Aktiviteti i tyre n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb super i njohur n\u00eb disa fise primitive t\u00eb Indis\u00eb ku shkelja e rregullave t\u00eb fisit penalizohej me masa t\u00eb r\u00ebnda. Si \u00e7do d\u00ebnim tjet\u00ebr edhe ky kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb konservoj\u00eb praktikat e fisit dhe t\u00eb shmang\u00eb ndryshimin apo avancimin shoq\u00ebror. Sot, ky komunitet i policis\u00eb morale \u00ebsht\u00eb pjell\u00eb e \u00e7do shoq\u00ebrie, bile edhe t\u00eb atyre shoq\u00ebrive n\u00eb zhvillim si kjo e jona. Pun\u00ebn e policis\u00eb morale e kryen \u00e7dokush me<br \/>\nzell edhe pse natyrsh\u00ebm nj\u00eb rol i till\u00eb i shkon personave me ndikim n\u00eb komunitet si kryeplaku i fshatit, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi i fisit, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi shpirt\u00ebror, gazetari, artisti, opinionisti, aktivisti dhe isti tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb cilit i ec\u00eb fjala.<\/p>\n<p>Historia e zhvillimit ton\u00eb shoq\u00ebror na thot\u00eb q\u00eb kodet e tilla morale kryesisht kan\u00eb targetuar femrat dhe jan\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr \u201ct\u00eb ruajtur e mbrojtur nderin e tyre\u201d. Fjal\u00ebt ruajtur dhe mbrojtur po i ve\u00e7ojm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb theksuar faktin se \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb mbrojtur nuk kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me moralin e femrave, por me mbrojtjen e praktikave patriarkale. Praktikat e tilla vendosnin femr\u00ebn n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb s\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe shtypnin mendimin e saj t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Ato q\u00eb ne i njohim si vlera tradicionale t\u00eb femrave shqiptare, n\u00eb fakt kishin nj\u00eb baz\u00eb kanunore apo fetare dhe penalizonin \u00e7do rezistenc\u00eb duke etiketuar, p\u00ebrjashtuar, apo asgj\u00ebsuar ndryshimin me ndihm\u00ebn e policis\u00eb morale.<\/p>\n<p>Ja t\u00eb themi nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb e re nga nj\u00eb vend rural q\u00eb refuzonte martes\u00ebn dhe \u00ebnd\u00ebrronte studimet, do t\u00eb ishte detyruar t\u00eb arratisej nga sht\u00ebpia ose t\u00eb martohej pa d\u00ebshir\u00eb sepse jeta n\u00eb komunitet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb e pamundur nga policia morale. Nj\u00eb nuse e re q\u00eb refuzonte t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb mysafir\u00ebt e shpesht\u00eb t\u00eb burrit p\u00ebr t\u2019u kujdesur p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt apo veten e saj ishte penalizuar nga burri, familja e tij dhe e saj sepse femra sipas kodit duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim e detyr\u00eb. N\u00eb raste ekstreme, mosp\u00ebrfillja e mysafirit mund t\u00eb ishte nd\u00ebshkuar edhe me vdekje. M\u00eb von\u00eb, nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb adoleshente e nj\u00eb vendi rural kishte mbetur shtatz\u00ebn\u00eb me kush\u00ebririn e mosh\u00ebs madhore, e ishte konsideruar si shkel\u00ebse e r\u00ebnd\u00eb e kodit moral. Ajo ishte penalizuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga policia morale t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kishin detyruar t\u00eb marr\u00eb arratin\u00eb apo t\u00eb abortoj\u00eb n\u00eb kushte \u00e7njer\u00ebzore. K\u00ebshtu policia morale e unifikuar drejt paragjykimit, gjykimit dhe penalizimit t\u00eb \u00e7do sjelljeje t\u00eb papranueshme fem\u00ebrore b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb palodhshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur standardet e \u201cfemr\u00ebs s\u00eb denj\u00eb\u201d. Praktikat e tilla rezultonin n\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet t\u00eb hidhur ku adoleshentja penalizohej, nd\u00ebrsa kush\u00ebriri ia hidhte pa u lagur.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe sot me pak avancim socio-kulturor, penalizimi i deleve t\u00eb zeza vazhdon fuqish\u00ebm me metoda m\u00eb moderne t\u00eb moralizimit. