Autori eksploron se si p\u00ebrjetohet dhe diskutohet nacionalizmi n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb rinjve t\u00eb grupmosh\u00ebs 18-24-vje\u00e7are n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe Beograd.<\/p>\n<p>Mandic ka zhvilluar intervista t\u00eb thelluara gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb strukturuara me nga 15 student\u00eb t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Universitetit t\u00eb Beogradit. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u p\u00ebrzgjodh\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rast\u00ebsishme nga listat e regjistrimit, por jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur edhe rekomandime shtes\u00eb kur ka qen\u00eb e nevojshme.<\/p>\n<p>Student\u00ebt serb\u00eb jan\u00eb intervistuar n\u00eb serbisht, kosovar\u00ebt jan\u00eb intervistuar n\u00eb anglisht, teksa t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrgjigjet kan\u00eb qen\u00eb anonime. Intervistat p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebse, p\u00ebr t\u2019i sqaruar dhe p\u00ebrforcuar gjetjet, jan\u00eb zhvilluar 2-3 muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb hulumtimin e tij, autori shtron pyetje n\u00ebse t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb thjesht i pranojn\u00eb idet\u00eb nacionaliste nga mediat dhe sistemi i arsimit apo n\u00ebse mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr to n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb kritike. Duke studiuar edhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb kosovar\u00eb, edhe ata serb\u00eb, ai eksploron m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ata ngren\u00eb pyetje dhe e riinterpretojn\u00eb identitetin komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vend se vet\u00ebm t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb se nacionalizmi akoma ekziston, Mandic u kushton v\u00ebmendje hap\u00ebsirave ku t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb largohen nga ndasit\u00eb etnike dhe zhvillojn\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje m\u00eb t\u00eb hapura jonacionaliste.<\/p>\n<p>Ai argumenton se p\u00ebrvojat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb pafuqis\u00eb dhe traumave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Serbi, jo vet\u00ebm i form\u00ebsojn\u00eb perspektivat e tyre, por gjithashtu i inkurajojn\u00eb ata p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje nacionalizmin, teksa nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt rinore, e shprehur n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet muzik\u00ebs, filmit dhe sportit, i ndihmon ata t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej ndasive etnike dhe t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ndjenja e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e pafuqis\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hulumtimi i Mandic-it tregon se, edhe te respondent\u00ebt nacionalist\u00eb, edhe tek ata antinacionalist\u00eb, diskutimet p\u00ebr nacionalizmin shpesh ishin t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruara me ndjenja t\u00eb pafuqis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Nj\u00eb i intervistuar kosovar e p\u00ebrshkroi barr\u00ebn e konfliktit t\u00eb trash\u00ebguar, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se gjenerata e tyre nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb sjell\u00eb ndryshime dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse. \u201c<em>Ne jemi si f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj<\/em>\u201d, tha ai. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb i intervistuar serb e pasqyroi k\u00ebt\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb, duke e quajtuar nacionalizmin \u201c<em>s\u00ebmundje<\/em>\u201d dhe duke i kritikuar gjeneratat m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra p\u00ebr mbajtjen gjall\u00eb t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto perspektiva v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pah ngjashm\u00ebri t\u00eb fuqishme nd\u00ebretnike. Nj\u00ebra thekson infantilizmin politik dhe ekonomik t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve t\u00eb kufizuar nga gjeneratat m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra, teksa tjetra pasqyron gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i tejkaluar ndasit\u00eb etnike.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe respondent\u00ebt q\u00eb shpreheshin hapur si nacionalist\u00eb u treguan m\u00eb t\u00eb hapur sesa mund t\u00eb pritej ndaj kompromisit.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb student n\u00eb Beograd, duke iu referuar rr\u00ebfimit t\u00eb babait t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr padrejt\u00ebsi historike, ilustron nj\u00eb model m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb: n\u00eb narrativat konkurruese shqiptare dhe serbe, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shpesh jan\u00eb pozicionuar si bart\u00ebs t\u00eb identiteteve politike t\u00eb trash\u00ebguara. Ai tregoi me keqardhje nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb abuzimit ekonomik, duke cituar baban\u00eb e tij si burimin m\u00eb t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb i\u00a0 ri nga Kosova shprehu interesim p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar online me bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebt serb\u00eb, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr se i konsideron ata si m\u00eb pak t\u00eb hapur sesa shqiptar\u00ebt. Ndon\u00ebse b\u00ebri nj\u00eb dallim t\u00eb qart\u00eb midis gjenerat\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe gjeneratave m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra, kishte p\u00ebrshtypjen se t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb serb\u00eb e