Pa k\u00ebto, politika e humb gjakun gufues q\u00eb i shtyn njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb marrin q\u00ebndrime politike dhe t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb veprime politike, \u00e7far\u00ebdo qofshin ato, q\u00eb nga votimi deri t\u00eb format m\u00eb aktive t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes qytetare.\u00a0Nuk reduktohet p\u00ebrjetimi politik n\u00eb veprim racional, sado q\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e vet\u00ebdijes politike.<\/p>\n<p>Si pasoj\u00eb e zhvillimeve politike t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit q\u00eb nxit\u00ebn pretendimet p\u00ebr ftohje t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me administrat\u00ebn amerikane dhe rezultuan me vot\u00ebn e mosbesimit ndaj qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb pikun e luft\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore kund\u00ebr pandemis\u00eb s\u00eb koronavirusit, shum\u00ebkush u kaplua nga zjarrmi e pasioni politik, duke shfry hidh\u00ebrimin q\u00eb na e nxor\u00ebn politikan\u00ebt. Shum\u00eb ma tep\u00ebr se sa e q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb ftohta dhe thirjeve t\u00eb baraspeshuara p\u00ebr fajin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, tani \u00ebsht\u00eb koha e pasionit dhe animit. \u00cbsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb t\u00eb frenohet emocioni e animi, kur\u00a0p\u00ebr gjysm\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve u rr\u00ebzua qeveria q\u00eb ktheu shpres\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi e sundimin t\u00eb ligjit, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr gjysm\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, u rr\u00ebzua qeveria e udh\u00ebhequr nga politikani q\u00eb po na prish marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs. Andaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e natyrshme q\u00eb beteja politike k\u00ebto dit\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb frontin e emocionit p\u00ebr t\u00eb joshur zemrat e qytetar\u00ebve dhe votuesve nga nj\u00ebri kamp n\u00eb fush\u00ebbetej\u00ebn politike.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr nj\u00ebr\u00ebn pal\u00eb, k\u00ebtu po rroken t\u00eb pabarabart\u00ebt, zullumqar\u00ebt dhe viktimat, mujshar\u00ebt e vegj\u00eblia: \u201cKlani pronto\u201d n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb p\u00ebr fajt t\u00eb \u201cKlanit\u201d nuk kan\u00eb as pun\u00eb, as shkoll\u00eb, as sht\u00ebpi, as siguri, as sh\u00ebndet, as g\u00ebzim e as t\u00eb ardhme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Si e till\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb situat\u00eb e cila th\u00ebret shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb qytetare t\u00eb rreshtohet n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga dy an\u00ebt e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb politike: me shtyp\u00ebsit ose me ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ua besuam detyr\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund shtypjes. T\u00eb par\u00ebt e kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se sa kan\u00eb potencial p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrim e krim, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb dyt\u00ebt e kan\u00eb rastin p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund krimit e shkat\u00ebrrimit. A mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dilem\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu?!<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr pal\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, Kryeministri (tashm\u00eb i shkarkuar) Albin Kurti \u00ebsht\u00eb antiamerikan ose, sipas nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi m\u00eb t\u00eb matur, njeriu q\u00eb po e refuzon ofert\u00ebn e Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, shtetit mik, p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur marr\u00ebveshje me Serbin\u00eb. Atij nuk mund t\u2019i besohet udh\u00ebheqja e shtetit, pasi q\u00eb ka kund\u00ebrshtuar t\u00eb gjitha zhvillimet q\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn shtet dhe t\u00eb pavarur: dialogun dhe negociatat p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb, Planin e Ahtisarit q\u00eb vuri bazat e shtetit t\u00eb pranuar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Kushtetut\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs, simbolet e saj dhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsin e garantuesin e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb: SHBA-t\u00eb. Si alternativ\u00eb, ai luan me kart\u00ebn populiste t\u00eb utopis\u00eb s\u00eb bashkimit komb\u00ebtar si form\u00eb e eskapizmit ose e demogogjis\u00eb populiste. