Se si, edhe kur e kuptojm\u00eb rolin e kritik\u00ebs dhe domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e saj, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00eb, shkenc\u00eb, art, kultur\u00eb, gazetari e p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebri, kritik\u00ebn e kemi z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me elemente q\u00eb jan\u00eb ve\u00e7 shp\u00ebrfaqje simbolike e saj. Th\u00ebn\u00eb tro\u00e7, ajo q\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb me kritik\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kritik\u00eb. Si\u00e7 do t\u00eb argumentoj n\u00eb vijim, kritik\u00ebn si proces qen\u00ebsor po e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojm\u00eb me tipare kuptimesh q\u00eb limitohen n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim apo p\u00ebrqeshje. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, ani pse jan\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurura me kritik\u00ebn, pra me procesin e zb\u00ebrthimit, kuptimit, vler\u00ebsimit dhe kontestimit n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb qasjeje a metode t\u00eb caktuar, nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb fakt kritik\u00eb, sepse, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr faktit q\u00eb luajn\u00eb rolin dhe z\u00ebn\u00eb vendin e kritik\u00ebs n\u00eb kuptimin e pranis\u00eb s\u00eb saj n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike e diskurs, nuk arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb efektin e kritik\u00ebs n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Argumenti p\u00ebrfundimtar \u00ebsht\u00eb radikal, meq\u00eb konsideroj se p\u00ebrmes procesit t\u00eb devalvimit t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs n\u00eb elementet e saj zbavit\u00ebse, kolektivisht po shkojm\u00eb drejt vrasjes s\u00eb kritik\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"news-down\">\n<div class=\"news-left\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Kund\u00ebrshtimi si kritik\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Hapi i par\u00eb drejt vrasjes s\u00eb kritik\u00ebs ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me rikontekstualizimin diskursiv t\u00eb vet\u00eb fjal\u00ebs kritik\u00eb q\u00eb po ndodh\u00eb furish\u00ebm sfer\u00ebn publike.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/op-ed\/88833\/per-arbanen-kritiken-dhe-kundershtimin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Si\u00e7 pata elaboruar koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Sbunker<\/a>, me e kund\u00ebrshtu nj\u00eb gj\u00eb, ngjarje a proces, veprim a veprues, nuk domethan\u00eb q\u00eb je tu e kritiku. Ky kund\u00ebrshtim nuk ng\u00ebrthen n\u00eb vete ndonj\u00eb proces kritik, por m\u00eb shum\u00eb nj\u00eb bindje timen parimore t\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb pasive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, duke mbetur n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin shembull, jam kritik ndaj politik\u00ebs aktuale q\u00eb kriminalizon prodhimet e kanabisit. Kjo kritik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e bazuar pik\u00eb s\u00eb pari n\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb racionale t\u00eb kostove dhe benefiteve ku barra ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebse, d\u00ebmet sociale dhe mosbenefitet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sesa p\u00ebrfitimet q\u00eb pretendohen nga nj\u00eb politik\u00eb e till\u00eb. S\u00eb dyti, bazohet n\u00eb analiz\u00eb krahasimtare t\u00eb instituteve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare sa i p\u00ebrket benefiteve sociale e ekonomike t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive q\u00eb dekriminalizojn\u00eb kanabisin. S\u00eb treti, merr p\u00ebr baz\u00eb analiz\u00ebn konstruktiviste sa i p\u00ebrket identiteteve sociale t\u00eb konstektualizuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat demografike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. S\u00eb k\u00ebtejmi, ani pse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsim i bazuar n\u00eb studim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsim i bazuar n\u00eb mendim kritik, i cili edhe n\u00ebse nuk i v\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim metodat e qasjes shkencore, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn i njeh dhe i dallon ato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Kritika,<a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/teh\/78655\/injoranca-e-bekuar-kunder-mendimit-kritik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0si\u00e7 shkruan G\u00ebzim Selaci n\u00eb Sbunker<\/a>, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton mendim jokonformues ndaj pushtetit moral, edukativ e politik, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb \u00e7eljes s\u00eb shtigjeve p\u00ebr ide t\u00eb reja kreative.\u00a0Kund\u00ebrshtimi, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve \u00ebsht\u00eb emocional. Shum\u00eb veprues n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, e sidomos n\u00eb politik\u00eb, jan\u00eb ose t\u00eb p\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm ose t\u00eb pap\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb grup njer\u00ebzish a shtres\u00eb sociale. Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb jan\u00eb disa veprime q\u00eb kategorizohen si sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyra q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb ide, ideologji e sidomos identitet t\u00eb caktuar politik. Ng\u00ebr\u00e7i i sfer\u00ebs publike n\u00eb diskutime kund\u00ebrshtuese e ka z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar mendimin kritik me at\u00eb q\u00eb Agon Maliqi e quan &#8216;mendim kikirik&#8217; \u2013 nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim emocional q\u00eb trajton simptomat dhe jo problemet, q\u00eb p\u00ebrdhunon logjik\u00ebn dhe faktet dhe q\u00eb krenohet me injoranc\u00ebn dhe paragjykimet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Analiza politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb analiz\u00eb. N\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb komentim i ngjarjeve dhe zhvillimeve politike. N\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq, \u00ebsht\u00eb tifozll\u00ebk. Analist\u00ebt e deklaruar politik nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajisur me mjete analitike; nuk kan\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb duhur p\u00ebr qasjet the metodat e shkenc\u00ebs politike, t\u00eb cilat, edhe kur i p\u00ebrdorin, i b\u00ebjn\u00eb pekmez. Ani pse kjo tem\u00eb duhet trajtuar ve\u00e7mas, mjafton t\u00eb d\u00ebgjosh komentet e shikuesve p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar gjendjen e analiz\u00ebs politike n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike, vlera e vetme e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs shpesh mbetet ve\u00e7 mbushja e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs televizive. &#8221;Kritikuesit&#8217; shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb\u00a0agjent\u00eb q\u00eb\u00a0performojn\u00eb\u00a0diskurs bosh pa argumente, kurse\u00a0temat politike trajtohen p\u00ebrmes prizmit trivial t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahjes ose kund\u00ebrshtimit,\u00a0duke p\u00ebr\u00e7uar k\u00ebshtu\u00a0devalvimin\u00a0konceptual\u00a0t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>P\u00ebrqeshja si kritik\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Shkalla e dyt\u00eb e degradimit dhe devalvimit t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me parodin\u00eb apo me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si p\u00ebrqeshjen, e cila n\u00eb vete nuk prodhon ndonj\u00eb veprim, e n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb si kritik\u00eb. Filozofi Jean Baudrillard parodin\u00eb e quan krimin m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, meq\u00eb ajo e trajton (procesim) dhe e tret\u00eb (renderim) n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, si t\u00eb shtypurit, ashtu edhe shtypjen. Trump gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs p\u00ebr zgjedhje presidenciale n\u00eb SHBA. Duke gjykuar se diskursi i Trumpit ishte p\u00ebr p\u00ebrqeshje dhe se nuk k\u00ebrkonte kurrfar\u00eb komentimi a kuptimdh\u00ebnie sepse ishte vet\u00ebkuptuesh\u00ebm qesharak, mediat liberale kujtonin se transmetimi i paredaktuar i fjalimeve t\u00eb Trump do t\u2019i kushtonte atij me nj\u00eb disfat\u00eb fatale. \u00c7ka ndodhi ishte krejt\u00ebsisht e kund\u00ebrta, meq\u00eb Trump e p\u00ebrdori k\u00ebt\u00eb si strategji p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar hap\u00ebsir\u00eb televizive pa pages\u00eb. Kritika ndaj Trump u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb parodi, nd\u00ebrsa parodia n\u00eb avantazh t\u00eb tij politik, q\u00eb ishte vet\u00eb kund\u00ebrefekti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebrqeshja e parodia kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar hov, sidomos me zhvillimin e mediave t\u00eb reja dhe rrjeteve sociale. Tradicionalisht, p\u00ebrdorimi i ironis\u00eb, e sidomos sarkazmit, ka qen\u00eb tipar tipik i elit\u00ebs intelektuale n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sidomos gjat\u00eb \u201990. Megjithat\u00eb, koh\u00ebn e fundit, sidomos p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb frekuenc\u00ebs tejet t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb riprodhimeve diskursive ku ve\u00e7 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mbi 100 adresa n\u00eb internet pretendojn\u00eb se botojn\u00eb informacion e kuptim, kritika sarkastike po shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb imitim t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Duke provuar t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb hapin me konkurrenc\u00ebn hiper-prodhuese, mediat po e prodhojn\u00eb dhe riprodhojn\u00eb p\u00ebrqeshjen ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7imit t\u00eb zbavitjes. Ky eskalim i riprodhimit dhe prezenc\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrqeshjes n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike, b\u00ebn q\u00eb pesha e saj kritike t\u00eb zbehet dhe t\u00eb humbet ngadal\u00eb. K\u00ebsisoj, p\u00ebr shembull, gjat\u00eb debatit p\u00ebr manipulimet me listat e veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike kishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrqeshje se si \u2018krer\u00ebt\u2019 e luft\u00ebs e shqiptojn\u00eb fjal\u00ebn \u2018kumandant\u2019 sesa q\u00eb kishte tekst p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsor q\u00eb do t\u00eb krijonte kuptim t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebmin e b\u00ebr\u00eb. Apo, m\u00eb shum\u00eb po diskutohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vjedhje banale q\u00eb b\u00ebri nj\u00eb zyrtare e vendit n\u00eb nj\u00eb dyqan n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb, sesa p\u00ebr vjedhjen prej 53 milion\u00eb eurosh q\u00eb iu b\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebrmes autostrad\u00ebs. Ky barazim i t\u00eb pabarazueshmeve, kjo mosbalanc\u00eb mes objekteve diskursive dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, tregon se p\u00ebrqeshja e ka humbur efektin e saj kritik dhe se ajo \u00e7ka n\u00eb fakt po n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb me kritik\u00eb po sh\u00ebrben si mjegulluese e aft\u00ebsis\u00eb ton\u00eb kritike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Performanca si argument<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb sfer\u00eb publike ku kritika \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim dhe ku niveli i zbavitjes q\u00eb ofron p\u00ebrqeshja sh\u00ebrben si barazues i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb publike dhe vlerave shoq\u00ebrore, argumentet nuk kryejn\u00eb pun\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sfer\u00eb ton\u00ebn publike, performanc\u00ebn po e kuptojm\u00eb si argument.