Kjo vlen m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e student\u00ebve t\u00eb Universitetit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i kan\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e kufizuara dhe kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr trajtim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Si\u00e7 do ta shohim m\u00eb posht\u00eb, k\u00ebto t\u00eb drejta nuk respektohen n\u00eb nivelin e duhur dhe l\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr diskriminimin dhe l\u00ebndimin e shum\u00eb student\u00ebve apo punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb cil\u00ebve iu v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsohet tej mase angazhimi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion. P\u00ebrshtypja ime \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs ka pasur dhe ka ende mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb gjendjen ekzistuese, duke ndryshuar n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb qasjen ndaj student\u00ebve, e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti ndaj personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Por, p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb merremi me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e ndryshimit t\u00eb gjendjes ekzistuese, s\u00eb pari t\u00eb sqarojm\u00eb disa koncepte t\u00eb cilat shpeshher\u00eb keqkuptohen dhe keqinterpretohen nga masa e gjer\u00eb e popullat\u00ebs, madje nganj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe nga disa intelektual\u00eb kosovar\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-down\">\n<p>N\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur p\u00ebr student\u00ebt me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, duhet t\u00eb dim\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb rreth konceptit t\u00eb barazis\u00eb n\u00eb mes student\u00ebve. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, si shoq\u00ebri duhet t\u00eb reflektojm\u00eb se n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jet\u00ebsohet barazia n\u00eb mes t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb student\u00ebve, pa marr\u00eb parasysh atributet e tyre fizike, emocionale dhe psiqike. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, t\u00eb reflektojm\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si t\u00eb drejtat e personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, qofshin ata student\u00eb apo t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Universitet, duhet t\u00eb avancohen deri n\u00eb nivelin praktik, e jo vet\u00ebm at\u00eb proklamues e sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsor. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb universiteti si institucion publik e ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb kushte t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe ambient\u00a0t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, duke evituar diskriminimin n\u00eb baza fizike apo mentale. Pra, arritjet e student\u00ebve dhe e stafit t\u00eb Universitetit duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen ngusht\u00eb me p\u00ebrpjekjet dhe me pun\u00ebn e tyre drejt rezultateve q\u00eb priten prej tyre, e jo me kufizimet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(Pa) Barazia mes student\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A \u00ebsht\u00eb barazi, n\u00eb kontekstin e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb kufizuara t\u00eb student\u00ebve, trajtimi i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb dhe standard i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb student\u00ebve? Jo domosdoshm\u00ebrisht! Trajtimi i barabart\u00eb, n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste do t\u00eb thot\u00eb diskriminim i student\u00ebve me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Le t\u00eb ilustrojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb me shembullin e dy maturant\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt synojn\u00eb t\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin prej Fakulteteve t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. T\u00eb themi se k\u00ebta student\u00eb t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm gjenden te hyrja e Fakultetit t\u00eb tyre dhe kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb marrin informata rreth afatit t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj. Nj\u00ebri nga ta ec\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Fakultetit, nd\u00ebrsa tjetri i shtyn\u00eb me duar rrotat e karroc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Duke mos hyr\u00eb n\u00eb rrethanat e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb tyre jet\u00ebsore, studimet universitare si faz\u00eb e re e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, para s\u00eb gjithash do duhej t\u00eb ishin nj\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb pozitive p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, pa asnj\u00eb dallim. Por, n\u00eb hyrjen e fakultetit nj\u00ebri has n\u00eb pabarazi. Objekti i nd\u00ebrtuar duke pasur n\u00eb mendje shumic\u00ebn e student\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb ecin shkall\u00ebve, \u00ebsht\u00eb barriera e par\u00eb p\u00ebr maturantin i cili l\u00ebviz me karroc\u00eb. Nj\u00eb barrier\u00eb e till\u00eb aq e dukshme, flet shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qasjen institucionale n\u00eb raport me personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebsaj pengese fizike, \u00e7ka mund t\u00eb pres\u00ebsh n\u00eb lidhje me aspektin emocional, shpirt\u00ebror e mendor t\u00eb student\u00ebve? \u00c7ka mund t\u00eb presim n\u00eb aspektin e ofrimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve administrative, apo edhe asistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb nevojshme individuale dhe specifike p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta student\u00eb? P\u00ebr mendimin tim, jo shum\u00eb!.