Por, jo n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shkollat e Kosov\u00ebs ndodh k\u00ebshtu. Jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Pej\u00ebs, n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e Fest\u00ebs s\u00eb Abetares, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e komuniteteve rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian u ndan\u00eb anash f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb duke u ve\u00e7uar nga shoqet dhe shok\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb diskriminues p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt nga institucionet arsimore \u2014 p\u00ebrve\u00e7q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i papranuesh\u00ebm, kund\u00ebrligjor, i turpsh\u00ebm dhe i d\u00ebnuesh\u00ebm \u2014 rrit potencialin e ndikimit negativ dhe afatgjat\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e tyre mendor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e d\u00ebshmuar tashm\u00eb se m\u00ebnyra se si trajtohen f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb jet\u00ebs ndikon drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti n\u00eb zhvillim e tyre. Stigmatizimi dhe diskriminimi ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve jan\u00eb faktor\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm serioz\u00eb dhe\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentallyhealthyschools.org.uk\/risks-and-protective-factors\/vulnerable-children\/discrimination\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cenojn\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e tyre mendor<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ballafaqimi me k\u00ebto situata mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb gjithashtu n\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb ose n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ata\/ato e perceptojn\u00eb identitetin dhe pozicionin e tyre n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb diskriminim mund t\u00eb ndihen ndryshe nga bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb. Ata\/ato mund t\u00eb ballafaqohen me munges\u00eb vet\u00ebbesimi dhe vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimi dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht mund t\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb pafuqish\u00ebm e t\u00eb frustruar, gj\u00eb q\u00eb krijon v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ta zhvilluar potencialin e tyre t\u00eb plot\u00eb, si dhe mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u bulizuar nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti nga bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Stresi intensiv dhe i vazhduesh\u00ebm si pasoj\u00eb e diskriminimit mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, duke intensifikuar\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/effects-of-racism#living-healthfully-while-facing-racism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">emocione negative si frika<\/a>\u00a0dhe p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebson performanc\u00ebn e tyren n\u00eb m\u00ebsime. Studimet kan\u00eb treguar gjithashtu se p\u00ebrvojat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve me diskriminim n\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve bashk\u00ebshoq\u00ebrohen me gjendje t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit mendor, t\u00eb tilla si\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5854514\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">depresioni dhe ankthi<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rastin konkret, n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Pej\u00ebs, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e komuniteteve rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian u cenuan nga nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb themelore e tyre: e drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb bashk\u00eb m\u00eb bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Rastet e stigmatizimit, por edhe t\u00eb diskriminimit, si nga ana e qytetar\u00ebve, por edhe nga institucionet, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb reja e as t\u00eb rralla n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre komuniteteve ballafaqohen n\u00eb baza ditore me situata diskriminuese dhe aspak t\u00eb k\u00ebndshme si: shmangia nga bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebt, n\u00eb raste t\u00eb caktuara nuk pranohen n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb ose m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit i ulin n\u00eb banka t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, t\u00eb ndar\u00eb nga shoqet dhe shok\u00ebt e klas\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj, me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb shtrohet pyetja se sa raste t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ngjashme duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shkollat e Kosov\u00ebs? Sa raste nuk raportohen fare dhe thjesht \u201cmenaxhohen\u201d brenda p\u00ebrbrenda shkollave? Sa f\u00ebmij\u00eb nga komunitetet etnike t\u00eb margjinalizuara trajtohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike nga institucionet shkollore?<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zakon q\u00eb pyetje t\u00eb tilla shtrohen vet\u00ebm kur opinioni publik p\u00ebrballet me raste t\u00eb tilla dhe pastaj, deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr, askush nuk angazhohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb adresimin serioz t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj problematike.<\/p>\n<p>Indiferente n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim jan\u00eb sidomos institucionet relevante shtet\u00ebrore, t\u00eb cilat edhe p\u00ebr nga p\u00ebrshkrimi i detyrave t\u00eb tyre zyrtare do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb garantonin lirit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat themelore. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, sistemi ligjor i Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb i bazuar n\u00eb vlera dhe parime t\u00eb mosdiskriminimit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, p\u00ebrmes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDocumentDetail.aspx?ActID=3702\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDocumentDetail.aspx?ActID=10924\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ligjit p\u00ebr mbrojtje nga diskriminimi<\/a>, garantohen si mbrojtja, ashtu edhe t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb e njeriut, dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb ndalohet diskriminimi n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb komb\u00ebsis\u00eb, etnis\u00eb, rac\u00ebs, ngjyr\u00ebs dhe bazave t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Por, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb tilla diskriminuese t\u00eb kufizohen n\u00eb maksimum, jan\u00eb t\u00eb pamjaftueshme vet\u00ebm reagimet e institucioneve n\u00eb rastet kur ndodh nj\u00eb ngjarje si kjo n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Pej\u00ebs. Paralelisht duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren masa urgjente dhe adekuate t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb n\u00eb fokus planprogramet shkollore, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, por edhe qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Fillimisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb b\u00ebhet maksimumi q\u00eb t\u00eb parandalohen raste t\u00eb tilla segreguese dhe t\u00eb punohet n\u00eb aspektin e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, por edhe t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb n\u00eb tekstet shkollore t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen informacione t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr komunitetet, t\u00eb drejtat dhe lirit\u00eb q\u00eb ata g\u00ebzojn\u00eb, pa u diskriminuar dhe ve\u00e7uar nga shumica e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb lloj karakteristike identitare apo paragjykimi banal.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se e domosdoshme q\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e t\u00eb gjitha niveleve t\u00eb trajnohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e qasjes gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe t\u00eb barabart\u00eb, sidomos kundrejt grupeve t\u00eb margjinalizuara.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit kan\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb sepse p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia q\u00eb kan\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e shum\u00ebfisht\u00eb. Modeli q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpara f\u00ebmij\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti dhe shoq\u00ebria e Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem me mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb barabarta p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, jodiskriminues dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt e \u00e7far\u00ebdo komuniteti jan\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ata duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb dhe festojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku.
