Nj\u00ebri prej panelist\u00ebve deklaroi se \u00ebsht\u00eb keq q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb studim mbi barazin\u00eb gjinore dhe prezenc\u00ebn e stereotipeve gjinore n\u00eb sistemin arsimor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ky ishte nj\u00eb pohim i gabuar, meq\u00eb\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kgscenter.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/AUDITIMIIceSHTJEVEGJINORENeSISTEMINARSIMOR%E2%80%9D.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nj\u00eb studim i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb<\/a>\u00a0nga Qendra Kosovare p\u00ebr Studime Gjinore n\u00eb 2007. Dhe si shum\u00eb studime tjera, \u00ebsht\u00eb harruar shum\u00eb shpejt pas lansimit t\u00eb tij. Prandaj, gjat\u00eb diskutimit askush nuk e kund\u00ebrshtoi k\u00ebt\u00eb pohim, dhe biseda vazhdoi pa k\u00ebt\u00eb korrigjim bazik t\u00eb fakteve. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi ky\u00e7 i feminizmit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb: p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat tregojn\u00eb se grat\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb abuzohen fizikisht dhe seksualisht, nuk trash\u00ebgojn\u00eb pasuri, nuk pun\u00ebsohen dhe nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohen politikisht, kjo situat\u00eb rrall\u00eb merr v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb vazhdueshme komb\u00ebtare. Pse?<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb prej arsyeve \u00ebsht\u00eb besimi i gabuar se p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia totale n\u00eb eliminimin e seksizmit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, apo \u201cpun\u00ebt e grave\u201d, i takon organizatave t\u00eb grave. N\u00eb rast se nj\u00eb grua vritet nga burri i saj pas vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra t\u00eb abuzimit, bashk\u00eb me burrin dhe policin\u00eb faj\u00ebsohen edhe organizatat e grave p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00ebdo mosreagimi apo reagimi q\u00eb perceptohet si i cunguar. Nuk mund t\u00eb hidhet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e diskriminimit t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb popullat\u00ebs vet\u00ebm n\u00eb krah\u00eb t\u00eb OJQ-ve. Edhe n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se b\u00ebhen reagime sistematike p\u00ebr \u00e7do rast t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs ndaj grave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, reagimet nuk parandalojn\u00eb gj\u00eb. I vetmi parandalim adekuat \u00ebsht\u00eb aplikimi i ligjit dhe \u00e7rr\u00ebnjosja e praktikave seksiste n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, praktika t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb monitoruar, hulumtuar dhe kritikuar publikisht me vite nga organizatat e grave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E dyta, d\u00ebshtimi i perceptuar i organizatave t\u00eb grave shpesh i atribuohet lakmis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr fonde &#8211; \u201cpunojn\u00eb ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr paret e donator\u00ebve.\u201d Organizatat e grave, mu p\u00ebr shkak se jan\u00eb OJQ, mbijetojn\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht prej pareve t\u00eb donator\u00ebve. Notojn\u00eb n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e nj\u00ebjta si \u00e7do organizat\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb shihen si alfa dhe omega t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes feministe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Prandaj numri i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar masovikisht prej vitit 2005, dhe vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i vog\u00ebl i cili ka treguar rezultate kuantitative, n\u00eb vij\u00eb me interesat e donator\u00ebve, kan\u00eb vazhduar t\u00eb marrin fonde.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.womensnetwork.org\/documents\/20140109133636147.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OJQ-t\u00eb e grave nuk jan\u00eb fitimprur\u00ebse<\/a>. Por po t\u00eb mos ishte p\u00ebr k\u00ebto organizata, nuk do t\u00eb kishim asnj\u00eb organizat\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerrte monitorimin e trajtimit t\u00eb rasteve t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs familjare, apo sh\u00ebrbime psikologjike p\u00ebr grat\u00eb t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdhunuar gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs, apo hulumtime rreth reformimit t\u00eb pushimit t\u00eb lehonis\u00eb, e as shtyrje t\u00eb buxhetimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm gjinor n\u00eb institucionet publike. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb iniciativa q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb buxhet dhe staf, dhe po, pare.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetja e natyrshme \u00ebsht\u00eb, ku jan\u00eb feministet jo t\u00eb lidhura me OJQ-t\u00eb? Ku jan\u00eb ato feministe t\u00eb Facebookut? Pse nuk po b\u00ebjn\u00eb ato di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar abuzimin e grave n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre, diskiminimin e tyre n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim, ngacmimin e tyre n\u00eb rrug\u00eb? Ky shfaj\u00ebsim \u00ebsht\u00eb tejet elegant, dhe e zhvendos krejt \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e barazis\u00eb gjinore mbi krah\u00ebt e do njer\u00ebzve \u201catje dikund\u201d. \u201cAto q\u00eb po ankohen le t\u00eb merren me k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb, se diskriminimi i grave nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb e<em>\u00a0imja<\/em>.