Askush. Po si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ndodhi? K\u00ebt\u00eb mund t\u00eb na e shpjegoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje tjet\u00ebr nga ajo zyrtarja p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Duhet par\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb thell\u00ebsi karakterin e rebelimit t\u00eb armatosur dhe shtytjet e v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb atij rebelimi. Duhet par\u00eb se sa ka qen\u00eb hisja e pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsis\u00eb klasore ajo q\u00eb ndikoi n\u00eb rebelimin e grupeve t\u00eb armatosura dhe cili \u00ebsht\u00eb raporti i k\u00ebtij rebelimi me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim do t\u00eb mundohem t\u00eb argumentoj se p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shtypjes komb\u00ebtare ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb z\u00eb vendin m\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb krijimin e vet\u00ebdijes kryengrit\u00ebse, nj\u00eb rol shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm ka luajtur edhe pabarazia klasore mes vet shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb shkrimi q\u00eb paraqet p\u00ebrshtypje m\u00eb tep\u00ebr sesa hulumtim kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb qart\u00ebsohet, por nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim i ri i shkaqeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs mund t\u00eb hidhet p\u00ebr diskutim publik.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb pak at\u00eb meselen p\u00ebr \u201cqytetar\u00ebt\u201d e Prishtin\u00ebs q\u00eb b\u00ebnin ahengje n\u00eb Sante e Kurriz kur n\u00eb Drenic\u00eb e zona t\u00eb tjera kryheshin ofansiva nga ushtria e policia e Serbis\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 an\u00ebs, si t\u00eb thuash, prej p\u00ebrralle, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tregim ka mjaft t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta. N\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb pihej n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje e b\u00ebheshin ahengje t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb konflikti i armatosur kishte nisur. Edhepse k\u00ebtu jemi shum\u00eb von\u00eb, sepse kjo situat\u00eb nuk tregon lindjen e rebelimit t\u00eb armatosur, megjithat\u00eb ajo p\u00ebrshkruan m\u00eb qart\u00eb se sa larg kishte shkuar ndarja klasore mes klas\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme (t\u00eb privilegjuar) t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb (mbase edhe n\u00eb qendra t\u00eb tjera) me klas\u00ebn e bujq\u00ebve fshatar\u00eb poashtu shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb zonave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. [Se fundja, identifikimi e solidariteti klasor jan\u00eb karakteristik\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e t\u00eb privilegjuarve qoft\u00eb edhe e dy kombeve \u201carmike\u201d. P\u00ebrball\u00eb kombit, te t\u00eb pasurit (n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast t\u00eb privilegjuarit) vlen klasa (lexo: privilegji i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt) m\u00eb tep\u00ebr. Vet\u00ebm t\u00eb varf\u00ebrit i han\u00eb foret e nacionalizmit e t\u00eb fetarizmit. K\u00ebshtu ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb.]<\/p>\n<p>Para k\u00ebsaj kohe, keni tregimet e maltretimeve sistematike n\u00ebp\u00ebr autobus\u00eb apo at\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn q\u00eb polic\u00ebt serb\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytetin e Prishtin\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjetat rrihnin vet\u00ebm ata q\u00eb i dallonin se nuk ishin t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. Aq e leht\u00eb ishte pra, t\u2019i dalloje, se dallimet ishin t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>Po sikur pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia klasore t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb arsyeja e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e rebelimit t\u00eb klas\u00ebs s\u00eb bujq\u00ebve fshatar\u00eb? P\u00ebrpara se ta shtrojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tez\u00eb na duhen edhe disa konstatime p\u00ebr ta nd\u00ebrtuar si argument m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb bot\u00ebrore pushteti i kapur nga \u201cqytetar\u00ebt\u201d e Gjakov\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb evidente q\u00eb drejtuan gjith\u00eb investimet n\u00eb qytetin e tyre, lan\u00eb rajonin e Rrafshit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb mjerim. Po k\u00ebshtu, nd\u00ebrtuan pastaj nj\u00ebfar\u00eb klase sunduese q\u00eb identifikonte veten kryesisht n\u00eb diferenc\u00eb me \u201ckatundar\u00ebt\u201d. Kuptohet, k\u00ebta i mundonte nj\u00eb kompleks inferioriteti q\u00eb vinte nga ep\u00ebrsia e elit\u00ebs n\u00eb Beograd e cila as q\u00eb mund t\u00eb krahasohej me personin m\u00eb t\u00eb arrir\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. I shtypuri shtyp, kur ka mund\u00ebsi. K\u00ebshtu ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me dhjet\u00ebra vite \u201ckatundar\u00ebt\u201d u lan\u00eb pa arsim cil\u00ebsor, t\u00eb papun\u00eb (\u00ebsht\u00eb fjala n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn publike e nd\u00ebrmarrjet publike ku g\u00eblonin gjakovar\u00ebt), madje edhe pa minimumin e dinjitetit, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Nouveau riche (t\u00eb pasurit e rinj \u2013 term q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruan ata q\u00eb pasurohen brenda nj\u00eb gjenerate pa ndonj\u00eb bazament t\u00eb trash\u00ebguar ekonomik) e Gjakov\u00ebs dhe Prishtin\u00ebs b\u00ebnin pushime n\u00eb Budva e Dubrovnik.