Fundja, mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe rezonime t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla, kujt iu dashka t\u00eb merret aq seriozisht me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe me vlerat e saj, kur kemi kaq shum\u00eb probleme me t\u00eb tashmen, me realitetin ton\u00eb aktual shoq\u00ebror, politik e kulturor. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rezonim t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rezonim dhe logjik\u00eb e njeriut me status t\u00eb rrezikuar social, dhe n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb merremi me definimin eventual t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj logjike dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rezonimi, po kthehemi s\u00ebrish te q\u00ebndrimi yn\u00eb karshi trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrim p\u00ebrher\u00eb dhe m\u00eb indiferent, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb se her\u00eb-her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrim negativ.<\/p>\n<p>Pothuajse jemi m\u00ebsuar q\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb mosp\u00ebrfill\u00ebs ndaj monumenteve kulturore-historike dhe arkeologjike p\u00ebrgjithsisht ta arsyetojm\u00eb me kriz\u00ebn ekonomike dhe me t\u00eb gjitha format e tjera t\u00eb \u201ckrizomanis\u00eb\u201d. Mir\u00ebpo, duket sikur harrojm\u00eb, e kjo nuk b\u00ebhet pa q\u00ebllim, se q\u00ebndrimi ndaj s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs historike, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ndaj trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore, n\u00eb rradh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehje e vet\u00ebdijes mbi historin\u00eb dhe mbi kultur\u00ebn. Meq\u00eb shkalla e vet\u00ebdijes son\u00eb kulturore mbi kultur\u00ebn dhe vlerat e saj ende \u00ebsht\u00eb tejet e ul\u00ebt, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kemi arsye t\u00eb habitemi pse para syve t\u00eb opinionit ton\u00eb kulturor shkat\u00ebrrohen objekte, monumente e vlera t\u00eb t\u00ebra nga trash\u00ebgimia materiale kulturore. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb alarmues dhe sinjifikativ sidomos fati i Hamamit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, i cili kurrsesi t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs, sado q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201ctjet\u00ebrsim\u201d t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij objekti unikat ekzistojn\u00eb vendimet e organeve m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb komun\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeqendr\u00ebs son\u00eb. Me vite ky objekt sh\u00ebrben si depo e materialit nd\u00ebrtimor t\u00eb OP \u201cPrishtina\u201d, sikund\u00ebr q\u00eb po ashtu me vite \u201cdergjet\u201d Ulpiana bashk\u00eb me shum\u00eb lokalitete t\u00eb tjera arkeologjike, t\u00eb clat u g\u00ebrmuan, u hap\u00ebn dhe u mbyll\u00ebn dhe &#8211; u harruan. Gjasat q\u00eb shtresa e harrimit mbi k\u00ebto objekte t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb e trash\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, meq\u00eb vet\u00ebdija jon\u00eb kulturore mbi trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb materiale dhe arkeologjike po sharron p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebr\u00ebn e gjall\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes son\u00eb tashm\u00eb t\u00eb politizuar ose t\u00eb preokupuar p\u00ebrher\u00eb dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb me minimumin e ekzistimit social!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ka e lidh kulturokracin\u00eb me kultur\u00ebn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse mund t\u2019u besohet deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave statistikore q\u00eb u nxor\u00ebn para do dit\u00ebsh n\u00eb opinion, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb konstatojm\u00eb lirisht se n\u00eb institucionet dhe bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs n\u00eb Krahin\u00eb punon nj\u00eb num\u00ebr relativisht i madh njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb profileve t\u00eb ndryshme. Sipas k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, n\u00eb 22 komuna t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb institucione, n\u00eb organizata, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs fizike jan\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 800 punonj\u00ebs. \u00c7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e drejta, thuhet se ky num\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb pak\u00ebsa m\u00eb i madh dhe r\u00ebndom zihet n\u00eb goj\u00eb numri prej af\u00ebr nj\u00eb mij\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarish n\u00eb organizatat e kultur\u00ebs n\u00eb Krahin\u00eb, pjesa d\u00ebrrmuese e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebto subjekte kulturore merren me pun\u00eb administrative n\u00eb kultur\u00eb ose q\u00eb merren me organizimin e aktivitetit kulturor.