lidhnin \u00e7do gj\u00eb me politik\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht dallimeve n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje, shum\u00eb respondent\u00eb treguan nj\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb nuancuar t\u00eb nacionalizmit. Gjasht\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb prej tyre v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pah nj\u00eb kohezion midis t\u00eb rinjve serb\u00eb dhe kosovar\u00eb, nj\u00ebzet e nj\u00eb nga ta e identifikuan nacionalizmin si ndarje t\u00eb gjeneratave, dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa gjysma e tyre qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u2019i artikulonin shkaqet themelore t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kultura dhe sporti ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb kap\u00ebrcimin e ndasive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kultura dhe sporti jan\u00eb hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ku t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb ndajn\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat e tyre. Nj\u00ebzet e shtat\u00eb respodent\u00eb i p\u00ebrmend\u00ebn k\u00ebto fusha dhe pothuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb i p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn ato p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar lidhje midis t\u00eb rinjve kosovar\u00eb dhe serb\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Nj\u00eb respondent serb tha se t\u00eb shikuarit dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i mediave t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta i b\u00ebn njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm, duke shpjeguar se \u201c<em>ajo q<\/em><em>\u00eb e krijon mjedisin \u00ebsht\u00eb media<\/em>\u201d. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr foli p\u00ebr loj\u00ebn e basketbollit dhe futbollit me shok\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb, ku gjuha nuk ishte problem.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb grua nga Kosova tha se t\u00eb jetuarit larg prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb saj e kishte ndihmuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetonte kultura t\u00eb reja, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00eb mendjehapur.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt p\u00ebrmend\u00ebn se gjithashtu sporti mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb politik, si n\u00eb rastet kur lojtar\u00ebt detyrohen t\u00eb veshin sllogane nacionaliste.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Nj\u00eb respondent tha se \u201c<em>disa trajner\u00eb akoma mendojn\u00eb si n\u00eb luft\u00eb\u2026 por f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e din\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb. Ata thjesht duan ta luajn\u00eb loj\u00ebn.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Punimi tregon se, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr nacionalizmit t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi dhe Kosov\u00eb akoma jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb lidhje n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet sportit dhe kultur\u00ebs, si dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprojn\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trauma t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrvoja t\u00eb ndryshme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse respondent\u00ebt serb\u00eb dhe kosovar\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruan p\u00ebrvoja t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb lidhura me nacionalizmin, shum\u00eb prej tyre ishin t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dallimin midis sjelljes individuale dhe identitetit m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb grupor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Disa respondent\u00eb argumentuan se njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb \u201c<em>an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr<\/em>\u201d me gjas\u00eb do t\u00eb vepronin ngjash\u00ebm n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ishin n\u00eb rrethanat e nj\u00ebjta sociale dhe politike, gj\u00eb q\u00eb tregon nj\u00eb t\u00eb kuptuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb trysnive strukturore m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa t\u00eb armiq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb trash\u00ebguar.<\/p>\n<p>Disa respondent\u00eb u distancuan nga m\u00ebnyra nacionaliste e t\u00eb menduarit.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Nj\u00ebri nga ta argumentoi se t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shpesh trash\u00ebgojn\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi pa pasur p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, t\u00eb form\u00ebsuar nga narrativat e prind\u00ebrve dhe keqinformimet: \u201c<em>\u00c7dokush i d\u00ebgjon storiet tragjike t\u00eb prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tij [\u2026] rritesh me gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb trushp\u00eblarje nacionaliste.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, t\u00eb tjer\u00eb respondent\u00eb e lidh\u00ebn nacionalizmin m\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me traum\u00ebn e p\u00ebrjetuar. Nj\u00eb respondent kosovar theksoi se individ\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar humbje personale kishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u2019i p\u00ebrbrend\u00ebsonin pik\u00ebpamjet nacionaliste.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr rr\u00ebfeu se si nj\u00eb shok i f\u00ebmij\u00ebris\u00eb, pasi ishte bullizuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb perceptuar etnik, m\u00eb von\u00eb e kishte p\u00ebrqafuar nacionalizmin dhe ishte bashkuar n\u00eb ushtri.