Kjo audienc\u00eb e re k\u00ebrkon forma alternative t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit dhe lyp bashk\u00ebprodhime dhe struktura m\u00eb intime mes Manifest\u00ebs dhe qytetit. Ky ndryshim zgjeron edhe m\u00eb tej struktur\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn disa modele t\u00eb programimit dhe angazhimit artistik funskionojn\u00eb pran\u00eb nj\u00ebra tjetr\u00ebs, duke kund\u00ebrshtuar \u00e7do form\u00eb t\u00eb hierarkis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb kemi braktisur hierarkin\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb radikalisht m\u00eb lokal\u00eb, duke m\u00ebsuar dhe duke p\u00ebr\u00e7uar z\u00ebrin e prishtinasve. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit kosovar\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb ekuilibruar, barabar me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb partner\u00ebt dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb n\u00eb bienale, duke na ftuar t\u00eb zhvillojm\u00eb modalitete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb pun\u00ebs transdisiplinore n\u00eb nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb bienaleje. Manifesta 14 ka krijuar gjithashtu nj\u00eb shteg rajonal q\u00eb lidh programin e Prishtin\u00ebs me partner\u00ebt kulturor\u00eb t\u00eb rajonit p\u00ebrmes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/manifesta14.org\/sq\/para-bienales\/projekti-ballkani-perendimor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Projektit<\/a>\u00a0Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor dhe q\u00eb themelon rrjet t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb ndryshon, Manifesta \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu duke eksperimentuar me modele t\u00eb reja demokratike t\u00eb kurimit. N\u00eb Marsej\u00eb, programi i trefisht\u00eb i Manifesta 13 p\u00ebrfshinte: nj\u00eb program t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb kuruar me nj\u00eb ekip specialist\u00ebsh nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb; nj\u00eb program q\u00eb lidh institucionet, galerit\u00eb, artist\u00ebt dhe kurator\u00ebt e vendit; si dhe nj\u00eb program t\u00eb edukimit dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit. P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb dy viteve t\u00eb fundit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi m\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme p\u00ebr Prishtin\u00ebn, kemi punuar bashkarisht dhe p\u00ebr s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi me urbanist\u00eb, profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs, artist\u00eb dhe mendimtar\u00eb nga Prishtina. Duke u p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe prodhim t\u00eb dijes, Manifesta ka zbatuar strategji t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb nevojat dhe interesat e bashk\u00ebsive lokale me nj\u00eb ambicie p\u00ebr t\u00eb eksploruar praktika t\u00eb reja dhe m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb reja t\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit dhe \u00e7m\u00ebsuarit.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimi i madh q\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrova ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me zhvillimin e projekteve institucionale m\u00eb afatgjate, ku Manifesta \u00ebsht\u00eb nism\u00ebtare dhe s\u00eb bashku me ekipin vendor vendos\u00eb parametrat dhe transferon projektin atyre q\u00eb pastaj mund ta mir\u00ebmbajn\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu pra, ne ende prodhojm\u00eb projekte artistike, por gjithashtu vendosim modele t\u00eb reja t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb artit dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit, modele alternative t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit, dhe alternativa p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb mobilitetit dhe ambientit.
