Por, n\u00ebse t\u00eb falsifikosh do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u2019i zbukurosh historit\u00eb ose t\u00eb b\u00ebsh sikur ato nuk ekzistojn\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb themi se kjo ndodh n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb kombet e p\u00ebrpunojn\u00eb historin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb ting\u00eblloj\u00eb bukur. Por, n\u00ebse me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb duam t\u00eb rrim\u00eb sa m\u00eb pran\u00eb fakteve, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb shprehim vet\u00ebm zem\u00ebrimin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto falsifikime &#8211; gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb provokonte edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebri dhe k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje n\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin fals -, duhet t\u00eb lexojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kritike at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje ose q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb falsifikuar n\u00eb histori.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb ndalemi tek nj\u00eb ngjarje gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore: d\u00ebbimi masiv i serb\u00ebve dhe malazez\u00ebve nga Kosova, nj\u00eb ngjarje, e cila edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb dokumentuar mjaft mir\u00eb, nuk p\u00ebrmendet n\u00eb tekstet shkollore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebrjashtim b\u00ebn vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb referenc\u00eb enigmatike n\u00eb librin \u201cHistoria 9\u201dt\u00eb Fehmi Rexhepit \u00a0(2015, p. 118): \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt si shumic\u00eb edhe pse kishin vuajtur shum\u00eb n\u00eb Jugosllavin\u00eb monarkiste, ata ishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm ndaj fqinj\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre serb\u00eb, sidomos pas shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb dhe pas ndarjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb tri zona pushtuese. Pas bashkimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, shumica shqiptare u tregua e kujdesshme ndaj minoritetit serb dhe malazez, madje n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste edhe duke marr\u00eb ata n\u00eb mbrojtje\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rast ku vihet re edhe zbukurimi i fakteve, edhe l\u00ebnia n\u00eb heshtje e disa prej k\u00ebtyre fakteve. Kur intervistova m\u00ebsuesit e historis\u00eb lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, vura re se shumica e tyre e mohonin k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt dhe vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebri prej tyre tha se shqiptar\u00ebt i mbrojt\u00ebn serb\u00ebt. Un\u00eb besoj se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb intervistova ishin t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb. At\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrse k\u00ebto t\u00eb pav\u00ebrteta jan\u00eb pranuar kaq gjer\u00ebsisht? Lufta, thot\u00eb historiani francez Marc Bloch, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb eksperiment madhor n\u00eb psikologji sociale dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb kontesti, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin duhet ta studiojm\u00eb prodhimin e lajmeve t\u00eb rreme.<\/p>\n<p>Origjina e k\u00ebtij q\u00ebndrimi lidhet me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si shqiptar\u00ebt si kolektiv e konceptojn\u00eb shtypjen e tyre nga serb\u00ebt deri n\u00eb vitin 1912, duke e konsideruar ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht si shum\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn mes dy luft\u00ebrave bot\u00ebrore. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb pakicat sllave zaptuan tokat e shqiptar\u00ebve me justifikimin e reform\u00ebs agrare, e cila ishte, n\u00eb fakt, nj\u00eb grabitje e madhe tokash. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, imazhi q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebr veten, bazohet mbi di\u00e7ka q\u00eb ata besojn\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb unike: tradita e mikpritjes dhe besa, e cila e sfidon edhe vdekjen, si n\u00eb legjend\u00ebn e Doruntin\u00ebs dhe Konstantinit. Historit\u00eb e vuajtjeve, por edhe t\u00eb sjelljeve fisnike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, tregohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur nga nj\u00ebri brez n\u00eb tjetrin, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mendimi kolektiv i shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb fokusuar n\u00eb tragjedit\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar ata, por edhe n\u00eb identitetin e tyre si modele t\u00eb nderit dhe t\u00eb njer\u00ebzill\u00ebkut.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb ngjarje e vendosur n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst t\u00eb till\u00eb emocional, mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb vete.