Nisi me <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/exlibris.al\/emil-lafe-gjergj-fishta-dhe-viti-1972\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nj\u00eb reagim<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> t\u00eb Emil Lafes lidhur me nj\u00eb koment t\u00eb Primo Shllakut te \u2018Arnautistani\u2019 i Mustafa Nanos mbi let\u00ebrsin\u00eb e Gjergj Fisht\u00ebs. \u201cN\u00eb vitin 1972, Fisht\u00ebn e vrau gjuha letrare\u201d ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Shllaku n\u00eb at\u00eb studio, me kuptimin se nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsimi i shqipes standarde me koinen\u00eb letrare jugore ishte grushti vrastar i radh\u00ebs kund\u00ebr let\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb Fisht\u00ebs, me \u00e7ka shqiptoi sentenc\u00ebn q\u00eb ngjalli reagimin e Lafes. (Interesante q\u00eb intervista vet\u00eb, rezulton e realizuar qysh vjet.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb reagimin e Lafes, bie fill n\u00eb sy nd\u00ebrk\u00ebmbimi i nocionit \u201cgjuh\u00eb standarde\u201d me \u201cgjuh\u00eb letrare\u201d, i pap\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm ky sa koh\u00eb let\u00ebrsia, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbehet me t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn, p\u00ebr vete mbetet art, loj\u00eb e eksplorim, pa far\u00eb detyrimi me u kornizu nga kusht\u00ebzimet e ndonj\u00eb gjuhe t\u00eb standardizuar. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb v\u00ebrtet shkruhet n\u00eb varietetin standard, por kulmorja gjithmon\u00eb e tejkalon, e kjo mbasi let\u00ebrsia fjalon, jo \u201cme begatu\u201d standardin, por me latu artin vetjak. Fakti se elemente gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb till\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00eblqehen, t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapen e madje t\u2019i kalojn\u00eb shqipes standarde, \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsend krejt. Dallimi, madje, mes gjuh\u00ebs letrare dhe asaj standarde u m\u00ebsohet sot nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e mesme. Kuptohet, kjo pasakt\u00ebsi e Lafes nuk i ik as letrarit Shllaku n\u00eb<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/exlibris.al\/primo-shllaku-kapercimat-e-zotni-emil-lafes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kund\u00ebrgjegjen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> q\u00eb i kthen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lafe m\u00eb tej pohon se ishte relievi dialektor i jugut, m\u00eb pak i p\u00ebrthyer n\u00eb krahasim me t\u00eb veriut, ai q\u00eb e b\u00ebri gjuh\u00ebn e shkruar e autor\u00ebve jugor\u00eb me arrit\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb forme m\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebtrajtshme krahasu me gjuh\u00ebn e autor\u00ebve verior\u00eb, e prandaj m\u00eb t\u00eb parap\u00eblqyeshme si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn standarde. Ky m\u00ebtim, asgj\u00ebmangut, shp\u00ebrfill rrjedh\u00ebn e zhvillimeve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qysh m\u00eb 1685, n\u00eb parath\u00ebnien e botimit t\u00eb \u201c\u00c7et\u00ebs s\u00eb Profet\u00ebve\u201d, Pjet\u00ebr Bogdani shkruante se vet\u00eb duke qen\u00eb prej Hasit t\u00eb Prizrenit, shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb dash\u00eb me djers\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me i ndreq\u00eb n\u00eb dh\u00e9 t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. Pohimi shpalos dy t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta: autori \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm q\u00eb gjuha e tekstit duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb karakter mbidialektor \u2013 thjesht tejshkrimi i n\u00ebndialektit t\u00eb zon\u00ebs nuk mjafton. E dyta: autori e ka t\u00eb qart\u00eb adres\u00ebn e qendr\u00ebs kulturore, detyrimisht t\u00eb konsoliduar mir\u00eb p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, t\u00eb cil\u00ebs i duhet drejtu p\u00ebr \u201cndreqjen e fjal\u00ebve\u201d. Megjith\u00ebse Bogdani jetoi e sh\u00ebrbeu n\u00eb Prizren, Shkup e Prishtin\u00eb, p\u00ebr qend\u00ebr nuk shquan asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn k\u00ebsosh.