Edhe<a href=\"https:\/\/masht.rks-gov.net\/search?q=Konkurs+p%C3%ABr+tekstet+shkollore+dhe+materialet+m%C3%ABsimore+\">\u00a0\u201cKonkursi p\u00ebr tekstet shkollore dhe materialet m\u00ebsimore\u201d\u00a0<\/a>i shpallur nga MASHT me dat\u00ebn 31 gusht 2018 k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb tekstet shkollore t\u00eb p\u00ebrputhen me Ligjin p\u00ebr botimin e teksteve shkollore, mjeteve m\u00ebsimore, lektyr\u00ebs shkollore dhe t\u00eb dokumentacionit pedagogjik; Kurrikulat B\u00ebrtham\u00eb; Korniz\u00ebn Kurrikulare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs; Planprogramet l\u00ebndore dhe Standardet p\u00ebr tekste shkollore. N\u00ebse analizohen k\u00ebto dokumente shihet qart\u00eb se jan\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme mekanizmat p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e teksteve t\u00eb duhura shkollore. E pse kemi qen\u00eb t\u00eb bombarduar q\u00eb tekstet e reja shkollore nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar ndonj\u00eb ndryshim evident nga ato t\u00eb vjetrat dhe shum\u00eb prej tyre kan\u00eb gabime rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore? Mos kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb prap\u00eb me nj\u00eb politik\u00eb arsimore t\u00eb shkruar mir\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr, por aspak e zbatuar?<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb shkoj me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fillimisht, po shkoj n\u00ebp\u00ebr teh me informatat rreth disa dokumenteve q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb eligjibilitetin e teksteve t\u00eb reja shkollore. Nga shkrimi i vitit t\u00eb kaluar rreth\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/op-ed\/89739\/korniza-e-kurrikules-se-re-te-kosoves-reforme-arsimore-ne-heshtje\/\">Kurrikul\u00ebs s\u00eb re<\/a>, \u201crisia q\u00eb sjell kjo Korniz\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsimi i bazuar n\u00eb parime dhe kompetenca dhe jo n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje l\u00ebndore; pra, arsimi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i fokusuar n\u00eb m\u00ebsim praktik q\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet me k\u00ebrkesat e bot\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme \u2013 k\u00ebrkesat dhe nevojat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve do t\u00eb dirigjojn\u00eb or\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore dhe plan-programet.\u201d E Kurrikulat B\u00ebrtham\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb k\u00ebto parime dhe kompetenca, dhe jan\u00eb dokumenti baz\u00eb q\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb zbatueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kurrikul\u00ebs s\u00eb re. Pas analiz\u00ebs s\u00eb Librit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, l\u00ebnda Teknologji me TIK e klas\u00ebs s\u00eb 7, fatkeq\u00ebsisht ende nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit tan\u00eb po m\u00ebsohen sesi t\u00eb hapin dhe t\u00eb mbyllin ikona n\u00eb Microsoft Word. Jan\u00eb gjithsej kat\u00ebr n\u00ebn-nj\u00ebsi m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb parapara n\u00eb librin e ri Teknologji me TIK q\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb si t\u00eb hapet nj\u00eb dokument Word, si t\u00eb shkruhet, si t\u00eb shtohen paragrafa t\u00eb rinj, dhe si t\u00eb ruhet ky dokument. K\u00ebto nj\u00ebsi m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb ofruara n\u00eb librin e ri nuk p\u00ebrkojn\u00eb aspak me rezultatet e kompetencave kryesore q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb arrihen nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e 6 dhe shtat\u00eb sipas Kurrikul\u00ebs B\u00ebrtham\u00eb dhe Korniz\u00ebs s\u00eb Kurrikul\u00ebs. Pyetja retorike: si \u00ebsht\u00eb aprovuar ky lib\u00ebr?<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti, dokument baz\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzgjedhjen dhe vler\u00ebsimin e librave shkollor\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb<a href=\"https:\/\/masht.rks-gov.net\/uploads\/2015\/05\/standardet-e-teksteve.pdf\">\u00a0\u201cStandarde p\u00ebr tekste shkollore\u201d<\/a>. Ky dokument dikton procesin e vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb teksteve shkollore. S\u00eb pari, ky dokument k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi i secilit tekst shkollor t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nga t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn tre ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur q\u00eb kan\u00eb fokuse t\u00eb ndryshme (shkencore, didaktike, aspekte t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies). Nuk po mund t\u2019ia gjej fijen se cilat tekste jan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar kur afati p\u00ebr dor\u00ebzim ende nuk ka qen\u00eb i mbyllur. Edhe n\u00ebse ka pasur material vler\u00ebsues, si \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndarja e 200 ekspert\u00ebve p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsim i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr tet\u00eb dit\u00eb.