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e zhvillimit teknologjik, gjuetia e shtrigave b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrmes mjeteve t\u00eb informimit, rrjeteve sociale dhe adresave private elektronike. Kjo gjueti virtuale e shtrigave t\u00eb cilat guxojn\u00eb t\u00eb thyejn\u00eb rregullat e kodet shoq\u00ebrore duke b\u00ebr\u00eb zgjedhje q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria nuk i pret prej tyre apo duke b\u00ebr\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb ndaj praktikave patriarkale, po ashtu kryhet me ndihm\u00ebn e gazetaris\u00eb son\u00eb joprofesionale e joetike q\u00eb ia kan\u00eb shitur shpirtin djallit p\u00ebr klikime. Shkrime me tituj bombastik\u00eb, spekulativ\u00eb e \u00e7orientues mbi stilin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb deleve t\u00eb zeza t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, zgjedhjet e vendimet e tyre jet\u00ebsore, jan\u00eb arma m\u00eb e fort\u00eb kanunore q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria patriarkale ka p\u00ebr momentin n\u00eb dispozicion. Shpeshher\u00eb edhe t\u00eb arriturave jet\u00ebsore t\u00eb tyre i mvishet ndonj\u00eb akti amoral, sepse shoq\u00ebria ende mendon q\u00eb \u201cfemra e denj\u00eb shqiptare duhet t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb mashkullit dhe t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb riprodhimin e rac\u00ebs son\u00eb ariane\u201d. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sarkaz\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJa, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb zezaku p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin Linda Halimi la nj\u00eb shqiptar\u201d, \u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb burri me t\u00eb cilin Teuta kishte tradhtuar Bleron\u201d, \u201cKy rengen v\u00ebrteton si nj\u00eb politikane p\u00ebrdor vagjin\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb politike\u201d, \u201cCila \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta e dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb politikanes Grida Duma me t\u00eb vrarin Artan Santo?\u201d, \u201cShokon Jahjaga. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj gjuetie shtrigash p\u00ebrmes metodave moderne t\u00eb komunikimit, shoq\u00ebria vazhdon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb rolet tradicionale, t\u00eb mos pranoj\u00eb femrat q\u00eb pozicionohen n\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe nga t\u00eb tjerat, t\u2019ua mvesh\u00eb lloj-lloj etiketash e nofkash vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtypur ndryshimin dhe vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019u siguruar q\u00eb privilegjet e jet\u00ebs t\u00eb mbeten n\u00eb duar t\u00eb kalor\u00ebsve t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Kryek\u00ebput.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj sage dele-polici m\u00eb vjen nd\u00ebrmend romantika populiste me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb i ka shpallur dashuri vlerave europiane e per\u00ebndimore. Harrojm\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebto n\u00eb thelb jan\u00eb vlera q\u00eb promovojn\u00eb barazin\u00eb gjinore, trajtimin e barabart\u00eb dhe diverstitetin. Por, a jemi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb heqim dor\u00eb nga privilegjet tradicionale t\u00eb mashkullit dhe t\u00eb asgj\u00ebsojm\u00eb policin\u00eb morale p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar trajtim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb?! A jemi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb zgjedhur rrym\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb jet\u00ebs pa i gjykuar, moralizuar e penalizuar? A jemi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb shohim nj\u00eb fem\u00ebr q\u00eb shkon n\u00eb rrym\u00ebn e saj, pa v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb aksion policin\u00eb morale q\u00eb ta gjykoj\u00eb e sulmoj\u00eb ve\u00e7 pse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pozicionuar n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb rol tradicional?!