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shqipen nuk e shkruante sipas modeleve n\u00ebnkrahinore as Shtjef\u00ebn Gje\u00e7ovi, fran\u00e7eskani prej Janjeve, por i p\u00ebrmbahej, madje rigorozisht, varietetit t\u00eb l\u00ebvruar n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Ajo q\u00eb n\u00eb letrat albanologjike u quajt \u201cshkodranishte letrare\u201d dallonte duksh\u00ebm prej shkodran\u00e7es vernakulare, shi prej faktit se l\u00ebvrohej nga nj\u00eb plejad\u00eb e gjer\u00eb autor\u00ebsh t\u00eb mbledhur rreth k\u00ebsaj vatre prej visesh t\u00eb ndryshme veriore. Koineja del bukur e konsoliduar, p\u00ebr arsyen se sh\u00ebrbente si gjuh\u00eb e institucionit kishtar, \u201cselia\u201d shqiptare e t\u00eb cilit ishte Shkodra. Pik\u00ebrisht prandaj Eqrem \u00c7abej v\u00ebren: \u201cKush k\u00ebndon tekstet gege t\u00eb vjetra [ ] v\u00eb re n\u00eb to se k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb deri diku e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt\u2026 k\u00ebtu na del para nj\u00eb lloj koineje n\u00eb shkrim\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjuh\u00ebtari tjet\u00ebr, Selman Riza, shton: \u201cPjerrja e gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebvet dhe shkrimtar\u00ebvet Shkodran\u00eb drejt shp\u00ebrshkodranizmit dhe panshqiptarizimit t\u00eb tyne shpjegohet \u2026 prej bindjes se letrarishten e nj\u00e2jt\u00eb p\u00ebr krejt Shqipnin\u00eb do ta baj\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebshme vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb geg\u00ebnishte fort e af\u00ebruene prej tosk\u00ebnishtes dhe prej rrethan\u00ebs se shkodran\u00e7ja qindp\u00ebrqindshe ka ndodh\u00eb fort larg prej k\u00ebsaj\u2026 Kjo evolut\u00eb e shkrimtar\u00ebvet Shkodran\u00eb implikon q\u00eb k\u00ebta p\u00ebr hir, pa dyshim t\u2019interesit kombtar, por edhe t\u2019interesit vetiak, kan\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb e mir\u00eb prej partikularizm\u00ebs regjionale, shenjimisht prej pretez\u00ebs q\u00eb tejshkrimi i shkodran\u00e7es t\u00eb p\u00ebrbaj\u00eb letrarishten e Gegnis\u00eb. Kjo evolut\u00eb implikon gjithashtu se letrar\u00ebt shkodran\u00eb pranojn\u00eb me bashk\u00ebpunue n\u00eb send\u00ebrgjimin e shkall\u00ebshkallsh\u00ebm t\u00eb letrarishtes s\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb tue u k\u00ebnaq\u00eb me i sigurue dialektit t\u00eb tyne vet\u00ebm pjes\u00ebmarrjen e merituesh\u00ebme\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dhe kjo \u201cpjes\u00ebmarrje e meritueshme\u201d u zyrtarizu me Komisin\u00eb Letrare t\u00eb Shqipes. Veproi p\u00ebr dy vjet, 1916-1918, dhe modeli q\u00eb ia paraqiti nevojave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare ishte gegnishtja e Elbasanit. Kongresi Arsimor i Lushnj\u00ebs, mbajt\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1920, miratoi n\u00eb nivel vendi gjuh\u00ebn e bazuar te gegnishtja e Elbasanit, mbas t\u00eb cil\u00ebs do t\u00eb shkruheshin librat shkollor\u00eb. Qeveria n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb m\u00eb 1923 autorizoi zyrat kompetente q\u00eb n\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb akteve zyrtare gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorte dialektin e Elbasanit, t\u00eb pranuar si varietet t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e zyrtar p\u00ebr shtetin. Shkurt, projekti fillimisht g\u00ebzoi miratimin intelektual, t\u00eb pasuar prej atij atdhetar dhe mandej edhe qeveritar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 1940, kur Ministri i Arsimit, Ernest Koliqi, d\u00ebrgoi rreth 250 m\u00ebsues t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga Normalja e Elbasanit me hap\u00eb shkolla shqipe nd\u00ebr vise t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, ky varietet njohu shtrirje komb\u00ebtare. Projektet ortografike p\u00ebr kodifikimin e m\u00ebtejm\u00eb t\u00eb tij vazhduan n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb deri m\u00eb 1964.