\u201d Dhe natyrisht, kur grupe feministe organizojn\u00eb protesta, pjes\u00ebmarrja e p\u00ebrgjithshme \u00ebsht\u00eb e mjerueshme. A e mbani n\u00eb mend protest\u00ebn p\u00ebr\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegrafi.com\/rrefimi-i-gruas-qe-lindi-beben-ne-korridorin-e-gjinekologjise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sabile Krasniqin<\/a>, gruaja e cila lindi f\u00ebmij\u00ebn e saj n\u00eb korridorin e QKUK-s\u00eb? Un\u00eb e mbaj n\u00eb mend, p\u00ebr shkak se pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebset e pakta kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto \u201cfeministet e Facebookut\u201d dhe disa miq tjer\u00eb. A e mbani n\u00eb mend librin\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/kallxo.com\/gjnk\/kriminalistika-kontestuese-dhe-mosqarkullimi-i-saj\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kriminalistika<\/a>? Ishte pik\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb grup qytetar\u00ebsh feministe t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb largojn\u00eb librin nga p\u00ebrdorimi, por pa ndonj\u00eb reagim t\u00eb organizuar nga student\u00ebt e Fakultetit Juridik apo publiku i gjer\u00eb. Dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb kurthi: organizoni ju feministet protesta, por ne, shoq\u00ebria, nuk marrim pjes\u00eb. Mandej kur protestat d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb apo nuk ndodhin p\u00ebrs\u00ebri, prap\u00eb e l\u00ebm\u00eb fajin te ju.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fantashkenc\u00eb: p\u00ebr momentin feminizmi thjesht nuk gjen p\u00ebrkrahje n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, prandaj mos prisni progres radikal n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e grave. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse grupe aktive feministe jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakta, pse organizatat e grave e marrin primatin n\u00eb avokimin e barazis\u00eb gjinore, pse partit\u00eb politike nuk i adresojn\u00eb kurr\u00eb votueset e tyre gra. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ne nuk merremi me struktura te diskriminimit gjinor, dhe i injorojm\u00eb hulumtimet t\u00eb cilat na d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb pa fije dyshimi se k\u00ebto struktura ekzistojn\u00eb. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e praktikojm\u00eb nj\u00eb kuazi-feminiz\u00ebm t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb narrativa patriarkale, ku konsiderohet arritje n\u00ebse nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb e kryen nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe gjen nj\u00eb pun\u00eb &#8211; dhe megjithat\u00eb martohet e krijon familje (paramendo!). N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb i kritikojm\u00eb kuotat gjinore dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb, por nuk i votojm\u00eb grat\u00eb n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb qajm\u00eb lot p\u00ebr grat\u00eb e dhunuara gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs, por ligji p\u00ebr njohjen e tyre kalon me shum\u00eb zvarritje. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku 8 n\u00eb 10 gra jan\u00eb ekonomikisht jo aktive p\u00ebr shkak te diskriminimit n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe familje, ne ju themi atyre \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.panorama.com.al\/sheryl-sandberg-drejtoreshe-operative-e-fb-gra-mposhtni-friken\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lean In.<\/a>\u201d N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ku gjysma e popullat\u00ebs nuk i g\u00ebzon t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat e saj civile, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cagresive\u201d n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se pohojm\u00eb se grat\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb diskriminohen nga burrat. Dhe pas kat\u00ebr vite n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e kam par\u00eb se si ky pohim shpesh ngjall pezmatim, mohim dhe p\u00ebrbuzje &#8211; por jo revolt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cJo, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb grat\u00eb jan\u00eb vet fajtore p\u00ebr diskriminimin e tyre<\/em>.\u201d P\u00ebrralla q\u00eb shitet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jetosh e paprekur nga mizogjinia n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se se ke vet\u00ebbesim dhe punon mjaftuesh\u00ebm. Edhe pse t\u00eb gjitha statistikat thon\u00eb se t\u00eb lindurit vajz\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton mosdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb familjare, gjasa m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos vazhduar fakultetin pas gjimnazit, dhe gjasa shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb mos pun\u00ebsohesh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb (sa p\u00ebr rikujtim, 80% t\u00eb grave n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb ekonomikisht jo aktive). N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb politikave q\u00eb insistojn\u00eb n\u00eb pavar\u00ebsimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb vajzave dhe grave, ato martohen apo hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb 12 p\u00ebrqind\u00ebshin e grave q\u00eb hapin mikrobiznese. E pastaj? T\u00eb varura nga familjet e tyre, grat\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb navigojn\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri e cila hesht n\u00eb raste sikur ato t\u00eb Zejnepe Bytyqit dhe Diana Kastratit. Dhe duke ditur k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, p\u00ebrgjigja jon\u00eb kolektive ndaj grave tona \u00ebsht\u00eb: duhet t\u00eb keni m\u00eb shum\u00eb vet\u00ebbesim, nuk protestoni mjaftuesh\u00ebm, protestoni tep\u00ebr, po heshtni, po ankoheni shum\u00eb. Dhe e kuptoj, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr faje individuale se sa p\u00ebr struktura gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse t\u00eb diskriminimit.
