Nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtim i nj\u00eb fushe do t\u00eb krijonte rrezikun p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtime madhore n\u00eb gjith\u00eb sistemin. Si rezultat, qasja q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr sigurime sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore paraqet rrezik. Hajde t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb pak cilat jan\u00eb disa nga skenar\u00ebt e mundsh\u00ebm, po t\u00eb ishte filluar mbledhja e premiumeve q\u00eb nga tani.<\/p>\n<p>Skenari 1: N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb transparenc\u00ebs, qytetar\u00ebt\/et ndihen t\u00eb pasigurt\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb sistem. Kjo e fundit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb domosdo e lidhur direkt me sigurimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.
