Identitetet jan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje sesa q\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb si nj\u00ebsi absolute nga natyra apo kultura. Identitetet nuk kan\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb, por kan\u00eb nj\u00eb varg shtresash q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00ebsimin e nj\u00eb uni, qoft\u00eb ai personal, kulturor, komb\u00ebtar, fetar, politik, dhe t\u00eb tjera.\u00a0 K\u00ebto shtresa jan\u00eb klasa, raca, etnia, gjinia, feja dhe nd\u00ebrlidhja n\u00eb mes tyre si kategori shoq\u00ebrore.\u00a0 K\u00ebt\u00eb e pohojn\u00eb studimet kulturore, pra studimi i natyr\u00ebs politike t\u00eb fenomeneve kulturore e shoq\u00ebrore, pushtetit dhe raporteve shoq\u00ebrore. Si duken k\u00ebto identitete dhe \u00e7ka ndodh kur identitete t\u00eb ndryshme brenda nj\u00eb territori p\u00ebrplasen?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identiteti komb\u00ebtar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Identiteti komb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb form\u00eb e identifikimit imagjinar me simbole dhe diskurse t\u00eb komb-shtetit. Kombi \u00ebsht\u00eb \u2018komunitet imagjinar\u2019 sipas profesorit t\u00eb studimeve politike e historike Benedict Anderson. Ai pohon se kombi \u00ebsht\u00eb imagjinar n\u00eb kuptimin kufizues sepse \u201c&#8230; edhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e kombit m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl kurr\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i njohin, takojn\u00eb apo as t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb. Riintegrimi i barabart\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri m\u00eb pastaj ka paraqitur v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Pavar\u00ebsisht se Kanuni sot nuk e ka pesh\u00ebn q\u00eb ka pasur dikur (por Kurani vazhdon ta ket\u00eb), ato kan\u00eb ndikuar dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb pasqyrohen n\u00eb raportet shoq\u00ebrore, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e trajtimit dhe perceptimit t\u00eb grave e burrave, dhe ende reflektojn\u00eb n\u00eb rolet gjinore q\u00eb kan\u00eb grat\u00eb e burrat n\u00eb etni t\u00eb caktuara. Por, ajo kthehet n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje politike kur individ\u00ebve u mohohet e drejta e dashuris\u00eb dhe atraksionit p\u00ebr seksin e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb. Komuniteti LGBT n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb komunitet i ndjesh\u00ebm dhe me tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikohen nga patriot\u00ebt nacionalist\u00eb si dhe nga ata fetar\u00eb. T\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr orientim homo dhe bi seksual e mohon edhe kombi edhe feja. Edhe pse komuniteti LGBT n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00a0nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe aq vokal, dhe nj\u00eb prej arsyeve mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb mos-toleranca shpesh p\u00ebrbuz\u00ebse dhe totalitare e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrpjekje b\u00ebhen q\u00eb e drejta p\u00ebr ta shprehur identitetin seksual t\u00eb garantohet dhe t\u00eb mbrohet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kur identitetet p\u00ebrplasen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cilitdo grup q\u00eb i takojm\u00eb dhe \u00e7far\u00ebdo identitet q\u00eb formojm\u00eb, ndjesia se je pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb identiteti m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat t\u00eb drejta e mund\u00ebsi, t\u00eb mban gjall\u00eb vullnetin dhe entuziazmin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u ndalur s\u00eb vepruari p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Por kur paraqitet rreziku se nj\u00eb grup tjet\u00ebr po shkel mbi parimet e grupit t\u00ebnd, ndjesia e p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar kund\u00ebr \u201ct\u00eb tjer\u00ebve\u201d q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mendohet se k\u00ebrc\u00ebnojn\u00eb vlerat fundamentale\u00a0 t\u00eb grupit t\u00ebnd. Kjo nevoj\u00eb sot po rezulton me sulme terroriste n\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb ideologjis\u00eb fetare dhe misionit p\u00ebr dominim t\u00eb saj; me k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime e rrahje t\u00eb nj\u00eb komuniteti q\u00eb kinse k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon vlerat familjare dhe riprodhuese t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit; me pengesa p\u00ebr avancim t\u00eb grave sepse refuzojn\u00eb t\u00eb heqin dor\u00eb nga privilegjet burr\u00ebrore; dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n<p>Form\u00ebsimi i identitetit vetanak \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e t\u00eb drejtave themelore t\u00eb njeriut. Asnj\u00eb identitet nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm se tjetri. Identitetet jan\u00eb imagjinare dhe hibride, dhe form\u00ebsimi i nj\u00eb identiteti personal \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrim politik. Kjo p\u00ebrpjekje m\u00eb definon m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa synimet kolektive t\u00eb etnis\u00eb q\u00eb i takoj, apo t\u00eb religjionit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb dominoj aty ku jam rrit e jetoj.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr nj\u00eb individ t\u00eb komunitetit LGBT, m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat themelore t\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb seksualitet pa u k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar e rrahur p\u00ebr vdekje, sesa avokimi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb komb e etni. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb fetar apo fetare, m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb\u00a0 p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkushtimi i tij\/saj ndaj Zotit si \u2018superfuqi\u2019, sesa \u00e7\u00ebshtjet gjinore apo komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb marrin frym\u00eb lirsh\u00ebm brenda nj\u00eb territori t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, t\u00eb gjitha identitetet do t\u00eb mund\u00a0 t\u00eb jen\u00eb krenar\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb komb\/shtet q\u00eb g\u00ebzon nj\u00eb tipar ky\u00e7 &#8211; tiparin e fjal\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shprehurit e lir\u00eb pa k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar e dominuar t\u00eb tjerat. Vet\u00ebm identiteti i mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb shtet\u00ebror nuk do t\u00eb cenoj ekzistenc\u00ebn e identiteteve t\u00eb tjera.
