Mir\u00ebpo nuk mjafton vet\u00ebm identifikimi i akter\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr problemet e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb. P\u00ebrkundrazi, nj\u00eb vet\u00ebreflektim mbi p\u00ebrgjegjesit\u00eb individuale p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e realitetit ton\u00eb do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente si pik\u00ebnisje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb riorientim dhe korrigjim shoq\u00ebror. Sepse ne, me apo pa vet\u00ebdije, shpeshher\u00eb b\u00ebhemi bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjen e nj\u00eb sistemi shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb \u00e7ak\u00ebrdisur. Si p\u00ebr shembull me q\u00ebndrimin ton\u00eb indiferent, e n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs ndaj personave t\u00eb rrethit ton\u00eb kur ata shkelin ligjin, b\u00ebjn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi apo edhe krim. Edhe krime kur b\u00ebjn\u00eb ne i mbyllim syt\u00eb. Sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb i joni. Mundohemi ta mbrojm\u00eb, amnistojm\u00eb dhe jemi shum\u00eb kreativ\u00eb n\u00eb thurjen e arsyetimeve shfaj\u00ebsuese n\u00eb favor t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo shteti dhe rendi nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen p\u00ebrderisa marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet tona nd\u00ebrnjer\u00ebzore jan\u00eb primare n\u00eb list\u00ebn e motiveve tona t\u00eb veprimit. Sidomos demokracia si sistem i mir\u00ebmbajtur n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishta dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndara, pjes\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore e ka angazhimin e qytetarit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Shteti, rendi, ligji dhe shum\u00eb institucione jan\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, mungesa e t\u00eb cilave do t\u00eb na shpiente n\u00eb vuajtje t\u00eb secilit dhe n\u00eb kollaps shoq\u00ebror. Mir\u00ebpo p\u00ebr t&#8217;i ruajtur dhe forcuar duhet t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb esencialitetin e tyre dhe t&#8217;i respektojm\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, madje edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se familjar\u00ebt tan\u00eb. Sepse jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm k\u00ebto, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e civilizuar e garantojn\u00eb sigurin\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebqenien ton\u00eb personale. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, ende n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb respektohen lidhjet personale sesa shteti, rendi dhe ligji. Kjo v\u00ebrehet kur pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e nj\u00eb institucioni n\u00eb rast kur nj\u00eb koleg i tyre i shkel parimet e institucionit dhe profesionalizmit dhe e keqp\u00ebrdor detyr\u00ebn, koleg\u00ebt e tij n\u00eb vend se ta denoncojn\u00eb, mundohen t&#8217;ia fshehin shkeljet. Kjo dukuri \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrhapur gjithandej n\u00ebp\u00ebr institucionet tona. P\u00ebrderisa t\u00eb mos kuptojn\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz se \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebs\u00ebpari n\u00eb interes t\u00eb tyre personal t\u00eb mos i mbrojn\u00eb shkel\u00ebsit e ligjit, nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb progres. Sepse ata p\u00ebrmes veprimeve t\u00eb tyre po e mir\u00ebmbajn\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem, i cili e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebson realitetin e secilit prej nesh, pra edhe realitetin e atyre personave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e mir\u00ebmbajn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit kam qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmitare e shum\u00eb parregullsive n\u00ebp\u00ebr gjykata. M\u00eb s\u00eb shumti m\u00eb ka irrituar refuzimi i avokat\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin hapa ndaj koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre gjykat\u00ebs, edhe pse gjykat\u00ebsi qartazi i merr vendimet e tij me plot vet\u00ebdije dhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr protestimit tim duke u bazuar mbi fakte t\u00eb manipuluara, p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ndiqej penalisht si bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor n\u00eb nj\u00eb krim e jo t\u00eb jet\u00eb instanca, e cila e jep verdiktin mbi at\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Hataja m\u00eb e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb se avokat\u00ebt, edhe pse si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb pal\u00ebs sipas detyr\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb reagojn\u00eb kund\u00ebr atij gjykat\u00ebsi, ata refuzojn\u00eb ta denoncojn\u00eb at\u00eb. Dhe me \u00e7far\u00eb arsyetimi? \u201eJo, se e kam koleg.\u201c Qytetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi i japin marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve personale sesa drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, ligjit, shtetit. K\u00ebsisoji ata b\u00ebhen bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb sistemi, i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i interesuar t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb mir\u00ebqenie p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt, por cak kryesor e ka mbajtjen e pushtetit p\u00ebrmes apatis\u00eb dhe n\u00ebnshtrimit qytetar. Kur e mbron nj\u00eb shkel\u00ebs t\u00eb ligjit nuk ke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb, pa marr\u00eb parasysh a e ke koleg apo familjar. Fajtor p\u00ebr degradimin e vlerave n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb dhe realitetin e hidhur ngulfat\u00ebs nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm politikan\u00ebt dhe sistemi, por jemi edhe vet\u00eb ne.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse e liga nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm vullneti djall\u00ebzor p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb keq. E liga \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe refuzimi apo paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb logjikuar mbi p\u00ebrmasat dhe pasojat e veprimeve tona. E liga mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndoshta fillin n\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim djall\u00ebzor apo t\u00eb pamoralsh\u00ebm, mir\u00ebpo rrall\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb e lig\u00eb mund t\u00eb implementohet pa mb\u00ebshtetjen e shum\u00eb individ\u00ebve apo nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. E liga nuk e tregon veten si t\u00eb lig\u00eb para nesh, por kamuflohet si nj\u00eb e mir\u00eb. Heshtja e avokat\u00ebve ndaj shkeljeve t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebsit nuk shihet si e lig\u00eb, por si e mir\u00eb, meq\u00eb po e mbrojn\u00eb kolegun.