<\/p>\n<p>Vler\u00ebsimi se athua ky num\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb i vog\u00ebl, apo tep\u00ebr i madh k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb dh\u00ebna empirike nga vet\u00eb puna e k\u00ebtyre organizatave, n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb dhe nga viset e tjera t\u00eb vendit e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr. Mir\u00ebpo, mund t\u00eb thuhet lirisht se ky num\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i madh dhe m\u00eb i gjer\u00eb sesa vet\u00eb aktiviteti kulturor i t\u00ebr\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb Krahin\u00eb. N\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim t\u00eb par\u00eb ky konstatim mund t\u00eb duket arbitrar, por me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb k\u00ebto raporte t\u00eb konkretizohen sadopak, duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se sipas nj\u00eb llogarie krejt t\u00eb rastit del se n\u00eb secil\u00ebn komun\u00eb t\u00eb Krahin\u00ebs, n\u00eb institucionet dhe bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs punojn\u00eb mesatarisht nga 40-50 punonj\u00ebs. N\u00ebse k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb dh\u00ebne i shtohet fakti se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb llogari nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb krijuesit e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb krijimtaris\u00eb kulturore, at\u00ebher\u00eb njeriu nuk si t\u00eb mos pyet: a thua \u00e7far\u00eb bekan k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz n\u00eb vendet e tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe si e bjerka koh\u00ebn administrata jon\u00eb kulturore.<\/p>\n<p>Mund t\u00eb supozohet me p\u00ebrpik\u00ebri se disa nga ata merren me pun\u00eb administrative, kurse m\u00eb me rregull dhe m\u00eb me qejf merren me ndarjen e t\u00eb ardhurave personale, q\u00eb p\u00ebr kushtet tona nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, e shpesh jan\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sesa t\u00eb krijuesve tan\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb bart\u00ebs t\u00eb aktivitetit kulturor. Pala tjet\u00ebr e administrator\u00ebve tan\u00eb kulturor, nd\u00ebrkaq, duket se pos me programet e pun\u00ebs q\u00eb i hartojn\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb tri-kat\u00ebr vjet dhe q\u00eb kryesisht nuk i realizojn\u00eb kurr\u00eb, nuk kan\u00eb ndonj\u00eb pun\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb dhe me cil\u00ebn merren. K\u00ebta t\u00eb dyt\u00ebt, eventualisht mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb sehir\u00eb me t\u00eb par\u00ebt, dhe k\u00ebshtu, bashk\u00eb me koh\u00eb, shkojn\u00eb kot s\u00eb koti edhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb e mjeteve materiale q\u00eb i g\u00eblltit administrata jon\u00eb kulturore, pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs jeton n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb i lidh me k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drama e realitetit dhe &#8220;injorimi&#8221; i sken\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet e ndryshme t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes son\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore, e q\u00eb kryesisht jan\u00eb l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb karakterit politizues, sipas t\u00eb gjitha gjsave m\u00eb s\u00eb ngushti e ka vet\u00ebdija e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb kulturore. Opinioni i gjer\u00eb i vendit sot mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i informuar p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje tejet t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme shoq\u00ebrore e politike, mund t\u00eb dij\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nuhas\u00eb \u00e7do l\u00ebvizje midis raportit t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb ndryshme, por ja q\u00eb para tij kalojn\u00eb pa u v\u00ebrejtur fare shum\u00eb aktivitete kulturore. N\u00ebse n\u00eb qastet e ndonj\u00eb pauze i kthehet vetvetes dhe realitetit aktual kulturor, njeriu habitet se si n\u00eb praktik\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs son\u00eb, megjithat\u00eb zhvillohet nj\u00eb aktivitet i t\u00ebr\u00eb krijues q\u00eb disi mbetet i paafirmuar sa duhet. Po ky aktor i TPK-s\u00eb, si\u00e7 m\u00ebsuam, b\u00ebri regjin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kat\u00ebr-pes\u00eb shfaqjeve t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat, duhet pranuar, n\u00eb opinion disi kaluan n\u00eb heshtje, nuk u afirmuan sa duhet as si fakt kulturor, as si vler\u00eb teatrore.
