Me sa duket me insistimin e Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Islamike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, kjo xhami e re do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet duke kopjuar arkitektur\u00ebn e xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Sulltan Selimit II n\u00eb Edirne, q\u00eb arkitekt Sinani ka pas\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1569-1575. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet gabimi i Tiran\u00ebs duke e privuar qytetin nga mund\u00ebsia e pasjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb objekti publik madh\u00ebshtor me arkitektur\u00eb origjinale bashk\u00ebkohore.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb me komunitetin mysliman n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ashtu sikurse n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi duke e vonuar kaq shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb xhamie t\u00eb madhe. Xhamia qendrore e Prishtin\u00ebs ashtu sikurse edhe kjo e Tiran\u00ebs jan\u00eb vonuar si pasoj\u00eb e nj\u00eb kompleksi inferioriteti t\u00eb kombinuar edhe me nuanca islamofobie nga e cila ka vuajtur nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e elit\u00ebs shqiptare. Qeverisjet e nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme lokale t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha krah\u00ebve politik\u00eb, kan\u00eb refuzuar p\u00ebr dy dekada t\u00eb tranzicionit q\u00eb t\u00eb japin lejen e nd\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr xhamin\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb 1993. \u00a0Edhe pse nuk e kan\u00eb shprehur haptazi, k\u00ebta drejtues t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb lokale duke dashur t\u00eb duken \u201cm\u00eb katolik\u00eb se papa\u201d kan\u00eb refuzuar q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nj\u00eb objekt t\u00eb madh kulti islamik nga frika se mos binte keq n\u00eb sy t\u00eb huajve. Ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur keq fakti q\u00eb mysliman\u00ebve, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, nuk u lejohej nd\u00ebrtimi i xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb madhe n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e zot\u00ebruar prej Komunitetit Mysliman t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Katedralja\u00a0katolike e Sh\u00ebn Palit u nd\u00ebrtua n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2001\u00a0nd\u00ebrsa Katedralja Ortodokse \u201cNgjallja\u00a0e Krishtit\u201d u p\u00ebrfundua n\u00eb vitin 2012, q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja n\u00eb tok\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore. Ky diskriminim i hapur \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur shpesh si evidenc\u00eb nga klerik\u00ebt radikal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kultivuar ndjesin\u00eb e viktimizimit dhe getoizimit tek shum\u00eb besimtar\u00eb mysliman\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo situata sot \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe m\u00eb absurde sepse u kalua n\u00eb ndryshim 180 grad\u00eb nga pengimi i nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb prej \u201cturpit\u201d t\u00eb dimensionit oriental tek nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb xhamie me arkitektur\u00eb osmane mesjetare. Rama u kujtua p\u00ebr ta lejuar nd\u00ebrtimin e Xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb tret\u00eb si kryetar bashkie, pak jav\u00eb para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2011. Asokohe u b\u00eb nj\u00eb konkurs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb u fitua nga projekti spektakolar i danezit Bjarke Ingels, i cili sot konsiderohet si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr arkitekt\u00ebt bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo p\u00ebr arsye banale, politike, Basha sapo e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoi Ram\u00ebn n\u00eb krye t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb, e anuloi projektin modern t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb dhe e zvarriti edhe m\u00eb tutje k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Drita e gjelb\u00ebr finale p\u00ebr xhamin\u00eb u dha pak jav\u00eb para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb parlamentare t\u00eb vitit 2013 ku edhe u miratua projekti otoman q\u00eb po nd\u00ebrtohet sot. Prandaj un\u00eb po shpresoj q\u00eb Prishtina t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb m\u00ebsime nga p\u00ebsimet e Tiran\u00ebs duke mos nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb xhami me arkitektur\u00eb osmane t\u00eb para 6-7 shekujve, por nj\u00eb xhami t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr shekullin 21.<\/p>\n<p>I nj\u00ebjti gabim u b\u00eb edhe me nd\u00ebrtimin e katedrales katolike t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs N\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza. Ajo p\u00ebrve\u00e7se u nd\u00ebrtua e st\u00ebrmadhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me at\u00eb q\u00eb ishte parashikuar nga plani rregullues urban, u nd\u00ebrtua n\u00eb stil arkitektonik romanesk q\u00eb i takon mesjet\u00ebs. Idealja do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb edhe arkitektura e katedrales t\u00eb ishte bashk\u00ebkohore dhe objekti t\u00eb mos ishte i atyre p\u00ebrmasave t\u00eb ekzagjeruara q\u00eb e b\u00ebn t\u00eb stonoj\u00eb me pjes\u00ebn p\u00ebrreth. