Kjo ishte evidente ve\u00e7mas pas kualifikimit historik t\u00eb komb\u00ebtar\u00ebs son\u00eb n\u00eb futboll, ku kozmpolitanizmi si koncept ka qen\u00eb target i vazhduesh\u00ebm i sulmeve. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij shkrimi synoj t\u00eb sqaroj nj\u00eb koncept m\u00eb ndryshe t\u00eb kozmpolitanzimit, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sinonim i antipatriotizmit. Me patriotiz\u00ebm, n\u00ebnkuptoj p\u00ebrkushtimin e individit ndaj vlerave t\u00eb tij kulturore dhe komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb jesh nj\u00eb kozmopolitan n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb apriori t\u2019i \u00a0p\u00ebr\u00e7mosh apo t\u00eb heq\u00ebsh dor\u00eb nga simbolet dhe vlerat e tua kulturore. Koncepti kozmopolitan i filozofit t\u00eb njohur bashk\u00ebkohor, Anthony Appiah, njeh\u00ebrit profesor n\u00eb Universitetin e Princeton-it n\u00eb SHBA, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nocion q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb goditje ndaj vlerave kulturore, qofshin ato nacionale ose lokale. P\u00ebrkundrazi, ky tip i kozmopolitanizmit p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019i mbroj\u00eb ato. Kozmopolitanizmi i Appiah-s, sqarohet p\u00ebrmes definicionit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb kozmopolitanizmit si \u201cuniversalizmi plus diferencimi\u201d. Sipas tij, e para ka prioritet mbi t\u00eb dyten, mir\u00ebpo kjo qasje, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb assesi nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb unifikuese e t\u00eb gjitha kulturave n\u00eb nj\u00eb ta themi \u201ckultur\u00eb globale\u201d. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr Appiah, e b\u00ebn nj\u00eb ndarje t\u00eb prer\u00eb mes kozmpolitanizmit dhe humanizmit, sepse ideali i kozmopolitanizmit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr homogjenitet global sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb tek humanizmi. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, ky kozmpolitaniz\u00ebm nuk e synon asimilimin e t\u00eb gjitha kulturave dhe vlerave komb\u00ebtare n\u00ebn ombrell\u00ebn e nj\u00eb univerzalizmi gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, pra nuk k\u00ebrkon nxitje p\u00ebr uniformitet. Kulturat e ndryshme, me vlerat e tyre komb\u00ebtare apo lokale, duhet t\u00eb respektohet dhe t\u00eb promovohen, jo sepse kultura ka ndonje r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete, por sepse r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi kan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit, e kultura \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr ta n\u00eb k\u00ebrkimin e eudemonistik\u00ebs aristoteliane.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, kulturat e ndryshme duhet t\u00eb respektohen p\u00ebr aq sa k\u00ebto kultura nuk bie ndesh me shqet\u00ebsimet tona universale p\u00ebr respektin ndaj jet\u00ebs dhe mir\u00ebqenies s\u00eb secil\u00ebs qenie njer\u00ebzore. P\u00ebr ta rikthyer n\u00eb diskursin ton\u00eb t\u00eb debatit, kultura shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr vlerave universale q\u00eb i ndajm\u00eb si qenie njer\u00ebzore; nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prej kulturave raciste a ksenofobike, as prej ndonj\u00eb prej kulturave q\u00eb dhunon autonomin\u00eb individuale t\u00eb njeriut. Krejt e kund\u00ebrta, kultura shqiptare shquhet m\u00eb vlerat e saj t\u00eb toleranc\u00ebs dhe solidaritetit njer\u00ebzor, q\u00eb nj\u00ebherit jan\u00eb edhe vlera universale. Prandaj ky lloj i kozmopolitanizmit, p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb kontekstin ton\u00eb, nuk ka asgj\u00eb kund\u00ebr vlerave kulturore shqiptare. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, sipas k\u00ebsaj ideje ato duhet t\u00eb promovohen dhe t\u00eb mbrohen sepse k\u00ebto vlera kulturore jan\u00eb tejet t\u00eb rend\u00ebsishme n\u00eb form\u00ebsimin e identitetit ton\u00eb dallues nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. P\u00ebrderisa k\u00ebto tipare kulturore jan\u00eb ve\u00e7ori dalluese e jona, at\u00ebher\u00eb ato kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ne, e meq\u00eb kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ne, ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb gabuar si nj\u00eb kozmopolitan t\u00eb besosh n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi dhe vlera universale, t\u00eb besosh n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb e barabarta t\u00eb secil\u00ebs qenie njer\u00ebzore. N\u00eb bot\u00ebn bash\u00ebkohore, vet\u00eb ideja e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt kozmopolitan. Deklarata Universale e t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut, nj\u00eb dokument legal i n\u00ebnshkruar nga gjitha shtetet e OKB-s\u00eb, baz\u00ebn e saj filozofike e ka n\u00eb imperativin kategorik t\u00eb Immanuel Kanti-t, sepse beson q\u00eb qeniet njer\u00ebzore jan\u00eb qenie racionale, dhe racionaliteti mund t\u00eb merret si shtyll\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb disa normave universale. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht legjitime q\u00eb kulturat e ndryshme t\u00eb debatojn\u00eb mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sesi mund t\u00eb artikulohen k\u00ebto t\u00eb drejta, por nuk ma do mendja se njeriu racional i bot\u00ebs bash\u00ebkohore do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb mos kishte t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr fund, nuk kemi arsye pse t\u00eb zgjedhim mes kozmopolitanizmit dhe patriotizmit, sepse kozmopolitanizmi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb antipatriotiz\u00ebm. Kozmpolitanizmi dhe devotshm\u00ebria ndaj vlerave kulturore, q\u00eb un\u00eb u refrohem me patriotiz\u00ebm, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuese ndaj nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs. Njeriu mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe kozmpolitan q\u00eb beson n\u00eb vlera universale, edhe patriot q\u00eb i \u00e7mon dhe i glorifikon vlerat e tij kulturore komb\u00ebtare.
