Po citoj k\u00ebtu Michel Foucault i cili para gjysm\u00eb shekulli p\u00ebrshkruante pandemin\u00eb e murtaj\u00ebs duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se \u201cekzistonte edhe nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr politike e murtaj\u00ebs, e cila ishte pik\u00ebrisht e kund\u00ebrta e saj: jo ligjet e shkelura, por dep\u00ebrtimi i rregullit n\u00eb detajet m\u00eb t\u00eb im\u00ebta t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme p\u00ebrmes nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb hierarkis\u00eb s\u00eb plot\u00eb q\u00eb siguronte funksionimin kapilar t\u00eb pushtetit; jo maska q\u00eb u vun\u00eb dhe u hoq\u00ebn, por caktimin p\u00ebr secilin individ, me emrin e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, vendin e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, trupin e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, s\u00ebmundjen e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d(1977; f.198).\u00a0 Largpam\u00ebsia e Foucault n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn q\u00eb i b\u00ebn forc\u00ebs s\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb legjitimizuar p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb s\u00eb murtaj\u00ebs v\u00ebrtetohet banalisht edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrjetimin e k\u00ebsaj pandemie, ku p\u00ebrmes orareve policore, leje-daljeve minimale, vizionit t\u00eb tanqeve n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe \u00e7jerrjen e sirenave, nuk b\u00ebn vecse t\u00eb thellohet ndjenja e nj\u00eb distopie t\u00eb af\u00ebrt. Hap\u00ebsira e vetme personale \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb z\u00eb katalogimi i identitetit t\u00eb secilit, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo distanc\u00eb prej dy metrash q\u00eb na b\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb dalluesh\u00ebm brenda panoptikonit t\u00eb bot\u00ebs reale dhe virtuale.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajturit t\u00eb infeksionit me an\u00eb t\u00eb izolimit por t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuarit t\u00eb rrjedhojave q\u00eb solli virusi si i till\u00eb, me modulet e kurbave q\u00eb p\u00ebrshtaten sipas nivelit t\u00eb frik\u00ebs, t\u00eb ankthit dhe t\u00eb kontrollit.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebri kjo pandemi ashtu si edhe t\u00eb tjerat ishte pik\u00ebrisht t\u00eb na tregonte vendin; fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr fjal\u00eb vendin fizik, me an\u00eb t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs globale\u00a0<em>rri n<\/em><em>\u00eb<\/em><em>\u00a0sht<\/em><em>\u00eb<\/em><em>pi<\/em>\u00a0dhe, vendin e gjymtuar t\u00eb sociales, me an\u00eb t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb ligjshme t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n<p>Me argumentimin se liria e hequr dhe humbja e t\u00eb drejtave, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme, qeveria po luan rolin e babait t\u00eb rrept\u00eb por t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, dhe ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb dhembshur, e kam fjal\u00ebn k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr faljen e gjobave t\u00eb shkel\u00ebsve t\u00eb karantin\u00ebs. Kush e ka sot t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e faljes t\u00eb shkeljeve ndaj trupit ton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt shoq\u00ebror, e drejt\u00eb kjo q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn u rezervohej vet\u00ebm sundimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb plotfuqish\u00ebm t\u00eb sistemit feudal. Pik\u00ebrisht e drejta e monarkut p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar faljen ishte nj\u00eb nga pikat e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsisshme t\u00eb reform\u00ebs penale n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, q\u00eb jurist\u00ebt dhe ligjv\u00ebnesit e shquar te shek. XVIII arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb hedhin posht\u00eb. Kjo sepse falja e mbretit do t\u00eb thoshte pushtet i pakufi, arbitraritet dhe diktatur\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsore q\u00eb sulmi ndaj Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb po ndodh pik\u00ebrisht tani q\u00eb jemi akoma n\u00eb shtet-rrethim. Praktik\u00eb kjo, q\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb her\u00ebs, e diskutueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar nj\u00eb pandemi, \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb respektimi i nj\u00eb orari q\u00eb shkon prej or\u00ebs 05.00 deri n\u00eb 17.30, mos vall\u00eb l\u00ebvizja brenda k\u00ebtij orari na b\u00ebn t\u00eb imunizuar nga virusi?