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb q\u00eb e b\u00ebn m\u00eb qesharake situat\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti q\u00eb aty ku duhet me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb e kujdesemi p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb otomane, tregohet neglizhenc\u00eb. Kjo pasi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka rastisur q\u00eb t\u00eb prishen xhami shekullore otomane autentike p\u00ebr t\u2019u transformuar e zmadhuar. P\u00ebr mos t\u00eb folur pastaj se si nuk tregohet kurrfar\u00eb kujdesje p\u00ebr t\u00eb konservuar apo restauruar trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb monumentale osmane t\u00eb qyteteve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs duke nisur nga \u00e7arshia e Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb arkitektura osmane ka qen\u00eb pararoj\u00eb p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e vet\u00eb dhe arkitekti m\u00eb i shquar i k\u00ebtij stili, Sinani, \u00ebsht\u00eb konsideruar si Mikelanxhelo i Lindjes. Mir\u00ebpo gjithashtu, duhet kuptuar se ajo arkitektur\u00eb nuk ishte gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7se arkitektura e m\u00ebparshme bizantine e ndryshuar duke g\u00ebrshetuar nuanca stilistike nga Azia Qendrore dhe Lindja e Mesme. E theksoj k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar se xhamit\u00eb nuk duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb medoemos me arkitekture otomane p\u00ebr t&#8217;u konsideruar xhami te denja pasi baza e k\u00ebsaj arkitekture \u00ebsht\u00eb faktikisht Bizanti kristiano-ortodoks.<\/p>\n<p>Arkitektura fillestare e xhamive kuptohet q\u00eb ishte arabe, pasi xhamia e par\u00eb thuhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb sht\u00ebpia e profetit Muhamed, e cila ka sh\u00ebrbyer si xhami n\u00eb shekullin VII. Ajo kishte karakteristika tipike t\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpie arabe: nj\u00eb oborr i gjer\u00eb, i rrethuar nga dhoma t\u00eb gjata t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga shtylla. Mir\u00ebpo islami duke u p\u00ebrhapur n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb mori stile arkitekturore lokale nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet duke variuar nga stili turk e pers tek malaj, hindu e kinez. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se arkitektura e xhamis\u00eb varion sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb formuar kryesisht nga traditat vendit ku \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar dhe teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb xhami e pranueshme p\u00ebr liturgjin\u00eb, klerin dhe besimtar\u00ebt, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb duhet thjesht t\u00eb ket\u00eb disa elemente bazike e mandej stilet arkitekturore mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb duan. \u00a0K\u00ebto elemente jan\u00eb oborri apo sahni q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb sall\u00eb lutjesh; muri i kibl\u00ebs q\u00eb tregon drejtimin e Kibl\u00ebs; mihrabi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb thellim gjysm\u00ebqarkor n\u00eb murin e xhamis\u00eb q\u00eb tregon\u00a0kibl\u00ebn; kupola apo kubeja q\u00eb simbolizon kup\u00ebn e qiellit dhe minarja apo kulla nga ku b\u00ebhet thirrja p\u00ebr lutje. Gjithashtu tipike p\u00ebr xhami jan\u00eb minberin ose foltorja e hoxh\u00ebs si dhe dekorimet.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb shteti m\u00eb i ri n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe gjithashtu ka popullsin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb re n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, e nuk ka p\u00ebrse t\u00eb mbetet peng i s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. Prishtina meriton nj\u00eb xhami q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb ajka e arkitektur\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare sot sikurse qe avangard\u00eb arkitektura osmane n\u00eb kulmin e saj kur edhe u nd\u00ebrtua Xhamia Blu (Sulltan Ahmet) nga arkitekt Sedefqar Mehmeti Bi\u00e7ak\u00e7iu i Elbasanit. P\u00ebrderisa ne p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb nga arritjet e njer\u00ebzimit, nga teknologjia moderne duke p\u00ebrdorur makina, avion\u00eb e iphone, p\u00ebrse duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin nj\u00eb epoke kur njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrdornin vet\u00ebm kuaj e deve. Arkitektura e asaj kohe, ishte e kusht\u00ebzuar nga nevoja, bot\u00ebkuptimi, shija, teknologjia e koh\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb sot t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto elemente kan\u00eb ndryshuar radikalisht. Stilet arkitekturore me t\u00eb cilat nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb, sikurse edhe zhanret e tjera artistike si muzika apo piktura, pasqyrojn\u00eb kultur\u00ebn, shijet, nevojat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb i krijon. Arti mund t\u00eb konsiderohet si nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pashmangshme evoluon me kalimin e koh\u00ebs. Ne nuk vishemi m\u00eb me fustanella, tirqe, \u00e7itjane e xhubleta si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur u nd\u00ebrtuan xhamit\u00eb otomane, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrse duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb n\u00eb stilin e at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm duke shp\u00ebrfillur ndryshimet q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb prej asaj kohe.