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qendrorja n\u00eb argumentin e Lafes mbi standardizimin mbetet m\u00ebtesa se madje edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb parakomuniste, kur u mor\u00ebn vendimet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn zyrtare me baz\u00eb gegnishte, tosk\u00ebt ishin larg m\u00eb t\u00eb shkolluar sesa geg\u00ebt. Lafe madje sjell nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb statistikore t\u00eb vitit 1927 me nivelet arsimore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse sipas rretheve t\u00eb vendit. Nuk jep ndonj\u00eb argument se pse gjat\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs periudh\u00eb, instancat intelektuale, e mandej ato atdhetare e qeveritare, favorizuan varietetin me baz\u00eb gege. P\u00ebr t\u00eb, pasqyra statistikore d\u00ebshmon se \u201cshumica d\u00ebrrmuese e atyre q\u00eb zbatuan dekretin kryeministror t\u00eb vitit 1923, me t\u00eb cilin dialekti i Elbasanit caktohej si dialekt zyrtar i shtetit\u2026 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nga prefekturat e Jugut\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zhvendosja e baz\u00ebs dialektore me ardhjen e komunist\u00ebve n\u00eb pushtet nuk kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte fare me ndryshimin e beft\u00eb t\u00eb kursit prej elitave t\u00eb rishtformuara, sipas Lafes, por me nj\u00eb evolut\u00eb krejt t\u00eb natyrshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuhe q\u00eb po l\u00ebvrohej kryekreje prej tosk\u00ebve t\u00eb shkolluar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lafe nuk p\u00ebrmend fakte t\u00eb tilla si vendimet e Ministrit t\u00eb Shtypit, Sejfulla Mal\u00ebshova, qysh m\u00eb 1945, q\u00eb shtypi tashm\u00eb i centralizuar t\u00eb dilte ve\u00e7 n\u00eb tosk\u00ebrisht, as vendimet e t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit, si Minist\u00ebr Kulture dy vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb qarkulloheshin vet\u00ebm tekstet m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb tosk\u00ebrisht. Nuk p\u00ebrmend as se projekti i dyt\u00eb ortografik i shqipes, i hartuar n\u00eb Tiran\u00ebn e shtetit komunist m\u00eb 1948, po ashtu merrte gegnishten p\u00ebr baz\u00eb e se ky nd\u00ebrroi p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb 1951, duke mbet\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsisht i nj\u00ebjti, por tashm\u00eb i paraqitur me shkrojt\u00ebsin\u00eb toske si baz\u00eb. <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimin e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm t\u00eb Lafes me Shllakun, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/exlibris.al\/prof-dr-klara-kodra-receptimi-i-vepres-se-fishtes-dhe-gjuha-e-njesuar-letrare\/?fbclid=IwAR30A8JtPe4AdRGFetOSlUha9d0UAvaTPRxoTzb_vbOScbAbKNwTit8Za0M\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">p\u00ebrfshihet <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">profesoresha e dikurshme e t\u00eb dytit, Klara Kodra. Sipas saj, \u201c[g]juha e p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb vitet 30-t\u00eb kishte n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00eb geg\u00ebrishten dhe [ ] shkrimtar\u00ebt tosk\u00eb nuk u ngrit\u00ebn at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb protest\u00eb\u201d. M\u00ebtimi, kuptohet, lyp hetim n\u00ebse k\u00ebrkon miratim. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, nd\u00ebhyrja lexohet si qortim i t\u00ebrthort\u00eb jo ve\u00e7 ndaj ish-studentit kund\u00ebrshtues t\u00eb standardit aktual, po ndaj kund\u00ebrshtimit vet\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kodra pranon q\u00eb \u201c(\u00eb)sht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se nuk u arrit nj\u00eb shkrirje e dy dialekteve baz\u00eb dhe se gjuha standarde e sotme ka n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb vet <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tosk\u00ebrishten\u201d, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">me gjith\u00eb pohimin e