Me dasht\u00eb me ia marr\u00eb hua disa fjal\u00eb nga nj\u00eb <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/liberale.al\/perjetimet-e-nje-akademiku-si-bahri-beci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interview,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201c[Un\u00eb] nuk e ndaj gjuh\u00ebsin\u00eb m\u00eb vete, p\u00ebrkundrazi e shoh si pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb organike t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare. [&#8230;]\u201d, sintez\u00eb e mendimit q\u00eb dijetari jon\u00eb e ka shtjellue nd\u00ebr disa vepra se si standardi i dalun nga ujdia e Kongresit t\u00eb Drejtshkrimit mbajtun m\u00eb 1972 qe praktikisht pjes\u00eb organike e planifikimit kulturor t\u00eb epok\u00ebs, frym\u00ebs dhe politik\u00ebs bij\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyne dyjave. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planifikimi gjuh\u00ebsor <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">si shum\u00eb planifikime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb modelit sovjetik, prodhoi nj\u00eb standardizim t\u00eb centralizuem, gati total(itar), por nuk ka arsye pse me u prit\u00eb q\u00eb me iu kund\u00ebrvu po me <\/span><b>planifikim <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gjuh\u00ebsor si \u00e7\u2019asht m\u00ebtue deri tash.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00ebse gjuh\u00ebn shtetnore, apo n\u00eb rastin q\u00eb neve si komb na ra p\u00ebr hise, nd\u00ebrshtetnore a mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare e p\u00ebrcaktoi nj\u00eb tubim, edhe pse ky tubim u mbajt n\u00eb kushtet e nj\u00eb shteti q\u00eb ishte praktikisht nj\u00eb Kore e Veriut para se t\u00eb kishte harta nj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, nuk e pengon &#8211; at\u00eb q\u00eb Fishta apo Pipa kan\u00eb than\u00eb e shkrue \u2013 \u201cpoetin me e ba gjuh\u00ebn\u201d. Krijimeve dhe krijuesve n\u00eb gegnisht u kan\u00eb kushtue nj\u00eb rezervat si ata q\u00eb n\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkueme u kushtohen indian\u00ebve, ku promovohen prej njeni-tjetrit dhe v\u00ebmendja mediatike vazhdon me e trajtue si di\u00e7ka ekzotike, tuj i ba k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb fakt i ushtrohet nj\u00ebfar\u00eb ekzorcizmi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se pse nuk duket se ngjit gegnishtja tek ne t\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm sa me prodhue debat p\u00ebrtej ekzotizimit apo alternativ\u00ebs, arsyet m\u00eb duket se jan\u00eb e shumta tri: 1) <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">distanca<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; 2) <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pezmi i keqorientuem<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> [misled resentment] dhe nj\u00eb q\u00eb po e quejm\u00eb 3) <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">faktori macaroni<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distanca kohore me \u00e7do prodhim letrar me p\u00ebrmbajtje domethan\u00ebse dhe aft\u00ebsi mbrujt\u00ebse, si dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetun nga botimet me tirazhe disamij\u00eb kopjesh nga entet botuese shtetnore, nga vitet \u201880 riciklimet kryesore ishin ribotimet e veprave t\u00eb plota t\u00eb Ndre Mjed\u00ebs, Migjenit dhe Haki St\u00ebrmillit &#8211; t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn k\u00ebto njeh i n\u00ebnshkruemi. Por as p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk ka pse me prit\u00eb me u kujtue shteti: tash s\u00eb voni dy arsimtare q\u00eb njoh, Kamila Fjerza dhe Neriman Velija, organizuen n\u00eb Bibliotek\u00ebn e Universitetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs lexime t\u00eb autor\u00ebve (q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkrue n\u00eb) geg\u00eb p\u00ebr nxan\u00ebsit e tyne.
