Kryeminist\u00ebr n\u00eb rastin ma t\u00eb mir\u00eb i p\u00ebrket mentalitetit t\u00eb odave t\u00eb burrave, ku dikur pleqnohej vendi i grave n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb rastin ma t\u00eb keq i p\u00ebrket fjalorit t\u00eb nji njeriu q\u00eb i ngarkuem me detyr\u00ebn ma t\u00eb nalt\u00eb shtetnore ka ngatrrue p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb me arroganc\u00eb. N\u00eb fakt nuk e di cili asht k\u00ebtu rasti ma i mir\u00eb e cili ma i keq, fakt asht q\u00eb t\u00eb dy duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb kategorikisht t\u00eb papranueshme.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpara se me e analizue ma tej diskursin kaq domethan\u00ebs t\u00eb kryeministrit, m\u00eb duhet me than\u00eb se ai ka plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb drejt\u00eb kur thot\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn intervist\u00eb se askush nuk duhet t\u00eb guxoj\u00eb t\u00eb cenoj\u00eb integritetin familjar e privat t\u00eb nji personi, q\u00eb secili duhet t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb pron\u00ebn private t\u00eb tjetrit, dhe, do shtoja un\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht at\u00eb t\u00eb nji udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi shteti.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00eb raste kur prona private cenohet dhunsh\u00ebm nga dikush, ekziston ligji dhe policia q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb individin dhe pron\u00ebn e tij nga rreziku; dhe e fundit \u00e7ka duhet nji kryeminist\u00ebr t\u00eb thot\u00eb n\u00eb nji intervist\u00eb asht, t\u00eb baj\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr mejdan me burra.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk e konsideroj asnjiher\u00eb n\u00eb rregull dhun\u00ebn, kushtimisht as protestat e dhunshme pavar\u00ebsisht q\u00ebllimit dhe bile acarohem kur ato damtojn\u00eb pron\u00ebn publike, e cila m\u00eb kushton mue si qytetare e vendit koxha shum\u00eb. Prandaj para k\u00ebsaj, un\u00eb si qytetare madje mendoj q\u00eb e kam edhe obligim me e ngrit\u00eb zanin kund\u00ebr \u00e7do forme t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs publike, sepse shkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs publike asht nji form\u00eb dhune edhe ndaj meje si qytetare e lir\u00eb dhe si tatimpaguese e k\u00ebtij vendi.<br \/>\nPor un\u00eb gjithashtu e konsideroj dhun\u00eb ndaj integritetit tem si grue n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shoqni, n\u00ebse kryeministri i vendit nji grue e krahason me nji f\u00ebmi p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn burri merr vendim, se kur ajo duhet me ndejt\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi e kur me dal\u00eb n\u00eb protesta.<\/p>\n<p>Ai me siguri e di q\u00eb kur n\u00eb nji shtet grat\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dalin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb me protestue aty qeverit\u00eb ndodh q\u00eb do t\u00eb rrotullohen dhe un\u00eb nuk kam dyshime q\u00eb politikanin brenda tij kjo e frik\u00ebson. Megjithat\u00eb ai zgjodhi me fol\u00eb si burr\u00eb, e jo si politikan.<\/p>\n<p>Ia vlen t\u00eb kujtohemi koh\u00eb mbas kohe q\u00eb ishin edhe grat\u00eb q\u00eb protestuen n\u00eb vitin 1981, ishin edhe grat\u00eb q\u00eb kap\u00ebn arm\u00ebt (e lapsat) me e mbrojt\u00eb atdheun n\u00eb luft\u00ebna, si Shote Galica, Marie Shllaku, Musine Kokalari, Xhev\u00eb Lladrovci, p\u00ebr me i p\u00ebrmend\u00eb vet\u00ebm disa q\u00eb po ju harrohet emni n\u00eb zhurm\u00ebn e injoranc\u00ebs son\u00eb politike, q\u00eb treguen trimni edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur burrat hesht\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Kur kryeministri i vendit sot i referohet aktivist\u00ebve t\u00eb VV-\u00ebs dhe i thot\u00eb me i lan\u00eb grat\u00eb te shpija, ai po harron q\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e tyne asht edhe Mimoza Shala, nji grue q\u00eb nuk la asgja mangu n\u00eb \u201cmejdan t\u00eb burrave\u201d, e nuk i mungoi trimnia e vullneti, por kur ishte nevoja doli me luftue me mbrojt\u00eb atdheun barabar me burrat. E ajo sot kur ta shoh\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme del me protestue kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00eb, del me protestue p\u00ebr me mbrojt\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7ka beson. Kryeministri mundet me i kontestue q\u00ebndrimet e saj, por atij as si burr\u00eb as si kryeminist\u00ebr nuk i takon, me e negociue nd\u00ebr burra t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr protest\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb fjalia e tij pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebshtu mundet me u kuptue: si negociat\u00eb nd\u00ebr burra, se ku e kan\u00eb grat\u00eb vendin.<\/p>\n<p>Diskriminimi fillon me fjalor dhe ndaj fjalorit t\u00eb nji kryeministri vesh\u00ebt e nji populli t\u00eb tan\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb hapun me ndigjue me v\u00ebmendje. Fjalori i tij na p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson neve edhe jasht\u00eb vendit, e pavar\u00ebsisht sa bukur mvishet n\u00ebn pendat e korrigjimeve politiko-korrekte; ai kurr\u00eb s\u2019ka me qen\u00eb majft i denj\u00eb me na ba drejt\u00ebsi, kur ai fjalor nuk asht as rezultat i \u201ct\u2019folmit pa mendue\u201d, por asht rezultat i nji bot\u00ebkuptimi diskriminues, p\u00ebrndryshe \u201ct\u2019folmit bash qysh n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb mendohet\u201d.