Gra dhe burra jan\u00eb ballafaquar me stigmatizimin, lin\u00e7imin social, mbajtjen e ndjesis\u00eb s\u00eb turpit dhe fajit t\u00eb supozuar n\u00ebn petkun e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie q\u00eb nuk flet p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr marrje t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve adekuate sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe psikologjike, n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar t\u00eb lir\u00eb nga traumatizimi, nga frika e nj\u00eb \u201cpersekutimi social\u201d, i cili jep nj\u00eb goditje t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb lodhshme n\u00eb procesin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n<p>Grat\u00eb dhe burrat e p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb kontekst t\u00eb normave dhe parimeve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ku jetojn\u00eb, megjith\u00ebse n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb tranzicioni n\u00eb disa aspekte t\u00eb l\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypjen q\u00eb ka hipur n\u00eb nj\u00eb tren t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, stigmatizimi mbi dhun\u00ebn n\u00eb baza gjinore ende kumbon fjal\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb situate t\u00eb pazgjidhur dhe mbetet nj\u00eb vagon i vonuar i pasagjer\u00ebve q\u00eb presin mb\u00ebshtetjen e duhur n\u00eb zbritjen e tyre n\u00eb vendin e sigurt.<br \/>\nNd\u00ebr k\u00ebto, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht dhuna seksuale \u00ebsht\u00eb ngjarja p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ne, kosovar\u00ebt, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb bised\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht dhuna seksuale gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs, arma m\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00ebse e dit\u00ebve tona.<\/p>\n<p>Qendra Kosovare p\u00ebr Rehabilitimin e t\u00eb Mbijetuarve t\u00eb Tortur\u00ebs ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kaq shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u2019i tejkaloj\u00eb k\u00ebto barriera sociale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb triumfuar si dikush q\u00eb gjat\u00eb e ka k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb adres\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fund e zbulon \u2013 si nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. QKRMT ka mb\u00ebshtetur njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb kan\u00eb gjetur motivimin t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb qasje dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pakt mbetet vetevident fakti q\u00eb shum\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz ende nuk i kan\u00eb hapur portat e p\u00ebrjetimeve t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr t\u2019i adresuar ato.<br \/>\n\u00c7far\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb ne sot si shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u2019u krijojm\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient t\u00eb sigurt \u2013 jo stigmatizues \u2013 grave dhe burrave q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u2019u njihet p\u00ebrjetimi i krimit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtruar mbi ta gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit?<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb fazave t\u00eb njohjes me k\u00ebta heronj t\u00eb dit\u00ebve tona, ballafaqimet jan\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet, por duket sikur e kan\u00eb nj\u00eb konstante t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt \u2013 frik\u00ebn nga stigmatizimi social.<\/p>\n<p>Retorika q\u00eb na nxitet n\u00eb mendje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb pse ne do ta stigmatizonim dik\u00eb, persona t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb pre e strategjive t\u00eb luft\u00ebs?<\/p>\n<p>Ne gjeneratat q\u00eb e kemi p\u00ebrjetuar luft\u00ebn, e kemi ndier arom\u00ebn e saj n\u00eb ajrin e oborreve tona, ne q\u00eb nuk kemi pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u2019u themi lamtumir\u00eb sht\u00ebpive dhe familjar\u00ebve n\u00eb ikje e sip\u00ebr, si u b\u00eb q\u00eb i kemi \u00e7uar n\u00eb gjyq social ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt s\u2019kemi arritur t\u2019i mbrojm\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb sakrifikuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, sepse gjaku i plag\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb m\u00eb gjakun e cilitdo d\u00ebshmor.