndoshta \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe v\u00ebrejtja baz\u00eb dhe m\u00eb serioze q\u00eb autori Bakalli ia b\u00ebn shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Kritika e tij bie mbi politik\u00ebn, mbi arsimin, mbi shkenc\u00ebn, mbi median, familjen, mbi t\u00eb ashtuquajturin intelektual; pra mbi t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet q\u00eb e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe shtet. Lufta e pakompromis p\u00ebr pushtet, lufta e pakompromis p\u00ebr servilim dhe servilosje, i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb fuqi mediokritetit, q\u00eb autori Bakalli e sulmon me t\u00ebr\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e mendimit t\u00eb tij, sepse ai mendon se m\u00ebnyra sesi sillet shoq\u00ebria nuk do ta krijoj\u00eb\u00a0<em>qytetarin e lir\u00eb<\/em>, por nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebm karshi pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Krijimi i\u00a0<em>qytetarit t\u00eb lir\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0<em>qytetaris\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb proces q\u00eb krijohet n\u00eb laborator, por \u00ebsht\u00eb krijim i ngadalsh\u00ebm dhe permanent dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb autori Gilman Bakalli b\u00ebn thirrje dhe ngulmon mbi nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria shqiptare duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb sensitive ndaj k\u00ebsaj, sepse si\u00e7 edhe e thekson n\u00eb dy k\u00ebta librat e tij, trendet aktuale globale jan\u00eb aq ndikuese n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn lokale, sa q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria shqiptare, me k\u00ebt\u00eb stad t\u00eb zhvillimit, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb. Po ashtu, ai mendon se kultivimi i nj\u00eb\u00a0<em>qytetari t\u00eb lir\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsonte edhe nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri m\u00eb t\u00eb kulturuar dhe po ashtu, edhe nj\u00eb shtet m\u00eb dinjitoz. P\u00ebrndryshe, autori Bakalli na paralajm\u00ebron se n\u00ebse ne mbetemi peng i elitave qoft\u00eb politike, qoft\u00eb intelektuale aktuale, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb krijohet nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri pa sensin p\u00ebr t\u00eb tashmen dhe k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb d\u00ebmtohet edhe e ardhmja.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, mendoj se merita e autorit Gilman Bakalli q\u00ebndron pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim. Ai nuk m\u00ebton t\u00eb jet\u00eb lajm\u00ebtar, assesi, madje ai mendon se lajm\u00ebtar\u00ebt krijojn\u00eb besimtar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas autorit jan\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajt\u00ebs t\u00eb\u00a0<em>statusquo-s\u00eb<\/em>. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrues, k\u00ebrkon preventiv\u00eb, parandalim t\u00eb s\u00eb mbrapsht\u00ebs.