m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, \u201c(l)e t\u00eb m\u00eb fal\u00eb Primo Shllaku, ish studenti im i nderuar dhe i dashur, po un\u00eb nuk e kuptoj dot se n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019m\u00ebnyr\u00eb gjuha e <\/span><b>nj\u00ebsuar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> letrare e 1972-\u00ebs ka mundur ta rivras\u00eb Fisht\u00ebn ton\u00eb dhe k\u00ebtu solidarizohem me prof. E. Lafen\u201d. Mir\u00ebpo, \u201cnuk u arrit shkrirje e dialekteve\u201d mund t\u00eb kuptohet ve\u00e7 si e kund\u00ebrta e <\/span><b>nj\u00ebsimit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn shkarje b\u00ebn studiuesi i gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb, Lafe, q\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjen logjike e jep brenda fjalis\u00eb: \u201cDhe kur n\u00eb procesin e formimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuhe letrare t\u00eb <\/span><b>nj\u00ebsuar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> p\u00ebrzgjidhet <\/span><b>nj\u00eb baz\u00eb dialektore<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e caktuar\u2026\u201d; e k\u00ebshtu ndon\u00ebse p\u00ebrzgjedhja e nj\u00eb baze dialektore jep gjuh\u00eb standarde, jo \u201cletrare\u201d a \u201ct\u00eb nj\u00ebsuar\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me gjas\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e arsyes s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj do lyp\u00eb te ngurt\u00ebsimi i togfjal\u00ebshit \u201cgjuh\u00eb e nj\u00ebsuar\u201d n\u00eb formul\u00eb, deri aty sa p\u00ebrdoruesit t\u2019ia shp\u00ebrfillin semantik\u00ebn vet\u00eb cil\u00ebsorit. Cil\u00ebsimin, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta, nuk e hasim n\u00eb letrat e koh\u00ebs q\u00eb i prijn\u00eb Kongresit t\u00eb Drejtshkrimit t\u00eb vitit 1972, megjith\u00ebse varieteti, nj\u00eb tosk\u00ebrishte e p\u00ebrgjithshme e normuar, pavar\u00ebsisht prej rik\u00ebqyrjeve drejtshkrimore q\u00eb pa, mbeti po ai n\u00eb thelb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Polemik\u00ebn e vazhdon Mehmet Elezi, me p\u00ebrqendrimin tashm\u00eb larg Fisht\u00ebs dhe ve\u00e7 mbi historikun e standardizimit parakomunist, n\u00eb nj\u00eb <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/exlibris.al\/mehmet-elezi-kongresi-i-drejtshkrimit-pa-grim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">trajtes\u00eb t\u00eb elaboruar <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mbi varietetin zyrtar para ardhjes s\u00eb komunizmit. Nuk nd\u00ebrmend projektin ortografik me baz\u00eb gege t\u00eb vitit 1948 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb, megjithat\u00eb, i vetmi q\u00eb th\u00ebrret p\u00ebr hapjen e standardit. I vetmi po ashtu q\u00eb shqipen e k\u00ebqyr edhe p\u00ebrkundruall realiteteve globaliste.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elezi p\u00ebrmend dy albanolog\u00ebt k\u00ebshillues prej Austro-Hungaris\u00eb, Maximilian Lambertz dhe Rajko Nahtigal q\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb takimet e Komisis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqipes n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe shton se \u201c[p]\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave politike t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, nuk merrnin dot pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga Kosova\u201d. Megjithat\u00eb, gjuh\u00ebtari Tomor Osmani, n\u00eb monografin\u00eb p\u00ebr Komisin\u00eb Letrare radhit nd\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/diasporashqiptare.al\/2022\/06\/28\/personalitet-ne-diaspore-ndue-paluca-mesuesi-i-zares-i-lindur-ne-gjakove\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anton Ndue Paluc\u00ebn<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nga Gjakova. Sot del e qart\u00eb, sido me qen\u00eb, se as ky varietet i par\u00eb zyrtar me baz\u00eb gege, q\u00eb u nis me Komisin\u00eb Letrare n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, as i dyti, me baz\u00eb toske, i nisur m\u00eb 1951 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, nuk synonin shtrirje