Edhe pse tash i referohemi si \u201cn\u00eb kino\u201d apo \u201cte kinemaja\u201d, shprehja e par\u00eb na len me kuptu p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb kinemaja Jusuf G\u00ebrvalla (at\u00ebher\u00eb e njohur si Kino Rad) ka pas\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebrpara si objekt fizik n\u00eb rregullimin e hart\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetit dhe qarkullimit n\u00eb t\u00eb, poashtu edhe p\u00ebr rolin e saj si nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb me funksion social p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjellur njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb t\u00eb njejtin vend. P\u00ebr shkak q\u00eb kinemaja \u00ebsht\u00eb frenkuentuar aq shpesh nga shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz, \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr objektet m\u00eb t\u00eb identifikueshme t\u00eb qytetit ku edhe m\u00eb s\u00eb lehti ka qen\u00eb me u taku, edhe vazhdon pas gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyne vjet\u00ebve me i bashku njer\u00ebzit edhe n\u00ebse nuk po takohen p\u00ebr me hy brenda n\u00eb kinema me shiku filma, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar rrug\u00ebn m\u00eb tutje.<\/p>\n<p>Por tragjedia e k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrtese q\u00eb i sjell k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz bashk\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb futur n\u00eb procedurat e privatizimit nga Agjensioni Kosovar i Privatizimit, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtu kah fati i tjet\u00ebrsimit. Me vendimin e Bordit t\u00eb Drejtor\u00ebve t\u00eb Agjensionit, me daten 30 janar \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb procesi i likuidimit t\u00eb kinemas\u00eb Jusuf G\u00ebrvalla ka filluar.<\/p>\n<p>Kinemaja Jusuf G\u00ebrvalla \u00ebsht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb q\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb list\u00ebn e objekteve t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore, q\u00eb mbrohet nga institucionet e shtetit si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs, Rinis\u00eb, dhe Sportit,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nj\u00eb objekt q\u00eb ka artefakte historike, kamera dhe projektor\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb kushte normale ishin dasht\u00eb t\u00eb vendosen n\u00ebp\u00ebr muze t\u00eb filmit, dhe postera t\u00eb filmave q\u00eb prej viteve t\u00eb 50-ta,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nj\u00eb objekt q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb nd\u00ebr vendet m\u00eb t\u00eb frekuentuara nga gjeneratat e vjetra q\u00eb prej kur ka fillu me shfaq program, sepse ka qen\u00eb nd\u00ebr vendet e vetme ku jan\u00eb mbajtur aktivitetet kulturore t\u00eb qytetit,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nj\u00eb objekt q\u00eb nuk identifikohet vet\u00ebm si kinema, por edhe si teat\u00ebr, e sht\u00ebpi e shum\u00eb aktor\u00ebve lokal ku i kan\u00eb mbajt\u00eb provat e tyre, dhe ku i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetu emocionet e shfaqjes s\u00eb par\u00eb para familjar\u00ebve e shoq\u00ebnis\u00eb s\u00eb tyne,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nj\u00eb objekt, skena e t\u00eb cilit ka sh\u00ebrbyer p\u00ebr koncertet e muzikant\u00ebve t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs,<\/p>\n<p>-nj\u00eb objekt qe i ka ofru (dhe vazhdon me i ofru) dhjet\u00ebra gjeneratave t\u00eb shkollave fillore nj\u00eb sken\u00eb e nj\u00eb auditorium p\u00ebr me i mbajt\u00eb programet artistike t\u00eb festave t\u00eb Abetares, dhe ato t\u00eb fundvitit shkollor,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nj\u00eb objekt q\u00eb daton nga viti 1950 me arkitektur\u00eb brutaliste, e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb restauruar shum\u00eb her\u00eb nga t\u00eb huajt e nga vendor\u00ebt p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb mbrojtjes nga prishja dhe dob\u00ebsimi,<\/p>\n<p>dhe megjithat\u00eb, kinemaja Jusuf G\u00ebrvalla, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb futur n\u00eb procesin e privatizimit!<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb, para 16 viteve, kam recitu p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb vjersh\u00eb para publikut n\u00eb sken\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj kinemaje si pjes\u00eb e programit t\u00eb klas\u00ebs parashkollore. Sot, pas 7 viteve aktiviz\u00ebm me Anibar p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn e qytetit ton\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs ka shku p\u00ebr aktivizimin e k\u00ebsaj kinemaje me program t\u00eb plot\u00eb, m\u00eb duhet me reagu dhe me u aktivizu n\u00eb mbrojtje nga tjet\u00ebrsimi t\u00eb pok\u00ebsaj skene, objekti i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebri nga dy objektet e vetme t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs n\u00eb qytetin tim! (Objekti tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb Teatri Profesional i Qytetit, gjithashtu inaktiv)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave kulturore ku ne si festival dhe organizat\u00eb kemi dasht\u00eb me i zhvillu aktivitetet tona, jemi detyru p\u00ebr t\u2019i improvizu plot 3 kinema t\u00eb hapura n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytet. Fal\u00eb motivit dhe pasionit t\u00eb madh q\u00eb Anibari ka si shoq\u00ebri dhe si l\u00ebvizje p\u00ebr t\u00eb rregulluar gjendjen kulturore n\u00eb qytet, ne p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit i nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb dhe prap i \u00e7\u2019monotojm\u00eb k\u00ebto kinema. Duke konsideru k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt, akti i likuidimit t\u00eb s\u00eb vetmes kinema statike q\u00eb ve\u00e7 e ka qyteti, nj\u00eb aset kulturor kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishem, \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e pakuptueshme dhe e pap\u00ebrgjegjshme. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, n\u00eb vitin 2017 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe fakt aq impresiv q\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet ka kinema, p\u00ebr shkak q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pritshme q\u00eb shkuarja n\u00eb kinema t\u00eb jet\u00eb aktivitet i jet\u00ebs normale n\u00eb qytete normale. P\u00ebr shembull, Stambolli ka 256 kinema me gjithsej 36,763[1] ul\u00ebse, ku vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin 2015 kan\u00eb shitur 60 milion e 470 mije e 430 [2] bileta t\u00eb filmave q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb num\u00ebr trefish m\u00eb i madh se numri total i banor\u00ebve t\u00eb qytetit! A shitet shpirti i qytetit? Prej 2010, kinemaja \u00ebsht\u00eb padiskutim \u201cfabrika\u201d e vetme kulturore e qytetit me an\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs po shtyhen p\u00ebrpara vlerat kulturore e artistike. Mir\u00ebpo si duket ky proces injoron dhe nuk ka konsiderat\u00eb as p\u00ebr memorien kolektive, as p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn, e aq m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb historike t\u00eb prekshme q\u00eb gjendet p\u00ebrbrenda nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Anibar po p\u00ebrkujdeset q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb procesin p\u00ebr s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi, dhe ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb disa hapa t\u00eb veprimit q\u00eb do t\u00eb mundohen t\u00eb parandalojn\u00eb zhvillimin e procesit t\u00eb privatizimit t\u00eb kinemas\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo duke e njohur fuqin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij procesi, i cili po i anashkalon edhe vendimet e gjykat\u00ebs q\u00eb prona aktualisht i takon Komun\u00ebs se Pej\u00ebs, neve detyrohemi t\u00eb rezistojm\u00eb si qytetar\u00eb aktiv dhe t\u2019a p\u00ebrkrahim l\u00ebvizjen q\u00eb kinemaja e qytetit me vazhdu me mbet\u00eb po e tij!
