He was born in 1975 in Prishtina. He is a civic activist and finished his studies in law. During his career, he worked as a political advisor in the European Union Office in Kosovo (2011-2016) and before that he was engaged in the same capacity in the political section of EULEX (2009-2011) and the International Civilian Office (2007-2009).
