N\u00eb rastin ton\u00eb, kurset mbarojn\u00eb n\u00eb janar e maj, andaj afatet jan\u00eb n\u00eb janar-shkurt e qershor-korrik. Por, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb afat, i shtatorit, p\u00ebr t&#8217;iu mund\u00ebsuar atyre q\u00eb nuk i kan\u00eb kaluar provimet me sukses n\u00eb qershor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00eb vendosen m\u00eb shum\u00eb afate se k\u00ebto tri nuk ka sens. Kuptohet, mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen 365-366 afate, por cilat jan\u00eb argumentet?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eb tej, nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb mjaft standarde \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00ebse dikush nuk e kalon provimin, ajo t&#8217;i p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb mesatare. Kjo praktik\u00eb tek ne nuk ekziston, edhe pse do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihej sepse p\u00ebrndryshe dikush e merr not\u00ebn 8 n\u00eb janar e dikush pret e pret deri sa ta merr not\u00ebn 9 q\u00eb pastaj t&#8217;i thot\u00eb kolegut: &#8220;ja, un\u00eb e kam not\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe&#8221; e zyrtarisht universiteti nuk e b\u00ebn dallimin. N\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb di\u00e7ka n\u00eb studime \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe menaxhimi efikas i koh\u00ebs &#8212; nuk ka kuptim t&#8217;i lejojm\u00eb studimet t\u00eb st\u00ebrzgjaten sepse ashtu nuk shfryt\u00ebzohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb optimale kapacitetet e askujt &#8211; student\u00ebve ose profesor\u00ebve e madje nuk shfryt\u00ebzohet si duhet as infrastruktura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr tem\u00eb q\u00eb nuk po e d\u00ebgjoj se po p\u00ebrmendet \u00ebsht\u00eb numri i tentimeve q\u00eb dikush i ka p\u00ebr provim. N\u00eb secilin universitet normal (dhe n\u00eb Statutin e UP-s\u00eb) ka limite, por pse nuk po k\u00ebrkohet zbatimi i tyre?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ja nj\u00eb dilem\u00eb (johamletiane) kur un\u00eb i mbaj provimet n\u00eb UP: n\u00ebse dikush \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar n\u00eb janar me not\u00ebn 5 (pas kollokuiumeve dhe provimit p\u00ebrfundimtar), si ta vler\u00ebsoj at\u00eb person n\u00eb qershor? A t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen kollokuiumet (si dhe detyrat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, etj., var\u00ebsisht nga madh\u00ebsia e grupit) apo jo? N\u00ebse p\u00ebrfshihen, at\u00ebher\u00eb ka gjas\u00eb q\u00eb asnj\u00eb student nuk kalon n\u00eb qershor sepse kryesisht ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb provim kan\u00eb edhe rezultate t\u00eb dob\u00ebta n\u00eb kollokuiume. Apo t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfshihen ato rezultate fare n\u00eb qershor, por pastaj pse t\u00eb mbahen kollokuiumet &#8212; kjo i bije q\u00eb student\u00ebt e ndrysh\u00ebm vler\u00ebsohen me sisteme t\u00eb ndryshme dhe nuk inkurajohet puna sistematike gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb semestrit dhe vler\u00ebsimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disa do t\u00eb thon\u00eb &#8220;nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj si t\u00eb studiohet matematika, mjek\u00ebsia e inxhinieria, sikur ekonomia, juridiku e gjeografia.&#8221; E para, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb zbulim epokal dhe faleminderit q\u00eb na tregoni! Qartazi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj, por ky truiz\u00ebm nuk ka asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb n\u00eb argumentet rreth afateve sepse numri i afateve nuk lidhet me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb e perceptuar (e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb subjektive &#8212; p\u00ebr mua gjeografia \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se inxhinieria). Koha p\u00ebr ta absorbuar nj\u00eb materie zakonisht shfaqet n\u00eb gjat\u00ebsin\u00eb e studimeve e jo n\u00eb numrin e afateve. E dyta, statistikisht, me siguri jan\u00eb tejet t\u00eb pakt\u00eb ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb mund ta studionin violin\u00ebn n\u00eb UP. A t&#8217;i lejojm\u00eb Fakultetit t\u00eb Arteve afate sa t\u00eb dojn\u00eb ata, p.sh., pes\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se matematika, sepse dikush ka pes\u00ebfish gjasa m\u00eb pak ta mbaroj\u00eb me sukses studimin e violin\u00ebs sesa t\u00eb matematik\u00ebs?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ka plot raste kur profesor\u00ebt mund t&#8217;i vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb student\u00ebt kurdo, por regjistrimi i notave b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb koh\u00eb specifike. Edhe kjo mund t\u00eb lejohet kur ka pak student\u00eb, por kur rritet numri kjo do t\u00eb shkaktonte kaos. Universiteti duhet ta dij\u00eb sa ka student\u00eb dhe sa staf, sa dhoma, etj. i nevojiten e n\u00ebse student\u00ebt t\u00ebr\u00eb koh\u00ebn l\u00ebvizin posht\u00eb-lart, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka mund\u00ebsi planifikimi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajo m\u00eb absurdja q\u00eb e kam d\u00ebgjuar \u00ebsht\u00eb &#8220;afati i tetorit dhe at\u00eb p\u00ebr kusht&#8221;. At\u00ebher\u00eb pse fillojn\u00eb kurset n\u00eb tetor? Dikush q\u00eb s&#8217;e ka arritur kushtin i humb ligj\u00ebratat e para (sepse p\u00ebrgatitet p\u00ebr afatin e tetorit), pastaj i kalon me sukses dy provime n\u00eb tetor dhe n\u00eb n\u00ebntor vije dhe k\u00ebrkon t&#8217;i vazhdoj\u00eb ligj\u00ebratat e vitit tjet\u00ebr, por prap\u00eb e ka humbur hapin sepse ka ardhur me vones\u00eb. Pra student\u00ebt m\u00eb pak t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm, n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb vijn\u00eb dy jav\u00eb para ligj\u00ebratave p\u00ebr t&#8217;u p\u00ebrgatitur m\u00eb shum\u00eb, vijn\u00eb me vones\u00eb dhe m\u00eb pak t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dhe, p\u00ebr fund, argumenti m\u00eb pak bind\u00ebs q\u00eb kam d\u00ebgjuar &#8212; meqen\u00ebse profesor\u00ebt nuk po i mbajn\u00eb si duhet ligj\u00ebratat e provimet, ne k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb afate. Meqen\u00ebse gjyq\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb e dob\u00ebt, k\u00ebrkoj q\u00eb d\u00ebnimet e trafikut t\u00eb mos i paguaj. Qasja e duhur \u00ebsht\u00eb: i paguaj d\u00ebnimet e trafikut dhe punoj q\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsia t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e pavarur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb &#8212; i pranoj afatet e rregullta dhe tentoj q\u00eb t\u00eb ndikoj n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e ligj\u00ebratave e provimeve t\u00eb profesor\u00ebve t\u00eb mi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un\u00eb i kuptoj shum\u00eb mir\u00eb hallet e student\u00ebve &#8211; vet kam qen\u00eb student n\u00eb UP nga 1998 n\u00eb 2002.
