(n\u00eb shqip: indinjohuni).<\/p>\n<p>Hessel e publikoi k\u00ebt\u00eb ese n\u00eb vitin 2010 (edhe pse kjo form\u00eb e t\u00eb menduarit i ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt n\u00eb frym\u00ebn sartriane) gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs kur qeveriste e djatha e Sarkozis\u00eb n\u00eb Franc\u00eb. S\u00eb paku, k\u00ebshtu shihej nga kritik\u00ebt dhe shoq\u00ebria civile n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Hessel, si i indinjuar vet q\u00eb ishte, u b\u00ebnte thirrje qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rrinin indiferent ndaj padrejt\u00ebsive q\u00eb po b\u00ebheshin ndaj imigrant\u00ebve, ndaj varf\u00ebrimit t\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve, ndaj keqtrajtimit t\u00eb ambientit etj. N\u00eb fakt, kjo ese jo rast\u00ebsisht u publikua n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur parlamenti francez votoi ligjin p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cilit u shtye mosha e pensionist\u00ebve. Njoh\u00ebs t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve sociale k\u00ebt\u00eb publikim e quajt\u00ebn edhe si nj\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr \u201cZgjim publik\u201d t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli i cili q\u00ebndronte pasiv dhe po b\u00ebnte perditshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Nga prizma ime e nj\u00eb psikologeje, pas secil\u00ebs seanc\u00eb me klient\u00ebt e mi, m\u00eb bie t\u00eb meditoj p\u00ebr efektin terapeutik q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb interventimi im n\u00eb rrafshin personal, por edhe te ambienti ku ai\/ajo jeton dhe vepron.<\/p>\n<p>Nga bisedat q\u00eb kam pasur me koleg\u00ebt e mi psikoterapist\u00eb, del n\u00eb pah se psikoterapia per\u00ebndimore ka form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb veshi q\u00eb d\u00ebgjon, afirmon, kupton, konfirmon dhe fuqizon klientin, pa e gjykuar, kusht\u00ebzuar, trazuar apo tundur.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo m\u00eb ka shtyer shpesh t\u00eb jem kritike ndaj limiteve t\u00eb psikologjis\u00eb individualiste, kur vie te rrafshi social, ekonomik e politik. Ndoshta edhe mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dashuria ime e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, si dhe fascinimi im mbetet n\u00eb observimet e sjelljeve shoq\u00ebrore, t\u00eb grupeve dhe sistemeve pertej elementit individ.<\/p>\n<p>Psikologjia moderne (e cila kryek\u00ebput \u00ebshte zhvilluar duke u bazuar n\u00eb njeriun e bardh\u00eb nga bota oksidentale) e fokusuar n\u00eb personin, kryesisht p\u00ebrdor\u00eb metodat t\u00eb cilat ndihmojn\u00eb individin ta kuptoj\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn apo t\u00eb tashmen (var\u00ebsisht prej qasjes), dhe tenton t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb individin t\u00eb perballet me to, n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb apo nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim metaforik e t\u00eb thjesht\u00ebsuar, psikoterapia ndihmon individin t\u00eb pajiset me vegla t\u00eb cilat do ta ndihmojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me situata qofshin ato reale apo t\u00eb perceptuara, dhe t\u2019i mbijetoj\u00eb ato, kryesisht duke pranuar situatat e caktuara dhe duke u adaptuar n\u00eb to. Pra, pranimi dhe adaptimi jan\u00eb dy koncepte ky\u00e7e n\u00eb fjalorin e psikologjise son\u00eb moderne, dhe kapaciteti p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar e p\u00ebr t\u2019u adaptuar n\u00eb ambientin e vet b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb atout i madh p\u00ebr individin.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe prandaj pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb, si i kontribuon psikogjia individualiste, moderne dhe perendimore ndryshimeve sociale, kur jeta e individit \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e rr\u00ebmbyer nga faktor\u00ebt e jasht\u00ebm socio-ekonomik?<\/p>\n<p>Jeta personale shtrihet plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb domenin shoq\u00ebror dhe shpesh e gjejm\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb ngulfatur nga rrjetet sociale dhe nd\u00ebrkomunikimi me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Nga politikat globale dhe rajonale ekonomike e shoq\u00ebrore. T\u00eb dominuar nga hierarkia e klasave, nga tregu q\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet nga k\u00ebrkesa, nga trendet e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb jetuarit, prototipet e formuara per rolet shoq\u00ebrore si ai i t\u00eb qenit n\u00ebn\u00eb, baba, koleg, pun\u00ebtor, etj. Cili do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte roli i psikoterapis\u00eb n\u00eb rrafshin ekstraindividual, pra, n\u00eb at\u00eb shoq\u00ebror?<\/p>\n<p>A duhet psikologjia t\u2019i kontribuoj\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tutje nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb quhet rezilienc\u00eb (kapaciteti p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar, p\u00ebr t\u2019u rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbur e rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb) e individit, dhe rrjedhimisht t\u00eb b\u00ebhet bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtore e faktorit jasht\u00eb individit\u00a0? Apo e kund\u00ebrta, ajo duhet ta shtyej\u00eb individin drejt nj\u00eb kuptimi t\u00eb dukurive, t\u00eb shkaktar\u00ebve t\u00eb mosmir\u00ebqenies dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha drejt zhvillimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb forme t\u00eb rezistenc\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrpjekjes s\u00eb tij (n\u00eb nivelin e tij)? N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, q\u00ebllimi do t\u00eb ishte ndryshimi i vet\u00eb faktor\u00ebve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb m\u00ebnyra e t\u00eb jetuarit, rrethi, politikat, mend\u00ebsit\u00eb, stereotipet, padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb etj., t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb shpesh n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb shkaktar\u00ebt e mosmir\u00ebqenies s\u00eb individit.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00ebsht\u00eb detyra e psikologjis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb individin t\u00eb na m\u00ebsoj\u00eb metoda t\u00eb adaptimit dhe pranimit t\u00eb situatave, dhe rrjedhimisht t\u00eb transformimit ton\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb segment t\u00eb ekosistemit? Apo \u00ebsht\u00eb e kund\u00ebrta detyr\u00eb e psikologjis\u00eb, pra t\u00eb na shtyej\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb reflektimi, analizimi, dhe indinjimi i cili mund ta trazoj\u00eb ekosistemin dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb, t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb ndryshim.<\/p>\n<p>Hap\u00ebsira midis vetes dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve nuk ka qen\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb e ngusht\u00eb. E p\u00ebrve\u00e7mja tjet\u00ebrsohet dhe b\u00ebhet e pandashme nga e p\u00ebrgjithshmja sepse jeta personale nd\u00ebrtohet dhe zhvillohet n\u00eb bot\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore e globale e cila vepron pastaj n\u00eb individin dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebte mishmash, ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura ngusht\u00eb dhe ndikohen reciprokisht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrafsh, kontestimi i rrymave terapeutike si\u00e7 jan\u00eb \u201cmendimi pozitiv\u201d, \u201cmenaxhimi i hidh\u00ebrimit\u201d dhe t\u00eb tjerave t\u00eb ngjashme, p\u00ebr mua \u00ebsht\u00eb i paevitueshem, dhe at\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin e efektit t\u00eb tyre por edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebllimit t\u00eb tyre.
