Tash p\u00ebr tash, \u00ebsht\u00eb evidente q\u00eb universiteti yn\u00eb nuk ofron nj\u00eb mjedis motivues dhe infrastruktur\u00eb mund\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkime shkencore. Sidoqoft\u00eb, ai, k\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb, ofron nj\u00eb mjedis intelektual q\u00eb mund\u00ebson shqyrtimin, argumentimin dhe debatin e ideve. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis, profesor\u00ebt do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb angazhoheshin n\u00eb diskutimet publike dhe t\u00eb krijonin diskurs intelektual p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet publike. Vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb vendosej nj\u00eb lidhje e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e universitetit me publikun.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-down\">\n<div class=\"news-left\">\n<p><strong><em>Premtimi i universitetit<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qyshkur kam filluar t\u00eb punoj si m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb universitet, m\u00eb ka habitur numri i t\u00eb rinjve t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr shkenca shoq\u00ebrore, q\u00eb \u2013 n\u00eb kontekst t\u00eb epok\u00ebs s\u00eb revolucionit t\u00eb informatave, tregut t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe profesioneve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat ishin t\u00eb uritura k\u00ebto zhvillime teknologjike dhe ekonomike q\u00eb hapnin shanse t\u00eb gjera profesionesh p\u00ebr brezin e ri \u2013 tejkalonte pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e mia. \u00c7far\u00eb do t\u00eb punonin qindra t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb diplomonin \u00e7do vit nga katedrat shoq\u00ebrore e humane, si psikologjia, sociologjia, shkenca politike, historia, filozofia, antropologjia, dhe si do t\u2019i kapitalizonin ata njohurit\u00eb dhe diplomat e marra n\u00eb k\u00ebto shkenca?!<\/p>\n<p>Kjo m\u00eb shtyri t\u00eb reflektoj edhe p\u00ebr vendimin tim p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar shkencat shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb ishte motivuar nga interesimi im i pasherr p\u00ebr studimet e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebr filozofin\u00eb, p\u00ebr let\u00ebrsin\u00eb: ai kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte pik\u00ebrisht me p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn time n\u00eb kontekst t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrimeve q\u00eb po kalonte individi, shoq\u00ebria, politika dhe kultura n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e pasluft\u00ebs. Gjasm\u00eb, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta shtys\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7oi edhe student\u00ebt e mi drejt shkencave shoq\u00ebrore. P\u00ebrfundimi: brezat e rinj k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb pajiseshin me koncepte p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar k\u00ebto shnd\u00ebrrime dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb kontroll mbi k\u00ebto shnd\u00ebrrime n\u00eb drejtime t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p>\n<p>Universiteti duhet t\u00eb udh\u00ebzohet pik\u00ebrisht nga kjo pritshm\u00ebri e t\u00eb rinjve: t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb udh\u00ebzime e koncepte p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndihmuar t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb vet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjjet p\u00ebr pyetjet dhe dilemat e tyre n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e re. Me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, nga universiteti pritet t\u00eb hap\u00eb horizonte p\u00ebr qasje n\u00eb forma njohjesh dhe dijes dhe t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb vegla konceptuale p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb personin, kultur\u00ebn dhe politik\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/teh\/91404\/te-mbrohet-universiteti-nga-tirania-e-tregut\/\">universiteti<\/a>\u00a0nuk mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb rolin e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sbunker.net\/teh\/91238\/problemet-e-autoritetit-te-dijes-dhe-kriza-e-intelektualit\/\">autoritetit<\/a>\u00a0moral a fetar q\u00eb jep p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb gatshme dhe t\u00eb pashqyrtuara grigj\u00ebs. As mund t\u00eb mjaftohet me pedagogjin\u00eb tradicionale t\u00eb transferit t\u00eb informacionit nga pedagog\u00ebt tek student\u00ebt, por duhet t\u2019i ofroj\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb pedagogjike student\u00ebve, q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mund t\u00eb shqyrtojn\u00eb vet\u00eb temat e \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb mendjet e tyre. Pedagogjia \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebnie n\u00eb fjal\u00eb e ideve dhe komunikim p\u00ebrmes fjal\u00ebve. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb detyra e universitetit dhe profesioni i pedagogut universitar. Nj\u00eb institucion i arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e premton k\u00ebt\u00eb rol shoq\u00ebror, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se e meriton emrin \u201cuniversitet publik\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Gjendj<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>a<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0e\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>tanishme<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>kufizime<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>and<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>mund\u00ebsi<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nisemi nga\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bukinist.al\/en\/filozofi-psikologji\/8679-misioni-i-universitetit.html\">ideja e Jose Ortega Gasset-s\u00eb<\/a>\u00a0se, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrgatitjen e profesionist\u00ebve praktik\u00eb, universiteti kryen edhe dy detyra: e para ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me \u201cp\u00ebr\u00e7imin e kultur\u00ebs\u201d, d.m.th., me ua m\u00ebsu brezave t\u00eb rinj kultur\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs ose sistemin e ideve mbi bot\u00ebn dhe njeriun me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur bot\u00ebn dhe koh\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jetojn\u00eb, dhe, tjetra, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me k\u00ebrkimin shkencor dhe aft\u00ebsimin e student\u00ebve p\u00ebr shkenc\u00eb, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb si profesionist\u00eb shkencor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb universitet publik \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb publikut dhe merret me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet, pyetjet dhe dilemat e publikut, duke hedhur drit\u00eb shkencore mbi to, duke form\u00ebsuar kritik\u00eb t\u00eb tyre a duke ofruar propozime se si t\u00eb adresohen \u00e7\u00ebshjtet publike. Tash\u00a0p\u00ebr\u00a0tash,\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0evidente\u00a0q\u00eb\u00a0universiteti\u00a0nuk\u00a0ofron\u00a0nj\u00eb\u00a0mjedis\u00a0motivues\u00a0dhe\u00a0infrastruktur\u00eb mund\u00ebsuese\u00a0p\u00ebr\u00a0k\u00ebrkime\u00a0shkencore\u00a0mbi\u00a0t\u00eb\u00a0cilat\u00a0do\u00a0t\u00eb\u00a0mund\u00a0t\u00eb\u00a0b\u00ebhej kjo e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb, gjendja\u00a0nuk\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0e\u00a0pashpres\u00eb p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket rolit t\u00eb universitetit n\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7imin e kultur\u00ebs (sipas kuptimit q\u00eb i jep Ortega). Universiteti yn\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb, ofron nj\u00eb medis intelektual q\u00eb lejon shqyrtimin, argumentimin dhe debatin e ideve.\u00a0K\u00ebt\u00eb\u00a0duhet\u00a0ta\u00a0mbrojm\u00eb\u00a0dhe\u00a0ta\u00a0kultivojm\u00eb,\u00a0pasi\u00a0kjo\u00a0u\u00a0garanton\u00a0profesor\u00ebve pavar\u00ebsi\u00a0intelektuale\u00a0nga forcat\u00a0politike n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Fuqia e nj\u00eb profesori intelektual \u00ebsht\u00eb shqyrtimi, analiza, kritika ose, th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, mendimi dhe idet\u00eb q\u00eb ai\/ajo p\u00ebr\u00e7on n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fjal\u00ebve. Pushteti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm dhe vet\u00ebm pushtet i fjal\u00ebs. Kaq mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri i dijes: t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb diskurs. Dhe kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pak.\u00a0N\u00ebse profesor\u00ebt e p\u00ebr\u00e7mojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pushtet q\u00eb e kan\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, duke mos prodhuar diskurs intelektual, ankesat se profesionalizmi i tyre nuk po respektohet nga student\u00ebt dhe se fjala e tyre nuk po d\u00ebgjohet nga mediat dhe publiku, nuk \u00e7ojn\u00eb pesh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Para se t\u00eb gjykoj\u00eb student\u00ebt dhe publikun, secili profesor duhet t\u00eb pyetet:\u00a0a kam zhvilluar ndonj\u00eb argument p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje kritike dhe t\u00eb debatueshme n\u00eb publik p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kam ekspertiz\u00eb? A kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb udh\u00ebzime e koncepte shkencore p\u00ebr t\u2019iu ndihmuar student\u00ebve dhe bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb shtrojn\u00eb pyetjet e duhura rreth \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve filozofike, sociale, historike, psikologjike?