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb fundja nuk ka nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shpikim rrot\u00ebn, por t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb si\u00e7 kan\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb bot\u00ebs q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb myslimane. K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr shembull xhamia m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb Pakistan, xhamia Faisal, \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar me arkitektur\u00eb moderne n\u00eb 1987 dhe po ashtu xhamia Negaran\u00eb Kuala Lampur, quajtur ndryshe xhamia komb\u00ebtare e Malajzis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar me stil modern n\u00eb 1965. Indonezia dy xhamit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb saj, at\u00eb t\u00eb Sumatr\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore dhe Istiqlal n\u00eb Xhakart\u00eb, i ka gjithashtu me firm\u00ebn e arkitektit britanik John McAslan. Xhamia e Madhe e Algjerit, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb Algjeri dhe q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr t&#8217;u b\u00ebr\u00eb xhamia e tret\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb bot\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb dizajnuar me arkitektur\u00eb moderne nga kompania gjermane KSP J\u00fcrgen Engel. E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet p\u00ebr projekte madh\u00ebshtore moderne arkitekturore si Xhamia e Parkut Lindor n\u00eb Manama t\u00eb Bahreinit, xhamia Abdul Rahman Siddique n\u00eb Dubai, xhamia KAFD dhe ajo KAPSARC n\u00eb Riad t\u00eb Arabis\u00eb Saudite, Baitur Rauf Jame n\u00eb Daka t\u00eb Bangladeshit, Yesil Vadi dhe ?akirinn\u00eb Stamboll, Assyafaah n\u00eb Singapor etj. Anemban\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs gjithashtu jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar xhami \u00a0q\u00eb jan\u00eb perla t\u00eb arkitektur\u00ebs moderne sikurse jan\u00eb Qendra Islamike dhe Xhamia n\u00eb Rjek\u00eb t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb, xhamit\u00eb e K\u00eblnit dhe Penzbergut, Nusrat Xhahan n\u00eb Kopenhagen t\u00eb Danimark\u00ebs, Baitul Futuh n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr etj. Por ka edhe raste shqiptare, sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb xhamia e Ballies n\u00eb Elbasan e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u nd\u00ebrtuar me nj\u00eb arkitektur\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb hijshme bashk\u00ebkohore e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00ebpritur me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi nga banor\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjitha feve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 se p\u00ebr klerik\u00ebt dhe besimtar\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb, objekti i xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb re t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi edhe p\u00ebr mbar\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb sepse do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesat publike m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht Kosova ka pasur shum\u00eb shanse t\u00eb humbura p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nd\u00ebrtesa publike t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me arkitekt\u00eb t\u00eb njohur nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo jan\u00eb zgjedhur arkitekt\u00eb mediok\u00ebr \u201cme t\u00eb njofsh\u00ebm\u201d. \u00a0Prandaj n\u00ebse do t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjidhej nj\u00eb projekt bashk\u00ebkohor p\u00ebr Xhamin\u00eb Qendrore t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i Zaha Hadid, Prishtin\u00ebs do i p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohej reputacioni e do i shtohej edhe nj\u00eb atraksion turistik. Arkitekt\u00ebt e famsh\u00ebm si Hadid jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb marka apo brande m\u00eb vete dhe krijimet e tyre t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit. K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr shembull qendra Heydar Aliyev E Zaha Hadid n\u00eb Baku t\u00eb Azerbajxhanit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr destinacionet kryesore p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt. Prishtina \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet n\u00eb zhvillim e sip\u00ebr dhe tendenca e qyteteve moderne \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb policentrike, p\u00ebr ta shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebn e trafikut por edhe mir\u00ebqenien ekonomike n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sa m\u00eb proporocionale n\u00ebp\u00ebr gjith\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn urbane. Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye do t\u00eb ishe me vler\u00eb q\u00eb kjo xhami kur t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet mos t\u00eb cenoj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb arkitektonike t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, ashtu si \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo moderniste e ish-komuniste, por t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e reja n\u00eb zgjerim t\u00eb qytetit sikurse jan\u00eb Lakrishtja apo Rruga B. Prishtina dhe mbar\u00eb Kosova, qoft\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e luft\u00ebs e qoft\u00eb e zhvillimin e vrullsh\u00ebm e t\u00eb shkujdesur urban q\u00eb pasoi, ka humbur shum\u00eb nga trash\u00ebgimia e saj monumentale, prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm trash\u00ebgimia otomane e qendr\u00ebs e l\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore, por edhe komplekset e nd\u00ebrtimeve t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb t\u00eb rishqyrtohen me sy historiani dhe t\u00eb merren n\u00eb mbrojtje e mir\u00ebmbahen.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundmi ka edhe nj\u00eb element shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm ideologjik tek nevoja p\u00ebr nj\u00eb stil arkitekturor modern e q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me dimensionin universal t\u00eb fes\u00eb islame q\u00eb hamend\u00ebsohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e vlefshme p\u00ebr \u00e7do koh\u00eb. Pra nj\u00eb stil arkitekturor modern l\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se feja islame nuk i p\u00ebrket vet\u00ebm t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs por edhe t\u00eb tashmes e t\u00eb ardhmes.
