Porse, duket q\u00eb as vet\u00eb partit\u00eb politike q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin k\u00ebta grepa nuk besojn\u00eb se mund t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm votash p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur at\u00eb q\u00eb synojn\u00eb. K\u00ebta grepa jan\u00eb konsumuar, nd\u00ebrsa grepat e integrimeve europiane (q\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb njohura, k\u00ebsaj radhe nuk u p\u00ebrdor pothuajse fare) dhe miq\u00ebsis\u00eb me Amerik\u00ebn, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, jan\u00eb diskredituar me t\u00eb madhe.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj, ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, disa nga partit\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin edhe nj\u00eb strategji tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb targeton grupe t\u00eb caktuara nga trupi elektoral. Strategjia n\u00eb fjal\u00eb hedh rrjet\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga votuesit n\u00eb mesin e komuniteteve q\u00eb shihen si forc\u00eb me pesh\u00eb elektorale: \u201cmysliman\u00ebt\u201d dhe \u201curbancat\u201d, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb quajtur n\u00eb zhargon.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb, partit\u00eb politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb (madje edhe ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb vak\u00ebta ndaj identitetit islam), duke dasht\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin vota nga komuniteti \u201cmysliman\u201d \u2013 dometh\u00ebn\u00eb komuniteti i besimtar\u00ebve m\u00eb praktikan\u00eb t\u00eb islamit \u2013 jan\u00eb afruar me individ\u00eb nga k\u00ebto komunitete, duke i marr\u00eb n\u00eb gjirin partiak personat q\u00eb identifikohen me fen\u00eb islame, pra me praktikant\u00eb t\u00eb fes\u00eb ose q\u00eb identifikohen m\u00eb fort me islamin ose q\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb aspiratat dhe k\u00ebrkesat politike t\u00eb komunitetit mysliman: shpeshher\u00eb individ\u00eb q\u00eb nuk njihen p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb jan\u00eb \u201cfetar\u00eb\u201d, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb disa nga partit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>(Di\u00e7ka e ngjashme \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe me personalitete nga komuniteti i \u201curbancave\u201d q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb gjirin partiak si kund\u00ebrpesh\u00eb e baz\u00ebs rurale t\u00eb elektoratit, por q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhet edhe me nj\u00eb shtyrje n\u00eb mes \u201csheh\u00ebrlive\u201d pinjoj, fjala vjen, t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs osmane dhe \u201curbancave\u201d t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs jugosllave.)<\/p>\n<p>Por, kjo nuk ka kuptim. N\u00ebse mendojn\u00eb se k\u00ebshtu kan\u00eb p\u00ebr ta mobilizuar elektoratin e supozuar \u201cmysliman\u201d, duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Partit\u00eb t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb synuar vot\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj kategorie, tani jan\u00eb irrelevante, ngaq\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb siguruar p\u00ebrkrahjen q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shpresuar nga elektorati \u201ci tyre\u201d i supozuar. Pik\u00ebrisht, sepse \u201cmysliman\u00ebt\u201d nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb bllok unik votuesish dhe, tjetra, ata kan\u00eb zhvilluar nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije politike se nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe nuk k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta p\u00ebr vete, por si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb: drejt\u00ebsi, siguri, sundim t\u00eb ligjit, pun\u00eb, arsimim, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi, liri t\u00eb besimit, t\u00eb asociimit dhe t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs. Rrjedhimisht, votimi i tyre p\u00ebrcaktohet nga k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave u garantohen edhe nevojat e tyre t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta.<\/p>\n<p>Tani, mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb parti q\u00eb nuk duan q\u00eb ky investim t\u2019u shkoj\u00eb posht\u00eb, andaj me q\u00ebllim i fryjn\u00eb zjarrit t\u00eb pasionit fetar p\u00ebr ta instrumentalizuar at\u00eb politikisht p\u00ebr hesape t\u00eb veta, pra p\u00ebr nj\u00eb grusht votash, p\u00ebrmes formacionave parapolitike t\u00eb tyre: intelektual\u00eb, gazetar\u00eb, shkrimtar\u00eb e hoxhallar\u00eb q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin ose kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb parti e politikan\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar duke arsyetuar q\u00ebndrimet politike me terma fetar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, k\u00ebtu nuk jan\u00eb relevant\u00eb as \u201cmysliman\u00ebt\u201d, as \u201curbancat\u201d. I keni pa do t\u00eb rinj e t\u00eb reja q\u00eb s\u2019i njeh kush dhe q\u00eb sakaq i shohim se kan\u00eb marr\u00eb votat p\u00ebr deputet\u00eb: t\u00eb till\u00ebt fitojn\u00eb n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb votuesve t\u00eb rinj, kryesisht nga vendet e prejardhjes s\u00eb tyre. \u00cbsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ndryshimesh demografike: lindja e nj\u00eb brezi t\u00eb ri si forc\u00eb elektorale dhe shnd\u00ebrrimet e kultur\u00ebs politike q\u00eb vjen me k\u00ebto ndryshime. Jo pse sfondi kulturor ose fetar nuk ndikon n\u00eb vot\u00eb, por se \u00e7do brez rimendon dhe riformon kultur\u00ebn dhe besimin, pra edhe \u00e7ka dometh\u00ebn\u00eb me qen\u00eb \u201curbanc\u201d dhe \u201cmysliman\u201d dhe si ndikojn\u00eb k\u00ebto identitete n\u00eb orientimet dhe sjelljen politike.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj, p\u00ebr respekt t\u00eb frym\u00ebs s\u00eb re n\u00eb horizontit politik kosovar, p\u00ebrgatitjes p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb po vjen, dhe q\u00eb pleqt\u00eb q\u00eb po vdesin t\u00eb mos ua z\u00ebn\u00eb frym\u00ebn t\u00eb rinjve q\u00eb po lindin, uroj m\u00eb pak vota p\u00ebr ata kandidat\u00eb q\u00eb nuk quhen \u201ct\u00eb rinj\u201d n\u00eb mosh\u00eb dhe (1) q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb forme ende jan\u00eb t\u00eb kurthuar n\u00eb mentalitetin e kultur\u00ebn e shekullit t\u00eb kaluar: t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs, t\u00eb urt\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb shijes, t\u00eb trim\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb odave, mejtepeve, krahin\u00ebs autonome, rezistenc\u00ebs ilegale, republik\u00ebs paralele dhe luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare, dhe q\u00eb ende u qan zemra p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar t\u00eb idealizuar q\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk ishte qysh e paraqet nostalgjia e tyre, ose (2) q\u00eb n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fillimshekulli jan\u00eb brumosur me hegjemonin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, hegjemonin\u00eb e komandant\u00ebve t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs, t\u00eb \u201cshoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile\u201d (q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb ishte shoq\u00ebri parapolitike e partive, trampolin\u00eb p\u00ebr politikan\u00ebt e ardhsh\u00ebm dhe qoshe e ngroht\u00eb p\u00ebr politikan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar), imagjinata politike e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ngec te \u00e7lirimi nga Serbia dhe nuk shkon dot m\u00eb larg.