p\u00ebrtej kufijve administrativ\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar. P\u00ebr Bejkon, komunist\u00ebt nuk do ta pranonin \u201c[s]tandardin e nj\u00eb mbret\u00ebrie, t\u00eb nj\u00eb Komisie q\u00eb ata nuk e njihnin\u201d, e kjo me gjith\u00eb faktin se Komisia Letrare i parapriu mbret\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebr krejt nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, po sipas tij, varietetin standard t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve \u201ce kan\u00eb vendosur mbret\u00ebrit &#8230; [e] kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe dhunsh\u00ebm si autokrat\u00eb q\u00eb ishin\u201d. Ai shton, \u201c[k]omunist\u00ebt shpallnin se ishin Bota e re, Njeriu i ri, Mendimi i ri, Koha e re\u2026 Historia fillonte kur ata kishin ardhur n\u00eb pushtet. N\u00eb logjik\u00ebn e tyre [ ] gjuha letrare duhet t\u00eb ishte e re. Nj\u00eb standard i ri\u201d. Krijimi i nj\u00eb varieteti standard p\u00ebr Bejkon n\u00ebnkupton \u201ct\u00eb marr\u00ebsh nj\u00eb t\u00eb folme lokale t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi dhe ta ngresh at\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin e norm\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsore komb\u00ebtare\u201d, por Enver Hoxha, i cili \u201cmund t\u00eb urdh\u00ebronte q\u00eb standardi i shqipes t\u00eb vendosej me nj\u00eb dekret\u201d tok me komunist\u00ebt e tij \u201cu kujdes\u00ebn q\u00eb k\u00ebtij standardi t\u2019i jepnin statusin mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar\u201d, e megjith\u00ebse \u201ce kishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar me ligj mendimin ndryshe\u201d si komunist\u00eb q\u00eb ishin, standardi i tyre \u201crezultoi nj\u00eb gjetje e q\u00eblluar\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E v\u00ebrteta e \u201cgjetjes\u201d rezultuese ishte se i ra mohit jo ve\u00e7 tri dekadave t\u00eb orientimeve standardizuese paraprake, por krejt tradit\u00ebs shekullore t\u00eb l\u00ebvrimit t\u00eb gegnishtes. K\u00ebshtu, tekste t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb shqip q\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt e n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nd\u00ebrtekstor\u00ebsis\u00eb kishin me ndiku n\u00eb form\u00ebsimin e vet\u00eb indit komb\u00ebtar, mbet\u00ebn pa u njoh\u00eb. Tekstet e reja t\u00eb shqipes nuk komunikuan me to. Njeriu i Ri nuk m\u00ebsoi as kush ishte. Kur Tirana kodifikoi tosk\u00ebrishten p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb m\u00eb 1951, shk\u00ebputi edhe nj\u00ebsimin gjuh\u00ebsor me shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00ebn Jugosllavin\u00eb e at\u00ebhershme, q\u00eb qe arrit\u00eb gjat\u00eb LDB-s\u00eb. Varieteti i ri zyrtar, i bazuar mbi tosk\u00ebrishten, zyrtarizoi t\u00eb ndryshmen mes dy pal\u00ebve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interesante q\u00eb nga t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00ebt n\u00eb debat, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Elezit, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk denjuan m\u2019e shqyrtu kund as iden\u00eb p\u00ebr hapjen e norm\u00ebs, bile as n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e krejt zhvillimeve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe paskomuniste. Debatet v\u00ebrtiten ende te pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb e nj\u00eb ane q\u00eb kund\u00ebrpeshohen me frikat e pal\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr. K\u00ebto mandej marrin format p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse kund\u00ebrv\u00ebn\u00ebse \u2013 t\u00eb Lafes me \u201cjemi m\u00eb t\u00eb shkolluar, prandaj\u201d, t\u00eb Kodr\u00ebs me \u201cnuk qaheshim, mos u qani\u201d, dhe t\u00eb Bejkos me \u201cstandardi \u00ebsht\u00eb dhun\u00eb, durojeni\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kam frik\u00eb se n\u00eb rr\u00ebgjimin e kahmost\u00eb t\u00eb standardit q\u00eb po e jetojm\u00eb si brezni, nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb madh po luajn\u00eb, p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb, jo