Si jo rrall\u00ebher\u00eb edhe entuziazmi i tij ishte luftimi i nepotizmit n\u00eb borde. Nuk shkoi shum\u00eb e shkarkoi disa borde, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin em\u00ebruar nga paraardh\u00ebsi i tij, Albin Kurti, por, depolitizimi i kryeministrit q\u00eb premtoi shkapjen e shtetit nuk zgjati edhe shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00eb Hoti em\u00ebroi njer\u00ebz partie n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje publike, duke nd\u00ebrtuar k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb kontradikt\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb mes premtimeve e veprimeve. Fadil Aliun, q\u00eb mbante numrin 91 n\u00eb zgjedhjet e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb vitit 2017 n\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, kryeministri Hoti e em\u00ebroi n\u00eb Bordin e P\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Post\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Por, Aliu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi q\u00eb n\u00ebn logon e LDK-s\u00eb ka marr\u00eb pozit\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje publike.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe Brahim Selimaj q\u00eb garonte n\u00eb zgjedhje n\u00ebn moton e partis\u00eb s\u00eb kryeministrit, \u201cBeso\u201d, t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb tetorit u em\u00ebrua n\u00eb bordin e p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes \u201cHekurudhat e Kosov\u00ebs-Infrakos\u201d. N\u00eb vazhd\u00ebn e k\u00ebtyre politizimeve hyri edhe miratimi i vendimit p\u00ebr vazhdimin e mandatit t\u00eb djalit t\u00eb deputetes s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, Besa Gaxherri, Ardian Gaxherri, n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb bordit t\u00eb Autoritetit t\u00eb Aviacionit Civil. Hoti futi njer\u00ebz t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb edhe n\u00eb bordin e KEK-ut. K\u00ebtu em\u00ebroi an\u00ebtarin e LDK-s\u00eb, Musa Misini, si kryesues i bordit.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb em\u00ebrimeve nuk hyn\u00eb vet\u00ebm ata t\u00eb em\u00ebruar q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin taborit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb. Kryeministri u p\u00ebrkujdes t\u00eb fus\u00eb n\u00eb borde edhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb partnerit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb qeveri, Ramush Haradinaj. N\u00eb bordin e p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes publike \u201cTrep\u00e7a\u201d Hoti vendosi Esat Pecin, ish-asamblist i AAK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb. E k\u00ebtu pa hise n\u00eb borde nuk mbeti as Nisma. N\u00eb mbledhjen e Qeveris\u00eb, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 7 tetor, aktivistja e partis\u00eb s\u00eb Fatmir Limaj, Elda Maloku, u em\u00ebrua an\u00ebtare n\u00eb bordin e p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Post\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, kryeministri nuk i ndal deklaratat e tij n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb luftimit t\u00eb korrupsionit duke th\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cs\u2019keni par\u00eb gj\u00eb akoma\u201d. E k\u00ebsaj valle t\u00eb kapjeve nuk i shp\u00ebtoi as paraardh\u00ebsi i Hotit, Albin Kurti. Liderit t\u00eb Vet\u00ebvendosjes nuk i ka r\u00ebn\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb ta mbaj\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e t\u00eb parit t\u00eb ekzekutivit.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe Kurti m\u00ebtonte t\u00eb shkapte shtetin duke i shkapur bordet, megjithat\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb edhe ai p\u00ebrfundoi duke i kapur nd\u00ebrmarrjet publike. Kurti pranoi q\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e em\u00ebruar n\u00eb borde nga ai kan\u00eb librez\u00eb t\u00eb Vet\u00ebvendosjes. Por tha q\u00eb partia s\u2019ka gisht n\u00eb em\u00ebrimin e tyre. Ish-kryeministri Kurti e vendosi n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e kryesuesit t\u00eb bordit t\u00eb drejtor\u00ebve t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit Rajonal \u201cPrishtina\u201d ish-kandidatin p\u00ebr deputet t\u00eb Vet\u00ebvendosjes, Mentor Hyseni.<\/p>\n<p>Ai e rehatoi edhe ish-udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin e Qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb Vet\u00ebvendosjes n\u00eb Podujev\u00eb, Abdullah Lala, duke e em\u00ebruar drejtor t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb P\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes publike qendrore \u201cHekurudhat e Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 Infrakos\u201d. I treti i Vet\u00ebvendosjes q\u00eb Kurti e em\u00ebroi kryesues dhe drejtor i Bordit t\u00eb P\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes publike qendrore \u201cHekurudhat e Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 Infrakos\u201d ishte Enis Berisha. Lideri i Vet\u00ebvendosjes k\u00ebto em\u00ebrime i p\u00ebrmbylli me Blerton Abazin, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs i tij, q\u00eb u em\u00ebrua drejtor n\u00eb bordin e drejtor\u00ebve t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrjes Publike Qendrore &#8211; Posta e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Hallka e zinxhirit kap\u00ebs t\u00eb shtetit shkon m\u00eb larg se kaq. Tradita e uzurpimit t\u00eb bordeve nuk ndalet vet\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebta kryeministra, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nj\u00ebri m\u00eb pak e tjetri m\u00eb shum\u00eb ndikuan n\u00eb politizimin e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve publike. Militant\u00eb partiak\u00eb u shp\u00ebrblyen p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e partis\u00eb me em\u00ebrime n\u00eb borde edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur Hashim Tha\u00e7i ishte kryeminist\u00ebr. K\u00ebt\u00eb e d\u00ebshmon edhe nj\u00ebra nd\u00ebr aferat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha korruptive n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e pasluft\u00ebs, \u201cPronto\u201d. Teksa k\u00ebto pozita n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje publike ndaheshin edhe me kontrata q\u00eb lidhnin partit\u00eb politike para se t\u00eb pajtoheshin p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebqeverisje me rastin e ndarjes s\u00eb posteve politike mes vete. N\u00eb vitin 2015, edhe koalicioni PDK-LDK vendosi njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tij n\u00eb borde. Naser Canolli, q\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte pjes\u00eb e K\u00ebshillit Drejtues t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, u em\u00ebrua an\u00ebtar i bordit t\u00eb Aeroportit t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bord po ashtu u em\u00ebrua edhe Zenun Shala, i cili ishte kandidat p\u00ebr kryetar t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Junikut nga radh\u00ebt e LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, em\u00ebrimet e LDK-s\u00eb nuk ndalen k\u00ebtu. Edhe n\u00eb bordin e nd\u00ebrmarrjes publike, Operatori i Sistemit, Transmisionit dhe Tregut (KOSTT) u em\u00ebruan dy ish-kandidat\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr deputet\u00eb, Drita Koxheli e Musa Misini. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 em\u00ebrimeve partiake si shqet\u00ebsuese gjat\u00eb viteve u pa edhe af\u00ebrsia familjare, e cila ligj\u00ebrisht nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shkelje t\u00eb ligjit, por q\u00eb po e mbyt parimin e barazis\u00eb n\u00eb konkursin publik.<\/p>\n<p>Fati i k\u00ebtyre shkapjeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve publike mbetet p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb duart e atyre q\u00eb i kapin.