<br \/>\nE ky asht problemi real p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Sepse, kryeministri i saj asht kryeminist\u00ebr \u201cburr\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si gra, ne po ballafaqohemi \u00e7do dit\u00eb me faktin q\u00eb megjith\u00eb kuotat q\u00eb i garantojn\u00eb grave vende n\u00eb kuvend, pjes\u00ebmarrja nuk asht gjith\u00e7ka dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha nuk asht p\u00ebrfshimje. E q\u00eb qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs asht qeveri burrash, n\u00ebse nuk e kemi kuptue ma her\u00ebt e kuptojm\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht nga fjalori sikur ai i kryeministrit &#8211; nji fjalor q\u00eb trimnin\u00eb ia atribuuon burrave, e vendin e grave n\u00eb shoqni &#8211; urdhnit t\u2019burrave. Nji fjalor si ai q\u00eb komplimentin ma sublim p\u00ebr grat\u00eb e quen \u201cburrnesh\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tue mos pas\u00eb dyshim q\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzja e kryeminsitrit ndaj grave asht mbeturin\u00eb e mentalitetit burrnor, ndaj t\u00eb cilit ai mundet edhe me u ndie i pafuqish\u00ebm, un\u00eb ftoj grat\u00eb me u ndie mjaft t\u00eb fuqishme mos me e tolerue ma.<br \/>\nGrat\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs nuk ia pat\u00ebn borxh nji n\u00ebn\u00e7mim t\u00eb till\u00eb atij dhe nuk ia kan\u00eb askujt. E shpresoj q\u00eb zanit tem i shtohen edhe zanet e politikaneve tona, kolegeve t\u00eb tij, e t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha grave q\u00eb nuk harrojn\u00eb se jemi tue jetue n\u00eb nji Kosov\u00eb, ku n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr barazi gjinore e p\u00ebr liri t\u00eb grave (perderisa burrat trimnin\u00eb e shohin si vler\u00eb burrnore e burrnin\u00eb e shohin si vler\u00eb t\u00eb pacenueshme njer\u00ebzore) udh\u00ebheqin shtetin: ma s\u00eb pari je grue e pastaj \u00e7kado tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb q\u00eb jemi hala shum\u00eb larg barazis\u00eb, e p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye si gra, i kemi borxh gjysheve e st\u00ebrgjysheve tona, e gjeneratave t\u00eb ardhme, mos me shuejt\u00eb e mbi t\u00eb gjitha mos me u ba kish s\u2019pam\u00eb e kish s\u2019ndigjuem.<br \/>\nSepse, grat\u00eb kosovare hala lindin f\u00ebmij\u00eb korridoreve t\u00eb spitaleve; hala ato e mblojn\u00eb gjinin kur e ushqejn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebn; hala ato e ulin kryet posht\u00eb sepse u p\u00ebrdhunuen; hala ato vdesin prej duerve t\u00eb burrave t\u00eb tyne. Kjo asht Kosova, nuk asht nji tjet\u00ebr. Kosova asht ma e madhe se ajo q\u00eb rrethohet brenda gardhit t\u00eb luksit t\u2019politikan\u00ebve t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>E n\u00ebse asht nevoja do ta bajm\u00eb edhe miz\u00ebn elefant. Pse jo? Sepse, k\u00ebt\u00eb po baj un\u00eb tashti, po e baj nji miz\u00eb elefant n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, ku natyrisht \u00e7do her\u00eb munden me u gjet\u00eb \u201cprobleme ma t\u00eb rand\u00ebsishme\u201d se fjalori n\u00ebn\u00e7mues i kryeminsitrit t\u00eb vendit ndaj grave, p\u00ebr me u diskutue.<\/p>\n<p>Ose s\u2019smunden, n\u00eb fakt jo nuk munden! Sepse, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend ku ma but\u00eb i shtrihet l\u00ebkura byth\u00ebs s\u00eb nji politikani sesa plag\u00ebs t\u00eb nji nane q\u00eb sapo ka lind\u00eb, nuk besoj q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb konsiderohej ma e rand\u00ebsishme se pozita e grues n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shoqni!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse asht nevoja edhe me nxjerr\u00eb dreqin prej shishes, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin asht p\u00ebrfol\u00eb q\u00eb jemi mjesht\u00ebr me e fut\u00eb aty, do ta nxjerrim ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr me e shti prap aty, sepse mendoj q\u00eb asht koha me i tregue qeveris\u00eb son\u00eb \u201cburrnore\u201d q\u00eb zhurmat e vazhdueshme p\u00ebr barazi gjinore mos me i injorue tue i konsiderue si shp\u00ebrthime hormonale, me p\u00ebrbuzjen e zakonshme t\u00eb formulume me sarkaz\u00ebm ndaj nji k\u00ebrkese \u201ct\u00eb shterrun\u201d n\u00eb let\u00ebr. \u00a0K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr barazi gjinore asht e shterrun ve\u00e7 at\u00ebher\u00eb, kur barazia gjinore asht e vet\u00ebkuptueshme, jo ve\u00e7 si e drejt\u00eb, por edhe si zakon.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, q\u00eb p\u00ebr me e evitue injorimin ndaj k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebrkese, duhet t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb sot t\u00eb flasim sinqerisht se ku asht problemi e t\u2019i themi gjanat ashtu si jan\u00eb. Ta themi tro\u00e7 q\u00eb:<br \/>\nKosova asht nji vend q\u00eb qeveriset prej burrave q\u00eb nuk e shohin gruen t\u00eb barabart\u00eb me veten.