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Albin Kurti \u00ebsht\u00eb lider me tendenca autoritare q\u00eb synon dominim dhe q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb tejkaloj\u00eb ambiciet e tij dominuese, si\u00e7 pritet prej nj\u00eb kryetari t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrtej gjykimeve se cilit politikan dhe cil\u00ebs parti i bie faji q\u00eb mbaruam n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje, jam i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e p\u00ebshtjelluar dhe asnj\u00ebra parti nuk mund t\u2019i laj\u00eb duart e p\u00ebrlyera nga shtyrjet politike. Sidoqoft\u00eb, tash jemi n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb polarizuar n\u00eb pakthim. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shumica e pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb publikut e ka gati t\u00eb pamundshme t\u00eb peshojn\u00eb gjakftoht\u00eb dhe racionalisht se si ndodhi dhe kujt i bie p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia. Shum\u00ebkush nuk do t\u00eb lodhet me gjetjen e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb; kush e ka mir\u00eb, e kush keq, kush ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, e kush jo. Kur konfrontohen t\u00eb kund\u00ebrtat dhe t\u00eb papajtueshmet, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb situat\u00eb e volitshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjet\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn objektive. Puna \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb an\u00ebn e kujt je: t\u00eb shtyp\u00ebsve a t\u00eb shtypunve, t\u00eb antiamerikan\u00ebve a proamerikan\u00ebve. K\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron e v\u00ebrteta, n\u00eb zgjedhjen q\u00eb b\u00ebn. N\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla, nuk mundesh pa marr\u00eb an\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mundesh mos me qen\u00eb an\u00ebtar i ndonj\u00eb partie ose\u00a0mos me i shpreh\u00eb bot\u00ebrisht q\u00ebndrimet politike,\u00a0por nuk mundesh me pas\u00eb q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm n\u00eb politik\u00eb. S\u2019ka mund\u00ebsi, sepse, edhe n\u00ebse do t\u00eb q\u00ebndrosh i paansh\u00ebm, politika t\u00eb prek ty si si pun\u00ebtor, si i papun\u00eb, si student, si prind, si burr\u00eb, si grua, si i ri, si i moshuar, si i shkolluar, si i pashkolluar, si i kamur, si i skamur, si arsimtar, si profesionist, si teknik, si intelektual, si artist, si pun\u00ebtor dhe si qyshdo q\u00eb jeton e fiton p\u00ebr jetes\u00eb n\u00eb organizat\u00ebn politike q\u00eb e quajm\u00eb shtet.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u00e7se, ndikim i politik\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00ebtrajtsh\u00ebm tek t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit. Nj\u00eb politik\u00eb e caktuar ndikon ndryshe tek ti dhe ndryshe tek tjetri, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi prej pozit\u00ebs n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Madje, ndoshta n\u00eb mas\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, edhe ato politika q\u00eb thuhet se jan\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm ose publik, bie fjala, ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb, arsimin, sigurin\u00eb, infrastruktur\u00ebn, etj., ndikojn\u00eb jonj\u00ebjt\u00eb tek qytetar\u00ebt dhe jan\u00eb n\u00eb interes m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr shtresa e grupe t\u00eb caktuara dhe n\u00eb interes m\u00eb to vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr grupe e shtresa t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Vendime t\u00eb caktuara politike e p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs jonj\u00ebtrajtsh\u00ebm: dikuj ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb jet\u00ebn t\u00eb leht\u00eb e t\u00eb dashur, e dikuj tjet\u00ebr, ferr. Mir\u00ebpo, gjithashtu, politika \u00ebsht\u00eb art q\u00eb na mund\u00ebson t\u00eb arrijm\u00eb nj\u00eb baraspeshim, sado t\u00eb brisht\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb papajtueshme, ose na jep iluzionin e baraspeshimit t\u00eb tyre, pa ia nxjerr\u00eb syt\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit.