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Merreni cilindo nd\u00ebrveprim tuajin me sfer\u00ebn publike. A ju kujtohen djemt\u00eb e Adem Grabovcit? Sa tituj keni lexuar p\u00ebr ta? Ja se \u00e7far\u00eb jete luksoze b\u00ebjn\u00eb! Ja se si u martua nj\u00ebri! Ja se \u00e7far\u00eb veture nget tjetri! Besoj q\u00eb ua dini edhe emrat. E tash, a ju kujtohet polici q\u00eb ata e pat\u00ebn \u00e7u n\u00eb spital? Natyrisht se jo. Mungesa e interesimit p\u00ebr viktim\u00ebn, e b\u00ebn k\u00ebtu nj\u00eb barazim t\u00eb tmerrsh\u00ebm t\u00eb agresor\u00ebve me viktim\u00ebn. Qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb mundur t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr djemt\u00eb e Adem Grabovcit meq\u00eb mediat e kan\u00eb zhveshur raportimin p\u00ebr ta nga konteksti i rastit p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm, duke i plasuar ata n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike ve\u00e7 si t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebr viktim\u00ebn, as edhe nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Prej p\u00ebrqeshjes si kritik\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrqeshje pa kritik\u00eb, n\u00eb vet\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn e p\u00ebrqeshjes &#8212; pra fuqizimin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Shembulli i dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit kur mediat i ofruan hap\u00ebsir\u00eb kriminelit t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar Xhabir Zharku ishte edhe m\u00eb flagrant. Pasi q\u00eb kishte shmangur vuajtjen e d\u00ebnimit, duke u arratisur nga vendi, Zharku u kthye n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jo si i d\u00ebnuar por si i famsh\u00ebm. Aq shum\u00eb tituj u prodhuan p\u00ebr t\u00eb, sa q\u00eb profili q\u00eb u krijua nga ky diskurs nuk ishte m\u00eb ai i nj\u00eb individi t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar por i nj\u00eb individi t\u00eb shkatht\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">RTV Dukagjini, madje, kishte organizuar nj\u00eb emision televiziv t\u00eb titulluar \u2018Debati p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e Xhabir Zharkut. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb debat t\u00eb transmetuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb shikuar, Dukagjini e kishte ftuar vet\u00eb Zharkun t\u00eb diskutoj\u00eb p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij, prej perspektiv\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, duke vulosur k\u00ebshtu n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbjen q\u00eb Zharku i kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb gjith\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb e bashke me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi. Dhe ky televizion, jo ve\u00e7 q\u00eb lejoi q\u00eb Zharku t\u00eb llomotis sa t\u00eb doj\u00eb e si t\u00eb doj\u00eb p\u00ebr veten dhe rastin e tij, duke e shp\u00ebrlar\u00eb imazhin e tij publik prej krimineli, por e lejoi at\u00eb t\u00eb komentonte p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje politike e sociale, duke e katapultuar si nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb vend. Debati me Xhabir Xharkun nuk ishte parodi, ishte tragjedi, meq\u00eb duke pretenduar p\u00ebrqeshjen, e cila nuk ndodhi kurr\u00eb, media i dha pushtet dhe legjitimitet nj\u00eb krimineli t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar i cili mbante predha antitank n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ky mishmash i krijuar, kjo humbje e vijave q\u00eb rrethojn\u00eb dhe identifikojn\u00eb elementet e sfer\u00ebs publike, si rrjedhoj\u00eb, e barazon performanc\u00ebn me argumentin. K\u00ebsisoj, nuk ka fare lidhje se \u00e7far\u00eb u diskutua n\u00eb debatin me Xhabir Zharkun, nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si\u00e7 s&#8217;ka lidhje substanca e asnj\u00eb debati televiziv. Nuk ka lidhje n\u00ebse ai u sfidua n\u00eb studio nga analist\u00eb apo jo, nuk ka lidhje madje n\u00ebse para dhe pas emisionit moderatori do t\u00eb sqaronte p\u00ebr publikun se Zharku \u00ebsht\u00eb kriminel. Prezenca e tij n\u00eb debat ishte e mjaftueshme. Nd\u00ebrsa, p\u00ebrformanca e tij z\u00ebvend\u00ebsonte nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr argumente.\u00a0Ani pse ishte performanc\u00eb prej pala\u00e7oje, ai foli p\u00ebr EULEX-in, p\u00ebr prokurorin\u00eb e gjykatat, p\u00ebr sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, foli madje edhe p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave. P\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb flet secili person tjet\u00ebr \u2018i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm\u2019 q\u00eb del n\u00eb TV. E performoi politikanin, liderin.