<\/p>\n<p>Pandemit\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb kan\u00eb krijuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e vyer p\u00ebr kontroll.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i rast\u00ebsish\u00ebm as orari q\u00eb forcat e rendit vendosin p\u00ebr t\u00eb inspektuar truallin e Teatrit, n\u00eb limit t\u00eb or\u00ebs policore. Dhe kurrsesi nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb rast\u00ebsi kalimi i pron\u00ebs s\u00eb Teatrit nga pasuri komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb pron\u00eb t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Gabim q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr mendjes dhe n\u00ebse jo e ilustrojn\u00eb vet\u00eb fjal\u00ebt; Teatri Komb\u00ebtar i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, jo i Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrvecse pjes\u00eb e kompleksit arkitekturor t\u00eb qendr\u00ebs historike t\u00eb kryeqytetit, Teatri Komb\u00ebtar u pasurua gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy viteve e gjysm\u00eb edhe me nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb pashembullt t\u00eb rezistenc\u00ebs qytetare.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk dua te ndalem vet\u00ebm n\u00eb ato q\u00eb \u201cdikush\u201d mund ti quaj\u00eb patetizma sentimentale, si psh. memoria urbane e nj\u00eb qyteti, ruajtja dhe restaurimi i trash\u00ebgimise ton\u00eb kulturore, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e nj\u00eb dialogu me komunitetin artistik si pjes\u00eb e pandashme e vendimmarrjes mbi nj\u00eb institucion si Teatri Komb\u00ebtar i nj\u00eb vendi, dhe akoma t\u00eb tjera si k\u00ebto. Preferoj ta shoh k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb zhveshur nga ndjenjat dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrballem me pjesen llogjike t\u00eb saj, gjithmon\u00eb n\u00ebse e ka ndonj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, ku q\u00ebndron llogjika e shembjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb monumenti kulture, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar historia e teatrit shqiptar, dhe nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb riu ne vendin e tij (me kulla dhe qend\u00ebr tregtare) n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment kaq delikat p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb e vendit ton\u00eb. N\u00eb fakt dua t\u00eb kuptoj s\u00eb pari ku \u00ebsht\u00eb llogjika e shembjes s\u00eb t\u00eb vjetr\u00ebs p\u00ebr ti b\u00ebr\u00eb vend t\u00eb res\u00eb. Ky debat i p\u00ebrdorur r\u00ebndom n\u00eb media \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb debat fals dhe steril q\u00eb prodhon vet\u00ebm histerizma pushtetar\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur institucione t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore n\u00eb Europ\u00eb si Europa Nostra, ka caktuar Teatrin ton\u00eb Komb\u00ebtar si nj\u00eb nga 7 monumentet kulturore ne Europ\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikuar nga degradimi apo shembja, p\u00ebr tu restauruar, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur pandemia akoma e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon me sa duket vendin ton\u00eb, \u00e7far\u00eb e justifikon shembjen? Dhe akoma si mund t\u00eb justifikohen, dekretet, VKM, nxitimi dhe vendim-miratimet e p\u00ebrshpejtuara p\u00ebr shembje?<\/p>\n<p>Por fatkeq\u00ebsisht nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm Teatri dhe, ska se si t\u00eb jet\u00eb vet\u00ebm ai. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb shkruaj dhe shtroj k\u00ebto pyetje retorike duke u shqetesuar p\u00ebr llogjik\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje, tekstualisht n\u00eb nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, shemben nd\u00ebrtesa historike n\u00eb lagje t\u00eb vjetra t\u00eb kryeqytetit, dhunohen monumente te rendesishme te kultures n\u00eb mbar\u00eb vendin dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohet fjala e lir\u00eb duke gjobitur dhe mbyllur media t\u00eb pavarur. \u00c7do gj\u00eb b\u00ebhet me nj\u00eb ngut dhe makut\u00ebri a thua se sdo t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb nes\u00ebrme.