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb reflektimit rreth k\u00ebsaj teme gjeta se ne mund t\u00eb gjindemi n\u00eb kat\u00ebr situata kur si qytetar\u00eb b\u00ebhemi bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb n\u00eb realizimin e s\u00eb lig\u00ebs, e cila na d\u00ebmton edhe neve personalisht. Situata e par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kur mendojm\u00eb se marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet personale jan\u00eb vendimtare p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenien ton\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. E dyta ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb e dallimit mes s\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb lig\u00ebs shkaku i natyr\u00ebs manipulative t\u00eb s\u00eb lig\u00ebs dhe kamuflimit t\u00eb saj n\u00ebn petkun e motiveve fisnike t\u00eb rrejshme. Situata e tret\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhet me penetrimin e s\u00eb lig\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha poret e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb duke krijuar nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb qarkor t\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe riprodhimit t\u00eb saj p\u00ebrmes kapitulimit shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb individit para p\u00ebrmasave kolosale t\u00eb shtrirjes t\u00eb s\u00eb lig\u00ebs. Njeriu thjesht dor\u00ebzohet n\u00eb apati duke humbur besimin se mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb di\u00e7ka. K\u00ebshtu gjindemi n\u00eb situata absurde dhe surreale t\u00eb t\u00eb qenit d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb shprehjeve \u201ejemi shoq\u00ebri e kalbur, por nuk ke \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebn, duhet t\u00eb pajtohesh me realitetin!\u201c. Sistemi ka arritur q\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr shumic\u00eb e qytetar\u00ebve t\u2019i sjell\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb kapitullimi dhe nj\u00ebherit pranimi t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetesj\u00ebs me nj\u00eb realitet \u201et\u00eb kalbur\u201c. Kjo po q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb humbje e dinjitetit. Njeriu pra e kupton kalb\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe kapacitetin d\u00ebmtues t\u00eb realitetit t\u00eb tij, mir\u00ebpo \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar para pafuqis\u00eb s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim, duke e pranuar at\u00eb realitet. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb skllav\u00ebrim shpirt\u00ebror, zhveshje nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr realitetin ton\u00eb dhe rezulton n\u00eb zhveshje t\u00eb njeriut nga t\u00eb qenit njeri. Po, \u00ebsht\u00eb vjedhje tinzare dhe mohim i dimensionit njer\u00ebzor t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Njeriu dallon nga kafsh\u00ebt tjera vet\u00ebm shkaku i posedimit t\u00eb arsyes (arsyes si aft\u00ebsi logjikimi) dhe mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb komunikimit t\u00eb reflektimeve tona. Kur nj\u00eb sistem ka arritur t\u00eb paralizoj\u00eb trurin e pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj n\u00eb momentumin e kapitulimit para realitetit, sistemi i ka zhveshur ata nga kualiteti i t\u00eb qenit njeri duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb besoj\u00eb s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i paaft\u00eb t\u00eb rezistoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Frik\u00ebsuese \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes sidomos mosnjohja apo mosperceptimi i faj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe bashk\u00ebpunimit ton\u00eb. Secili prej nesh e ndjen veten t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm. Ne b\u00ebhemi pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb lig\u00ebs duke e mir\u00ebmbajtur at\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe pranimit t\u00eb realitetit si t\u00eb pandryshuesh\u00ebm. K\u00ebsisoji, pa vet\u00ebdije, shnd\u00ebrrohemi n\u00eb krijues t\u00eb nj\u00eb realiteti vras\u00ebs p\u00ebr vetveten. E kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb tragjedia jon\u00eb; sepse duke menduar se po veprojm\u00eb drejt\u00eb, n\u00eb fakt ne jemi duke e rr\u00ebnuar veten.<\/p>\n<p>Situata e kat\u00ebrt q\u00eb mund t\u00eb na shpiej\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me t\u00eb ligen \u00ebsht\u00eb mosdija. Paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u2019i kuptuar k\u00ebto nd\u00ebrlidhje dhe pasoja t\u00eb veprimeve tona ndoshta ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me faktin se ket\u00ebj viseve tona nuk ka prekur vala ndrit\u00ebruese e iluminizmit. Iluminizmi ka mundur t\u00eb mb\u00ebrrij\u00eb n\u00eb zonat e sunduara nga Austro-Hungaria asokohe, por jo n\u00eb zonat e sundimit osman. Natyra e ngadalshme dhe shpeshher\u00eb vet\u00ebd\u00ebmtuese e zhvillimeve tona shoq\u00ebrore dhe e shtetit rrjedh nga mosinternalizimi i parimeve t\u00eb iluminizmit, pra nga mosprania e nj\u00eb hapi filozofik t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm gjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimit historik t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit drejt modernitetit. Viset tona nuk e internalizuan kuptimin dhe thirrjen e iluminizmit, q\u00eb thot\u00eb se iluminizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb dalja e njeriut nga papjekuria e vet\u00ebshkaktuar. Immanuel Kant shkruan se ajo papjekuri \u00ebsht\u00eb e vet\u00ebshkaktuar kur shkaku i saj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mungesa e arsyes, por mungesa e vendosm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe guximit p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrdorur arsyen. Njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrtojn\u00eb dhe frik\u00ebsohen t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb vet\u00eb. P\u00ebrtacia dhe frika jan\u00eb shkaktar\u00ebt pse njer\u00ebzit preferojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb papjekur. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse m\u00eb leht\u00eb e pranojm\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet t\u00eb hidhur t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt p\u00ebr ne, se t\u00eb marrim p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb individuale p\u00ebr realitetin e jet\u00ebs son\u00eb.