<\/p>\n<p>Ta njoh\u00ebsh impaktin e traum\u00ebs seksuale gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs do t\u00eb thot\u00eb ta kuptosh jet\u00ebn n\u00eb agoni t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre nj\u00ebzet e tre vjet\u00ebve, t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb flasin me dik\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrjetimin e tyre, q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohen n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre familjare dhe n\u00eb pun\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb heshtje me kujtimet e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritshme si nj\u00eb fotografi virusale n\u00eb kok\u00ebn e tyre e cila shfaqet pavullnetsh\u00ebm dhe e saboton \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb a shijuar di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. Prandaj dhe informacioni relevant se si funksionon mendja post-traum\u00ebs jep nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb dhe ide p\u00ebr mir\u00ebkuptimin e individ\u00ebve n\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n<p>Nga perspektiva empirike e lidhur drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me pun\u00ebn e QKRMT-s\u00eb n\u00eb manifestimin e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive dhe ballafaqimit post-traumatik, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb mund ta themi: q\u00eb nuk ka dallime gjinore n\u00eb p\u00ebrjetimin e dhun\u00ebs seksuale si arm\u00eb e luft\u00ebs. Manifestimi i spektrit t\u00eb simptomatologjis\u00eb p\u00ebrjetohet ngjash\u00ebm dhe jan\u00eb konstruktet sociale t\u00eb perceptimit t\u00eb roleve gjinore ato t\u00eb cilat e b\u00ebjm\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb ndjesin\u00eb e turpit dhe p\u00ebrjetimit zhvleft\u00ebsues te grat\u00eb dhe po aq zhvleft\u00ebsues te burrat. Te grat\u00eb e mbijetuara raportohet nj\u00eb \u201cluft\u00eb e dyt\u00eb\u201d, e cila i priste n\u00eb pragjet e dyerve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb babait apo bashk\u00ebshortit, duke qen\u00eb se shum\u00eb prej tyre jan\u00eb paragjykuar dhe jan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e fatit \u2013 duke i martuar me martesa ta aranzhuara q\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr i ngjanin nj\u00eb ujdie t\u00eb \u201cnegociatave t\u00eb favorshme\u201d duke bashk\u00eblidhur njer\u00ebz q\u00eb \u201cfati i ka p\u00ebrcaktuar me ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb met\u00eb\u201d; t\u00eb tjerave u \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtuar n\u00eb \u00e7do moment akti i ngjarjes duke faj\u00ebsuar gruan p\u00ebr viktimizimin e saj. \u00cbsht\u00eb paradoks i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb thelluar n\u00eb role t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb cilat duket se e heshtin arsyen dhe reflektojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb aktgjykim t\u00eb pabaz\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Grat\u00eb, t\u00eb mbijetuara civile t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb konstante n\u00eb nj\u00eb dykuptim\u00ebsi, ku \u2018injorohen\u2019 kushtet e luft\u00ebs dhe pamund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u2019iu shp\u00ebtuar rrethanave.<br \/>\nPrandaj, si \u00e7do qasje empirike q\u00eb na edukon mbi faktet t\u00eb cilat e mbajn\u00eb nj\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb caktuar aktive, \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebria n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj ajo e cila e krijon ose jo ambientin e sigurt p\u00ebr t\u2019i rr\u00ebfyer dhe dokumentuar krimet e luft\u00ebs nd\u00ebr civil\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Akti i dhun\u00ebs seksuale gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs, duke qen\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur aktivisht si arm\u00eb p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb efekt q\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto 23 vjet, ka pasur n\u00eb sfond nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb destabilizimit m\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Shembuj empirik\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs prezente nga kjo kemi edhe n\u00eb hulumtimin e fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin prin QKRMT, me theks bartjen e traum\u00ebs nd\u00ebr gjenerata p\u00ebrmes ndryshimeve epigjenetike n\u00eb strukturat sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore t\u00eb AND-s\u00eb nga n\u00ebnat e diagnostikuara me \u00e7rregullimet e stresit post-traumatik te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre. Me theks hulumtues te t\u00eb lindurit e par\u00eb, n\u00eb fazat akute pas ngjarjes. K\u00ebtu ka shum\u00eb implikime se si kjo gjendje dhe sjellje e ndryshuar e ka ndikuar dhe stilin e atashimit dhe t\u00eb prind\u00ebrimit dhe \u00e7far\u00eb impakti ka pasur n\u00eb zhvillimin e gjithmbarsh\u00ebm t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs.
