K\u00ebto norma jan\u00eb (sipas edhe vet kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb fshatrave) m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme sesa ligjet dhe rregulloret, dhe ato refuzojn\u00eb ta shohin gruan p\u00ebrtej oborrit t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe assesi q\u00eb ajo ta ket\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e fundit n\u00eb vendime t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, kontributi vullnetar n\u00eb komunitet i nj\u00eb burri dallon shum\u00eb nga ai i nj\u00eb gruaje. Edhe pse i ushqejn\u00eb e mir\u00ebmbajn\u00eb familjet dhe e rrisin kapitalin ekonomik n\u00eb familje e komunitet, prap\u00eb kontributi i tyre mbetet sakrifikues, \u2018vullnetar\u2019 dhe i mir\u00ebqen\u00eb.
