Andaj, sot shoq\u00ebria kosovare \u00ebsht\u00eb e dezorientuar, e pafuqishme dhe pa ndonj\u00eb vizion t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtij lloj degradimi.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, shtrohet pyetja si erdh\u00ebm deri te kjo gjendje ku fjala nuk vlen as pes\u00eb para?! (sic!) Q\u00eb nga paslufta tek ne njeri\u00ebzit (sidomos t\u00eb pushtetshmit) filluan ta atakojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin publikisht p\u00ebr lloj-lloj delikuencash, deri edhe p\u00ebr krimet m\u00eb monstruoze. N\u00eb fillim p\u00ebr mas\u00ebn ishin trondit\u00ebse k\u00ebto akuza, por q\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt u b\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00eb e reportuorit t\u00eb mbar\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Thuhet se melodia sado e keqe q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb fillim, n\u00ebse i ekspozohet veshit shpesh, at\u00ebher\u00eb k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit nuk i b\u00ebn m\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje. K\u00ebshtu ndodhi edhe me ne, u trondit\u00ebm n\u00eb fillim, por dikur dasht\u00eb e pa dasht\u00eb u b\u00ebm\u00eb edhe pjes\u00eb e loj\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb, edhe pas shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, kur ne do t\u2019mund t\u00eb krijonim mekanizma efikas q\u00eb e mbrojn\u00eb qytetarin nga ky \u2018rrezatim\u2019, akuzat ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit nuk kishin t\u00eb ndalur. Akuzat gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs ishin dhe jan\u00eb serioze, si: ai \u00ebsht\u00eb vras\u00ebs, i korruptuar, tradhtar, dhunues, spiun etj., dhe kjo shp\u00ebrfaq dy elemente: i pari; \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne nuk kemi mundur t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb mekanizma efikas shtet\u00ebror ku e mbron qytetarin nga v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsia e di\u00e7kaje si g\u00ebnjeshtra dhe e v\u00ebrteta dhe elementi i dyt\u00eb, por shum\u00eb trondit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb, se pavar\u00ebsisht sa e r\u00ebnd\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishte akuza (fjala) kjo nuk kishte m\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ne, sepse tanim\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se na \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuar veshi, jemi b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj loje t\u00eb ndyr\u00eb. Andaj, kemi arritur n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kur Oscar Wilde thoshte se \u201cVeprimet jan\u00eb tragjedia jon\u00eb e par\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb, fjal\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb dytat. Fjal\u00ebt jan\u00eb ndoshta m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat. Fjal\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb pam\u00ebshirshme.\u201d P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mendoj se jan\u00eb dy defekte t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar q\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimi yn\u00eb, sidomos ai publik t\u00eb degradohet me patos, e q\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe e ka pamund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb shprehje normale shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>E para: defekti i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga t\u00eb metat kryesore t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shtetit ton\u00eb. Institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb jan\u00eb kontribuese direkte t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjendje, p\u00ebr faktin se ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb thirrura q\u00eb ta mbrojn\u00eb secilin nga \u00e7far\u00ebdo cenimi q\u00eb mund t\u2019u kanoset, e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur qoft\u00eb edhe minimalisht. P\u00ebrderisa jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen publikisht akuza nga m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebndat dhe institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre, at\u00ebher\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb kan\u00eb fuzionuar nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb publik. Duhet t\u00eb kemi parasysh se k\u00ebto institucione kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi q\u00eb n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb na sqarojn\u00eb se \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sqarimi ne si shoq\u00ebri kemi p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb at\u00eb lloj diskutimi ku akuzojm\u00eb secilin p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb, baz\u00eb e pa baz\u00eb dhe pa e pas\u00eb frik\u00ebn se dikush (e q\u00eb ish dasht\u00eb) t\u00eb na k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb fakte\/p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebn e th\u00ebn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E dyta: n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb till\u00eb mosfunksionimi, partit\u00eb politike dhe jo vet\u00ebm, nuk hezituan q\u00eb temat t\u00eb cilat ishin\/jan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i adresuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr gjykata, i adresuan jasht\u00eb tyre, pra n\u00eb publik dhe kjo krijoi nj\u00eb mosbesim ndaj partive mes tyre, po ashtu nj\u00eb mosbesim qytetar karshi partive politike dhe institucioneve n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi; dometh\u00ebn\u00eb mosbesim edhe ndaj shtetit. Prandaj, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e qart\u00eb se pse partit\u00eb politike tek ne sh\u00ebrbehen me diskursin popullist vulgar dhe fitojn\u00eb terren politik. Pra, mungesa e mekanizmave p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i mund\u00ebsuar qytetarit q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb dallimin mes nj\u00eb t\u00eb pav\u00ebrtete dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, i ka hap\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe grupacioneve t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb t\u00eb katapultohen n\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn publike, pa pasur nj\u00eb kod minimal etik t\u00eb mir\u00ebsjelljes, por q\u00eb me injoranc\u00ebn e tyre kan\u00eb treguar nj\u00eb arroganc\u00eb si ndaj kund\u00ebrshtarit politik ashtu edhe ndaj shtetit dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, pasojat e krijuara nga kjo qasje destruktive e gjithanshme dhe nga gjithsecili vet\u00ebm sa e ka thelluar munges\u00ebn e besimin n\u00eb sistemin politik. Pothuajse, n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb askush nuk i beson askujt. Kjo ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb gjith\u00ebmbarshme \u2013 nuk i besojm\u00eb mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb, nuk i besojm\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs, as drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, as politik\u00ebs, madje nuk i besojm\u00eb as nj\u00ebri-tjetrit dhe kjo krejt fal\u00eb k\u00ebsaj m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u00e7orodit\u00ebse t\u00eb vendosjes s\u00eb komunikimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, integriteti politik i qytetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb leht\u00eb i l\u00ebnduesh\u00ebm edhe p\u00ebr faktin se sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ka d\u00ebshtuar q\u00eb ta mbroj\u00eb at\u00eb nga kjo qasje destruktive, por \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i l\u00ebnduesh\u00ebm edhe nga trajtimi arrogant i politik\u00ebs. Dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb till\u00eb k\u00ebtu vijn\u00eb n\u00eb shprehje forma t\u00eb ndryshme ideologjike t\u00eb gjithfar\u00ebllojshme me pretendimin se ato do ta rikthejn\u00eb dhe ngrisin nivelin moral t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu vet\u00ebm sa futemi edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb qorrsokak. Dh\u00ebnia leht\u00ebsisht e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb secilit q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb publik dhe t\u00eb flas\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb pa kurrfar\u00eb mbulese dhe pa ndjenj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebn e th\u00ebn\u00eb, e ka pamund\u00ebsuar dhe e ka ngulfatur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb qasjeje racionale. Zhb\u00ebrja apo pamund\u00ebsia e rithemelimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb kodi minimal etik dhe racional t\u00eb komunikimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb, ka krijuar hendeqe aq t\u00eb thella n\u00eb mbar\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. Prandaj, zhvatja q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb fjal\u00ebs gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve, e ka sjellur shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kolaps t\u00eb till\u00eb ku funksionimi normal i mekanizmave shtet\u00ebror dhe shoq\u00ebror pothuajse ka d\u00ebshtuar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht. Andaj, kthjellja nga nj\u00eb gjendje e till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb aty ku ka nisur, tek rikthimi dhe nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi ndaj fjal\u00ebs.
