Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj jave pata mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj t\u2019i lexoj disa libra q\u00eb i kam pasur n\u00eb list\u00eb, por s&#8217;e gjeja mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;i lexuar. Nj\u00eb prej tyre q\u00eb e lexova pa nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb ishte \u201cReligion in International Relations: the return from exile\u201d (Feja n\u00eb Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare: kthimi nga m\u00ebrgimi). Edhe pse ishte lib\u00ebr q\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt lidhet me temat e mia t\u00eb interesit, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, politik\u00eb, siguri, sekuritizim, konstruktiviz\u00ebm dhe religjion, vet\u00ebm rishtazi m\u00eb ra n\u00eb dor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb thelb libri flet p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e kthimit t\u00eb fes\u00eb nga m\u00ebrgimi n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, dhe edhe pse libri \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb 2003, kjo tem\u00eb edhe sot \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, s\u00eb pari pasi q\u00eb fen\u00eb nuk e kemi kthyer ende nga m\u00ebrgimi, dhe s\u00eb dyti sepse sot m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb kemi nevoj\u00eb ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Feja m\u00ebrgoi nga marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare qysh nga Traktati i Vestfalis\u00eb kur \u201cshtet kombet\u201d u b\u00ebn\u00eb standardi i ri n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe si rezultat ky standard i ri u konstruktua si \u201cshtet kombi laik\u201d dhe feja u shpall si persona-non-grata. Derisa ne mundemi t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb debatin se \u00e7far\u00eb efekti ka feja n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, vet\u00eb ky debat na tregon q\u00eb nuk mund ta anulojm\u00eb fen\u00eb prej k\u00ebtij ekuacioni dhe se duhet ta marrim at\u00eb me m\u00eb shum\u00eb seriozitet. Edhe m\u00eb me seriozitet duhet ta marrim pluralizmin n\u00eb fe dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb mbi t\u00eb. Anashkalimi i religjionit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb e ka shtyr\u00eb situat\u00ebn n\u00eb at\u00eb nivel q\u00eb Vendulka Kubalkova me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb mendon q\u00eb ka ardhur koha p\u00ebr nj\u00eb disiplin\u00eb t\u00eb Teologjis\u00eb s\u00eb Politik\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, sikur q\u00eb kemi disiplin\u00eb t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb Politik\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ose Siguris\u00eb Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Feja \u00ebsht\u00eb tem\u00eb diskutimi n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e platformave politike, shoq\u00ebrore, ekonomike, apo ato t\u00eb siguris\u00eb. Shum\u00eb objekte t\u00eb shenjta jan\u00eb sekuritizuar q\u00eb nga fillimi i shekullit 21, dhe \u00e7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebzit kthehen nga m\u00ebsimet fetare p\u00ebr problemet e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. Shume lider\u00eb politik kthehen tek k\u00ebto m\u00ebsime p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar politikat e tyre, e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar situat\u00ebn nga nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shum\u00eb zgjedhje k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, si n\u00eb ShBA ashtu edhe n\u00eb vende t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, feja ka qen\u00eb nd\u00ebr temat m\u00eb t\u00eb diskutueshme n\u00ebp\u00ebr debate. Shum\u00eb ligj\u00ebrues fetar\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb efekt n\u00eb masa se sa politikan\u00ebt e disa shteteve. Me p\u00ebrhapjen e mediave sociale mesazhet shp\u00ebrndahen shum\u00eb m\u00eb shpejt\u00eb. Edhe pse deri tani klasa politike nuk ka dashur t\u00eb ket\u00eb asgj\u00eb me fen\u00eb, si dhe klasa fetare nuk ka dashur t\u00eb ket\u00eb asgj\u00eb me politik\u00ebn, situata e tanishme e b\u00ebn t\u00eb pashmangshme rolin e fes\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00eb, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, shoq\u00ebri, siguri etj.<\/p>\n<p>Ligj\u00ebruesit fetar\u00eb, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha feve dhe besimeve (apo mos besimit) kan\u00eb shum\u00eb efekt tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe tek publiku. Pasi kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pashmangshme, at\u00ebher\u00eb a s\u2019ka ardhur koha q\u00eb ta ftojm\u00eb fen\u00eb nga m\u00ebrgimi dhe ta integrojm\u00eb at\u00eb aty ku duhet m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti, n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri? Un\u00eb nuk mendoj se shteti dhe kisha (feja n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi) duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrzihen, por vet\u00ebm q\u00eb feja sot \u00ebsht\u00eb politike dhe ka fuqi, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fuqi duhet ta kthejm\u00eb n\u00eb energji pozitive e jo ta shmangim, sepse energjia e shmangur nuk humb vetvetiu por akumulohet dhe mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb rrezik afatgjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur keq se si n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ose Ballkan n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi tema e fes\u00eb vjen vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ka probleme sigurie, kur ka probleme t\u00eb terrorizmit apo konflikte (dhe k\u00ebtu nuk flas vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Islamin). Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur keq q\u00eb feja n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri vjen si tem\u00eb vet\u00ebm kur flitet p\u00ebr shkollimin e vajzave t\u00eb mbuluara, p\u00ebr K\u00ebrsh\u00ebndella, Bajrame, e festa fetare, apo p\u00ebr foto sesione me politikan\u00eb. Nj\u00eb institut sikur \u201cfeja\u201d q\u00eb merret me jet\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore, morale, dhe fizike t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe bot\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, minimizohet n\u00eb tema t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ne nuk e dim\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb thon\u00eb fet\u00eb p\u00ebr problemet e shekullit 21, p\u00ebr ambientin, p\u00ebr arkitektur\u00ebn, p\u00ebr shkenc\u00ebn, p\u00ebr aktivizim shoq\u00ebror. Rrall\u00ebher\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb lider\u00eb fetar\u00eb t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr korrupsion, ose p\u00ebr liberalizim t\u00eb vizave, ose p\u00ebr uljen e krimit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Derisa n\u00eb per\u00ebndim lider\u00ebt fetar\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e demokracis\u00eb nga ana fetare, tek ne kjo tem\u00eb mungon. Kurse nevoja m\u00eb e madhe sot nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se si te vishen, apo si t\u00eb mos vishen grat\u00eb, se si te falemi apo si t\u00eb lutemi, ose si ta em\u00ebrojm\u00eb Zotin. Nevoja jon\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb dim\u00eb se si ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb bot\u00ebn ku jetojm\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, m\u00eb demokratike dhe m\u00eb paq\u00ebsore q\u00eb t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb s\u00eb bashku.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb mund t\u00eb flas se n\u00eb Islam g\u00ebnjeshtra \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00ebkatet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, thashethemet jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00ebkatet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, por k\u00ebto tema nuk fliten, jo q\u00eb lider\u00ebt fetar\u00eb nuk din\u00eb ose nuk d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr to, por sepse e kemi d\u00ebrguar fen\u00eb ne m\u00ebrgim dhe e kemi shpallur persona-non-grata. Kjo nuk i ndalon njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb prap\u00eb t\u00eb merren dhe m\u00ebsojn\u00eb p\u00ebr fen\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ne t\u00eb shtiremi se kinse nuk ekziston.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet ta kthejm\u00eb fen\u00eb n\u00eb debate\/diskurse normale. Feja \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb institut q\u00eb ka fuqi dhe shumic\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb politik. N\u00eb per\u00ebndim ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb debatet n\u00eb lidhje me rolin e fes\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebri si n\u00eb media ashtu edhe n\u00eb debate politike, por n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Ballkan k\u00ebto debate hasin n\u00eb vija t\u00eb kuqe. Feja duhet t\u00eb normalizohet, t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb e jo pjes\u00eb e siguris\u00eb. Derisa flasim p\u00ebr shtete laike, nuk mundemi ta l\u00ebm\u00eb fen\u00eb n\u00eb duar t\u00eb qeverive dhe elit\u00ebs politike, duhet ta normalizojm\u00eb n\u00eb debate shoq\u00ebrore, aty ku e ka vendin. E p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet ta ftojm\u00eb fen\u00eb nga m\u00ebrgata, me debate dhe diskurs p\u00ebr problemet e p\u00ebrditshme nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim fetar.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto q\u00eb po i them mund t\u00eb keqkuptohen shum\u00eb leht\u00eb, prandaj e ritheksoj: nuk jam duke thirrur p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzierje t\u00eb fes\u00eb n\u00eb shtet. Jo, shteti dhe feja duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb ndara. Por politika nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e kufizuar vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shtet, politika \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb debate, diskurse, apo marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb ndryshme. Feja ve\u00e7se p\u00ebrzihet n\u00eb politik\u00eb, por at\u00eb zakonisht e p\u00ebrdorin disa demagog\u00eb p\u00ebr interesat e tyre politike, kurse n\u00ebse feja normalizohet at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb monopol t\u00eb atyre njer\u00ebzve, si dhe do t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb problemeve ditore t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kthimi i fes\u00eb nga m\u00ebrgimi Vitin 2016 e pata shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb deri n\u00eb\u00a0jav\u00ebn e fundit.