<\/p>\n<p>T\u2019i kthehemi ilustrimit t\u00eb pabarazis\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb dy student\u00ebve me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb fakultet. Edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb, fuqish\u00ebm theksojm\u00eb se ofrimi i sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb njejta dhe standarde p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb student\u00ebt, pa marr\u00eb parasysh nevojat e tyre, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb diskriminim p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Si\u00e7 u ilustrua edhe m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, shkall\u00ebt e fakultetit jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakap\u00ebrcyeshme p\u00ebr student\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrdorin karroca p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur. K\u00ebto shkall\u00eb jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar duke pasur n\u00eb mendje \u201cshumic\u00ebn\u201d e student\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk e kan\u00eb problem l\u00ebvizjen n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb. Por, si\u00e7 ndodh n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rastet e jet\u00ebs sociale, politike e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb, kur shoq\u00ebria avancon duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb prioritet shumic\u00ebs, m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti d\u00ebmtohen pjes\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat nuk e kan\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e shumic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar edhe m\u00eb tej problematik\u00ebn e l\u00ebvizjes pa pengesa n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e universiteteve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nga p\u00ebrvoja jon\u00eb kemi hasur n\u00eb raste ku privilegjet e l\u00ebvizjes me p\u00ebrdorimin e liftit i\u00a0kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm punonj\u00ebsit e fakultetit. Ky sistem mund\u00ebsohet me posedimin e kartelave p\u00ebr lift, t\u00eb cilat i kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm profesor\u00ebt\u00a0dhe stafi administrativ e teknik i\u00a0fakuleteteve. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, shum\u00eb p\u00ebrdorues t\u00eb liftit n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat universitare jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb aft\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin edhe pa p\u00ebrdorimin e tij, pra duke ecur n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, student\u00ebt me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara\u00a0nuk kan\u00eb qasje t\u00eb pavarur n\u00eb lift, e as staz\u00eb p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb karrocave. Me fjal\u00eb tjera, po t\u00eb l\u00ebm\u00eb anash dallimet n\u00eb funksione, i bie q\u00eb atyre iu pamund\u00ebsohet l\u00ebvizja e lir\u00eb dhe e pavarur brenda universitetit, nd\u00ebrsa personat q\u00eb nuk i kan\u00eb k\u00ebto nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta edukimi iu ofrohet privilegji apo luksi i l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar. Prandaj, mund t\u00eb thuhet se n\u00eb k\u00ebto raste \u00ebsht\u00eb evident keqp\u00ebrdorimi i pozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar t\u00eb drejtat dhe privilegjet t\u00eb cilat iu takojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kur realiteti demanton ligj\u00ebratat e profesor\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Student\u00ebve kosovar\u00eb t\u00eb pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha Fakulteteve iu bie t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb ligj\u00ebrata, apo t\u00eb lexojn\u00eb rregullore dhe ligje t\u00eb cilat flasin p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njer\u00ebzve me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. K\u00ebto \u201ct\u00eb drejta\u201d proklamohen edhe n\u00eb media nga ana e politikan\u00ebve dhe drejtuesve t\u00eb institucioneve arsimore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mezi presin t\u00eb paraqiten me premtimin se do t\u00eb punojn\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara. Por, me gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb retorik\u00eb, ajo q\u00eb mund t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet q\u00eb n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb fakulteteve kosovare d\u00ebshmon t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. T\u00eb drejtat elementare t\u00eb student\u00ebve me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara nuk p\u00ebrfillen dhe nuk zbatohen. Q\u00eb nga e drejta p\u00ebr qasje n\u00eb objektet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, e deri tek mosp\u00ebrfillja e nevojave specifike individuale t\u00eb student\u00ebve, diskriminimi ndaj k\u00ebtij grupi shoq\u00ebror \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se i duksh\u00ebm. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, n\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve edhe institucionet e arsimit parauniversitar jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb ngjashme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket respektimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave.<\/p>\n<p>Nga p\u00ebrvoja ime personale si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb arsimin parauniversitar, lirsh\u00ebm mund t\u00eb them q\u00eb shkollat e Kosov\u00ebs nuk e kan\u00eb as iden\u00eb fillestare se si t\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, kurse nga p\u00ebrvoja ime personale si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb arsimin universitar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, mund t\u00eb them se gjendja ekzistuese \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft e pafavorshme p\u00ebr student\u00ebt.
