Kjo qasje sikur e \u00e7armatos qytetarin nga dinjiteti i tij dhe e b\u00ebn skllav t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb nevojave normale t\u00eb tij. Koh\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt, por edhe tani \u00e7do dit\u00eb shohim dhe d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb sesi arritjet e ndryshme n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb korruptive si n\u00eb profesion, n\u00eb pozicione partiake, administrative, politike, arsimore etj., cil\u00ebsohen nga shoq\u00ebria si zot\u00ebsi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Individ\u00ebt apo grupe t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb pasurohen n\u00eb k\u00ebsi lloj procesesh, b\u00ebhen shum\u00eb autoritar, sepse tanim\u00eb atyre u \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar nd\u00ebrgjegjja, si nj\u00eb nga vektor\u00ebt e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb karakterit. Si pasoj\u00eb e krejt k\u00ebsaj lindin klane politike dhe ekonomike me natyr\u00eb mafioze. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe e pritshme, mbase vjen edhe natyrsh\u00ebm e edhe domosdoshm\u00ebrisht po ashtu, sepse i t\u00ebr\u00eb kapitali i \u00e7far\u00ebdo forme \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfituar n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet delikuencave t\u00eb ndryshme dhe q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtje, siguri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Mir\u00ebpo, \u00e7ka ndodh me\/p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri kur jeton n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb u tha sip\u00ebr k\u00ebtij ekskursi?