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oralhistorykosovo.org\/#Musa%20Dobruna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb\u00a0t\u00eb bukur t\u00eb historis\u00eb gojore,<\/a>\u00a0Musa Dobruna rr\u00ebfen: \u201cDhe n\u2019qato koh\u00eb erdh nji i an\u00ebs t\u2019kufinit, nji malazez dhe iu lut\u00eb bab\u00ebs, \u2018Ju si familje e madhe, dhe e fisit Gash, na prini dhe ata nuk na ngucin neve\u2019. Kolon\u00ebt malazez\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ardh\u00eb prej Malit t\u2019Zi n\u2019tokat tona\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo d\u00ebshmi e jasht\u00ebzakonshme mund t\u00eb kuptohet si nj\u00eb shembull kur shqiptar\u00ebt i mbrojt\u00ebn fqinj\u00ebt e tyre malazez\u00eb. Ky interpretim p\u00ebrputhet shum\u00eb mir\u00eb me at\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt besojn\u00eb p\u00ebr vetveten. Por, n\u00ebse e lexojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kritike, ky tekst rr\u00ebfen p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbajtjen e shqiptar\u00ebve, por edhe p\u00ebr rolin e tyre n\u00eb mund\u00ebsimin e d\u00ebbimit masiv t\u00eb serb\u00ebve dhe malazezeve. P\u00ebrmes d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve dhe dokumenteve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb se, po, ka pasur mbrojtje t\u00eb negociuar t\u00eb refugjat\u00ebve, por jo gjithmon\u00eb dhe situata e p\u00ebrgjithshme karakterizohej nga dhuna e gjer\u00eb e shkaktuar nga shum\u00eb aktor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Komisioneri i Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, Carlo Umilt\u00e0, shkruan n\u00eb kujtimet e tij (Jugoslavia e Albania, 1947) p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn e mjerueshme t\u00eb serb\u00ebve dhe malazez\u00ebve n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre q\u00eb ishin grabitur dhe djegur, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ata q\u00eb kishin shp\u00ebtuar, shoq\u00ebroheshin nga ushtria italiane p\u00ebrtej kufirit. Por ai shkruan edhe p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb e Prizrenit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, edhe pse ishin t\u00eb mbrojtur, u larguan me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tyre, sepse refuzonin t\u00eb punonin n\u00ebn administrat\u00ebn e re shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Burimet italiane tregojn\u00eb se kishte armiq\u00ebsi, por edhe arm\u00ebpushim mes banor\u00ebve lokal\u00eb. Rastet e dhun\u00ebs masive ndodhnin p\u00ebr shkaqe m\u00eb komplekse, t\u00eb cilat shkonin p\u00ebrtej urrejtjes nd\u00ebr-etnike. Historiania e re Mrika Limani\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/c\/Users\/Dell%20Inspiron\/Documents\/mrikalimani.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ka shkruar<\/a>\u00a0se logjika e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs varej nga shkalla e kontrollit t\u00eb territorit nga pushtuesit. Italian\u00ebt nuk e kontrollonin gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, sepse ata bazoheshin n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna sekrete t\u00eb gabuara dhe vrisnin pa dallim. Italian\u00ebt, po ashtu, zgjodh\u00ebn q\u00eb mos ta kontrollonin dhun\u00ebn. Si\u00e7 shkruan Umilt\u00e0, kur shqiptar\u00ebt masakruan dhjet\u00eb serb\u00eb n\u00eb vjesht\u00ebn e vitit 1942 n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, si nd\u00ebshkim, \u00e7etnik\u00ebt masakruan qindra shqiptar\u00eb dhe trupat italiane nuk i ndaluan ata. Italian\u00ebt thuajse gjithnj\u00eb privilegjonin serb\u00ebt, sepse ata [italian\u00ebt] i konsideronin shqiptar\u00ebt si analfabet\u00eb, t\u00eb papast\u00ebr dhe mysliman\u00eb (sic). Si\u00e7 d\u00ebshmon Ramiz Kelmendi\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/oralhistorykosovo.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">n\u00eb intervist\u00ebn e tij gojore<\/a>, shqiptar\u00ebt e dinin k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhuna nd\u00ebretnike nxitej kryesisht nga jasht\u00eb dhe nga lart. Ata q\u00eb e ndez\u00ebn dhun\u00ebn p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb: malazez\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrhap\u00ebn fjal\u00eb se italian\u00ebt do t\u00eb largoheshin s\u00eb shpejti dhe Jugosllavia do t\u00eb kthehej p\u00ebrs\u00ebri; Ministrin p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, Ekrem bej Vlora, me planet e tij nacionaliste; dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarin e mbretit italian, Francesco Jacomoni, i cili donte t\u00eb b\u00ebhej m\u00ebk\u00ebmb\u00ebsi i mbretit n\u00eb nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb Madhe t\u00eb past\u00ebr etnikisht. Luca Pietromarchi, nj\u00eb zyrtar i lart\u00eb n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Italis\u00eb, shkruante n\u00eb ditarin e tij n\u00eb 8 janar 1943 se Jakomoni propozoi q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrziheshin nga Kosova dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb mij\u00eb malazez\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjerman\u00ebt hyn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1943 dhe n\u00eb fillim ata e pan\u00eb dhun\u00ebn nd\u00ebretnike si nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ata i lan\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb kolaboracionist\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vrisnin serb\u00ebt, sidomos n\u00eb rajonin e Pej\u00ebs, fakte q\u00eb i zbuloi Ali Hadri n\u00eb arkivat e Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb. Por kur n\u00eb prill 1944 numri i refugjat\u00ebve arriti n\u00eb dyzet mij\u00eb, gjerman\u00ebt e ndaluan dhun\u00ebn. Hermann Neubacher, zyrtari kryesor politik gjerman n\u00eb Beograd, mendonte se d\u00ebbimet kishin nj\u00eb ndikim shum\u00eb destablizues p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb dhe Malin e Zi dhe ai k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb ato t\u00eb ndaleshin. Telegrami i tij lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje gjendet n\u00eb Arkivat Politike n\u00eb Bonn.<\/p>\n<p>Historian\u00ebt italian\u00eb, duke ndjekur shembullin e historian\u00ebve gjerman\u00eb, kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb lidhur me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb ka kombi i tyre p\u00ebr dhun\u00ebn gjat\u00eb pushtimit fashist. Historian\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur mbrapa. Por, edhe ata serb\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se jan\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb grack\u00ebn e falsifikimit t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga vet\u00eb ata, falsifikim i cili e prezanton si gjenocid\u00a0d\u00ebbimin e atyre q\u00eb kishin kolonizuar tokat.
