Me k\u00ebt\u00eb bised\u00eb kisha p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb kuptoja disa dukuri, vlera dhe besime t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb raport me (mos)d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe shkaqet e tyre.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>\u201cPse na shkohet n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb\u201d<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ndon\u00ebse m\u00ebsimi rifilloi pas nj\u00eb muaji grev\u00eb, p\u00ebr L.I. dhe D.T., ky lajm nuk ishte aspak ngaz\u00ebllues. Kur i pyeta \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A jeni g\u00ebzu q\u00eb ka filluar m\u00ebsimi?<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, nj\u00ebz\u00ebri u p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn \u201cJo\u201d. Arsyeja e vetme q\u00eb i motivonte t\u00eb shkonin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb ishin shok\u00ebt e klas\u00ebs. \u201cHi\u00e7, asnj\u00eb pik\u00eb s\u2019m\u00eb shkohet n\u00ebse s\u2019i kam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dostat<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aty!\u201d \u2013 tha L.I., dhe vazhdoi duke u shprehur se i shkohet me raste, sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos mbetur pa m\u00ebsuar gj\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00ebtu duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhemi me disa teori dhe koncepte q\u00eb lidhen me <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shoq\u00ebrizimin <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shoq\u00ebrizimi natyrisht shkon p\u00ebrtej krijimit t\u00eb miq\u00ebsive mes f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Ai ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb po ashtu me p\u00ebrbrend\u00ebsimin e vlerave e normave, si dhe nd\u00ebrveprimet me ata q\u00eb shtrijn\u00eb autoritet, pra m\u00ebsuesit e arsimtar\u00ebt. P\u00ebrve\u00e7q\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb proces shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr zhvillimin emocional dhe kognitiv te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, po ashtu tregon se p\u00ebr ta m\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb miq\u00ebsia, sesa nx\u00ebnia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kjo mund t\u00eb shpjegohet p\u00ebrmes teoris\u00eb s\u00eb <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jstor.org\/stable\/2695870\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">identitetit social<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs njer\u00ebzit zhvillojn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb identiteti bazuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb grupe shoq\u00ebrore, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb miqt\u00eb, familja ose grupi kulturor. P\u00ebr disa f\u00ebmij\u00eb, identiteti i tyre si an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebve mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm sesa identiteti i tyre si nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. M\u00ebsuesit e rinj, ose ata pa trajnim adekuat, mund t\u00eb hasin n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi me menaxhimin e klas\u00ebs, aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e komunikimit ose zgjidhjen e konflikteve, gj\u00eb q\u00eb shkakton v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprimin me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Nd\u00ebrkaq, m\u00ebsuesit me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">burnout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, q\u00eb r\u00ebndom shp\u00ebrfaqet n\u00eb q\u00ebndrime apo sjellje negative ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Kjo mund t\u00eb shkaktohet nga faktor\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb si: ngarkesa e lart\u00eb e pun\u00ebs, mungesa e mb\u00ebshtetjes apo rraskapitja emocionale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cDisa arsye pse nuk na shkohet n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nj\u00eb nga ankesat kryesore nga t\u00eb dy nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit ishte se shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e m\u00ebrzitshme<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Asnj\u00ebrit nuk i p\u00eblqen fakti t\u00eb punoj\u00eb me tekstet e \u201dthata\u201d dhe nx\u00ebnia tradicionale nuk prodhon mjaftuesh\u00ebm projekte e aktivitete.