ve\u00e7 ankesat e sulmet, por edhe mbrojtjet e tij q\u00eb bot\u00ebn e ndajn\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cne\u201d dhe \u201cju\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00eb da\u00e7im me tejtu p\u00ebrbashkimin rreth nj\u00eb vlere t\u00eb vetme gjuh\u00ebsore komb\u00ebtare, \u00ebsht\u00eb koha me kuptu se:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Gegnishtja nuk ka rrug\u00ebtu n\u00ebp\u00ebr shekuj duke kap\u00eb maja kulmore t\u00eb krijimtaris\u00eb e t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimit, e duke nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb plejad\u00eb \u2013 q\u00eb po i vazhdon \u2013 p\u00ebr me sos\u00eb p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb dialekt, kontributi i t\u00eb cilit n\u00eb standardizimin e shqipes me mbet\u00eb krejt i shp\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm. Ajo madje njohu status varieteti zyrtar n\u00eb mbar\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare dhe g\u00ebzoi gjithsej pes\u00eb projekte normimi ortografik, n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, Tiran\u00eb e Prishtin\u00eb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> N\u00eb standardizimet e gjuh\u00ebve, dy zgjidhje logjike ofrohen. E para \u00ebsht\u00eb me ngrit\u00eb n\u00eb norm\u00eb nj\u00eb varietet krahinor, \u00e7ka vetvetiu n\u00ebnrendit \u00e7do tjet\u00ebr. E dyta \u00ebsht\u00eb me i p\u00ebrbashku varietetet n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem mbidialektor. Bota ka modele nga t\u00eb dyja. Shqipes nuk po i b\u00ebn pun\u00eb e para. E njohu dy her\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> N\u00eb kushtet e jet\u00ebs demokratike, nuk po vepron m\u00eb as aparatura totalitare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn zyrtare e tjet\u00ebrsoi p\u00ebr ta prodhu e p\u00ebrligj\u00eb ve\u00e7 vetveten, as sistemi shovinist mbi Kosov\u00ebn q\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsimin ia p\u00ebrdorte me thellu ndarjen. Rrethanat e reja th\u00ebrrasin p\u00ebr qasjen e dyt\u00eb ndaj standardizimit, t\u00eb vetmen t\u00eb arsyeshme.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> E vetmja m\u00ebnyr\u00eb me i siguru jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsi standardit, d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb brezave me shkru e me mendu shqip, \u00ebsht\u00eb me ua shtu pron\u00ebsin\u00eb mbi varietetin standard, i cili p\u00ebr vete t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem-\u00e7el\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i zb\u00ebrthy e vjel\u00eb leht\u00eb vlerat edhe t\u00eb traditave, sa koh\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb kombit, jo \u201ct\u00eb krahinave\u201d. N\u00ebse shkolla nuk mbrun brezni q\u00eb t\u00eb ushqehen k\u00ebso traditash e k\u00ebshtu t\u2019i mbajn\u00eb gjall\u00eb edhe rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e shqiptarsis\u00eb, duke u sh\u00ebrby p\u00ebr vete me nj\u00eb standard q\u00eb t\u2019i pajtoj\u00eb, t\u00eb kota krejt thirrjet p\u00ebr t\u2019ia njoh\u00eb e zbatu kanunet ortografis\u00eb s\u00eb 1972-t\u00ebs. I pashmangsh\u00ebm, madje i p\u00ebrshpejtuar, asimilimi i breznive n\u00eb \u201cqytetar\u00eb bote\u201d, e k\u00ebshtu edhe n\u00eb truallin e vet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Paskajorja \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq thirrje politike sa \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore. Ardhja e saj n\u00eb standard pohon q\u00ebndrimin politik t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare q\u00eb vetes po ia farkon nj\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsi t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme e t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashkuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb vetme.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebt akademik\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb mblidhen me kujtu 50-vjetorin e Kongresit t\u00eb Drejtshkrimit le t\u2019i ken\u00eb parasysh k\u00ebto.
