Vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti jan\u00eb evidentuar 1,722 shkelje lidhur me kompensimin e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve, 1,192 raste p\u00ebr pushimin vjetor dhe 1,095 raste t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Puna gjat\u00eb vikendit, or\u00ebt shtes\u00eb dhe puna n\u00eb dit\u00eb festash vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbeten kategori problematike.<\/p>\n<p>Gresa (em\u00ebr i njohur p\u00ebr redaksin\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga pun\u00ebtoret q\u00eb iu drejtua Inspektoratit pasi kontrata me afat t\u00eb pacaktuar iu nd\u00ebrpre brenda s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs dit\u00eb, pa procedura ligjore.<\/p>\n<p>Pas nj\u00eb periudhe premtimesh gojore p\u00ebr rritje page dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim kushtesh, ajo u p\u00ebrball me nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs pas dy mungesave p\u00ebr arsye sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore familjare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat thot\u00eb se kishte njoftuar paraprakisht.<\/p>\n<p>Inspektorati vendosi n\u00eb favor t\u00eb saj dhe gjobiti pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSot punoj p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kompani gjermane dhe ndihem shum\u00eb m\u00eb e respektuar. Bizneset n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ende nuk e kuptojn\u00eb \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb kultur\u00eb organizative,\u201d thot\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n<p>Paralelisht me k\u00ebto zhvillime, eksporti i sh\u00ebrbimeve nga Kosova po sh\u00ebnon rritje t\u00eb vazhdueshme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2024 arriti n\u00eb 3.36 miliard\u00eb euro, nd\u00ebrsa eksportet e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb informacionit shkuan n\u00eb 348.4 milion\u00eb euro. K\u00ebto shifra po e pozicionojn\u00eb sektorin e teknologjis\u00eb si nj\u00eb nga motor\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, ndikimi i k\u00ebtij sektori n\u00eb tregun e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pun\u00ebs mbetet i kufizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa teknologjia po d\u00ebshmon se puna dinjitoze \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, shumica e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb mes pasiguris\u00eb dhe shkeljeve ligjore.
