Jo se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebbuar e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me fshatar\u00eb apo kolon\u00eb, por thjesht luft\u00ebrat ja kan hup vet\u00ebdijen e qyteteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e me t\u00eb edhe qytetarin\u00eb e saj. K\u00ebshtu sot p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr se ka banor\u00eb q\u00eb ndoshta me dhjetra gjenerata jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb qytet, ata duhet t\u00eb rigjejn\u00eb identitetin e humbur qytatar\u00eb, me p\u00ebrpjekje thuajse t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb sikur edhe nj\u00eb i katundar i sapoadalur n\u00eb qytet.<\/p>\n<p>Urbanistit me ndikim t\u00eb madh prej shekullit t\u00eb kaluar Bogdan Bogdanivi?, thot\u00eb se qytetet nuk maten me dimenzionet e tyre, as me num\u00ebr t\u00eb banor\u00ebve, as me shtrirje, e as me nalt\u00ebsin e nd\u00ebrtesave n\u00eb t\u00eb. Por\u00a0 qytetet jan\u00eb vendbanime q\u00eb kan vet\u00ebdije p\u00ebr veten. Dijn\u00eb kush jan\u00eb dhe sa munden; k\u00ebshtu ekonimikisht dhe politikisht sipas takatit pozicionohen n\u00eb mjedisin e tyre dhe p\u00ebrball rival\u00ebve potencilal duke tentuar t\u00eb mbijetojn\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu mund t\u00eb thuhet se ka qytete q\u00eb jan\u00eb &#8220;m\u00eb shum\u00eb qytete&#8221; dhe ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb &#8220;m\u00eb pak&#8221;, ka venbanime q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb qytete por p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb.