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Punimi tregon se t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb dy an\u00ebt i shohin t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt si individ\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm si pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb grupeve etnike. Edhe pse jan\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr tensionet midis serb\u00ebve dhe kosovar\u00ebve, ata nuk supozojn\u00eb se \u201c<em>ana tjet\u00ebr<\/em>\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm armiq\u00ebsore. P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj, ata e pranojn\u00eb se trauma dhe m\u00ebnyra e rritjes mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb mend\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb personi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kufijt\u00eb e nacionalizmit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Punimi i Mandic-it i sfidon hulumtimet ekzistuese q\u00eb shpesh i anashkalojn\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb apo i shohin ata si rezultat pasiv t\u00eb forcave m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera shoq\u00ebrore dhe politike. Duke i vendosur perspektivat rinore dhe p\u00ebrvojat e jetuara t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve, studimi ofron nj\u00eb tablo m\u00eb t\u00eb nuancuar dhe me optimiz\u00ebm t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm t\u00eb asaj se si t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e kuptojn\u00eb dhe i p\u00ebrgjigjen mjedisit t\u00eb tyre social.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb kontribut ky\u00e7 i studimit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmendja e aft\u00ebsive vepruese t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve si nj\u00eb burim i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr paqend\u00ebrtimin dhe pajtimin pas konfliktit. Respondent\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja kontekstet shfaqin empati t\u00eb rr\u00ebnjosuar nd\u00ebretnike n\u00eb nj\u00eb identitet t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt gjenerate, duke i v\u00ebn\u00eb shpesh n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje ndasit\u00eb e ngurta etnike, n\u00eb vend se t\u2019i riprodhojn\u00eb ato n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebformshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, kjo b\u00ebhet e dukshme n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat kulturore t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. N\u00eb kultur\u00eb dhe sport, ku t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb priren t\u00eb ken\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb liri dhe autonomi, shum\u00eb prej tyre i refuzojn\u00eb ndarjet etnike si t\u00eb panevojshme dhe t\u00eb paarsyeshme, e n\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrqendrohen tek interesimet dhe p\u00ebrvojat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, kjo hapje \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak e p\u00ebrmendur kur diskutimi kalon te politika, historia dhe ekonomia. N\u00eb k\u00ebto fusha, respondent\u00ebt jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb prir\u00eb t\u00eb bazohen n\u00eb narrativat e trash\u00ebguara t\u00eb konfliktit dhe padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat vazhdojn\u00eb ta form\u00ebsojn\u00eb dhe kufizojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ata i interpretojn\u00eb realitetet m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera sociale dhe politike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, gjetjet tregojn\u00eb se q\u00ebndrimet e t\u00eb rinjve nuk jan\u00eb fikse dhe as nj\u00ebtrajt\u00ebsisht nacionaliste, por form\u00ebsohen nga kombinimi i p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs personale, mjedisit social dhe narrativave t\u00eb trash\u00ebguara.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse studimi bazohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb most\u00ebr relativisht t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb student\u00ebve n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe Beograd, prandaj nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Serbi, ai megjithat\u00eb ofron nj\u00eb pik\u00ebnisje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se si nacionalizmi p\u00ebrjetohet dhe diskutohet n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb mjediset paskonfliktuale.<\/p>\n<p>Ai nxjerr n\u00eb pah modele t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura t\u00eb ngjashm\u00ebrive nd\u00ebretnike dhe momente t\u00eb hapjes q\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme, teksa gjithashtu tregon edhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e narrativave historike n\u00eb form\u00ebsimin e interpretimit politik.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, shtrirja e kufizuar e hulumtimit tregon nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr hulumtime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejme me mostra m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe t\u00eb larmishme, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur vler\u00ebsime m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb asaj se sa t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapura jan\u00eb k\u00ebto q\u00ebndrime dhe si zhvillohen ato me kalimin e koh\u00ebs.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punimi akademik \u201cLamtumir\u00eb s\u00eb vjetr\u00ebs: Solidariteti i t\u00eb rinjve dhe nacionalizmi n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb rinjve serb\u00eb dhe kosovar\u00eb\u201d nga Danilo Mandic e vler\u00ebson nacionalizmin si nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Serbi.