<\/p>\n<p>Dallimi klasor mes atyre q\u00eb jetonin n\u00eb qytete dhe atyre n\u00eb fshatra ishte epokal. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb qytetet ishin njoftuar me industrin\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit nj\u00ebzet\u00eb, q\u00eb krijoi nj\u00eb ambient t\u00eb ri social &#8211; grat\u00eb filluan t\u00eb pun\u00ebsoheshin n\u00eb administrat\u00eb, pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt organizoheshin n\u00eb sindikata, ata p\u00ebrfitonin nga kredit\u00eb e p\u00ebrjetshme e b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb jet\u00eb deri diku luksoze p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr fshatrat ende merreshin me bujq\u00ebsi n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient social gati gati mesjetar. Por ajo q\u00eb po provoj t\u00eb ngris \u00ebsht\u00eb roli i k\u00ebsaj armiq\u00ebsie klasore n\u00eb nisjen e konfliktit t\u00eb armatosur nga ana e shqiptar\u00ebve (lexo: fshatar\u00ebve) t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj teze nuk na hyn m\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb historia, por e sotmja. Sjellja tolerante e krahut t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, apo m\u00eb sakt\u00eb e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve e tyre me prejardhje nga klasa e t\u00eb shtypurve, karshi Serbis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb treguesi q\u00eb p\u00ebr mendimin tim paraqet t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e q\u00ebllimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj lufte, n\u00ebse jo p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e saj n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht p\u00ebr drejtuesit e k\u00ebsaj lufte.<\/p>\n<p>Kur u b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pasur vet, pra pasi b\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebnin funksionar\u00ebt gjakovar\u00eb dikur me pun\u00ebsime e investime lokaliste, Serbia m\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr ta. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr suksese t\u00eb reja n\u00eb nivel politik lokal e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Kush p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb cop\u00eb pushteti lokal e kush p\u00ebr reputacion nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, drejtuesit e luft\u00ebs q\u00eb na paraqitet si komb\u00ebtare, me bekimin e Serbis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrmes saj arrijn\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb veta. Dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo q\u00eb na tregon se lufta nga ana e tyre nuk ka pasur karakter komb\u00ebtar, por ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb rebelim klasor. Deri k\u00ebtu gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb brenda ides\u00eb s\u00eb revolucionit klasor q\u00eb un\u00eb e shoh me admirim. Por, si\u00e7 r\u00ebndom b\u00ebjn\u00eb revolucionar\u00ebt e pap\u00ebrgatitur, k\u00ebta tradh\u00ebtuan klas\u00ebn e vet (t\u00eb fshatar\u00ebve), u pasuruan p\u00ebr vete, nd\u00ebrruan, si t\u00eb thuash, l\u00ebkur\u00eb me sjellje e me veshje t\u00eb reja (kishte edhe t\u00eb atill\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ia arrit\u00ebn me sukses) dhe ja, p\u00ebrpara nesh shfaqen si Nouveau riche (klasa e re e t\u00eb pasurve) e pajisur edhe me pushtet formal. Parashikim poashtu i teoricien\u00ebve marksist\u00eb kur analizojn\u00eb sjelljet reaksionare t\u00eb bujq\u00ebve rebel\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk them se ata ishin t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm, dhe mund t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb as sot, por tashm\u00eb p\u00ebr neve duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb se lufta e tyre nuk pati karakter vet\u00ebm komb\u00ebtar apo nacionalist. Karakteri i angazhimit t\u00eb tyre ishte edhe nj\u00eb luft\u00eb personale p\u00ebr avancim klasor e mb\u00ebshtjell\u00eb me petkun nacionalist i cili nga nj\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00eb deleje u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb pallto Dolce Gabanna me t\u00eb arrir\u00eb nivelin e ri klasor prej Nouveau riche-i.<\/p>\n<p>Se si sillen e si funksionojn\u00eb tregojn\u00eb personazhet \u201cZonjat\u201d t\u00eb Stupcave, q\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se cilido studiues kan\u00eb konservuar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn p\u00ebr Nouveau riche-in e epok\u00ebs son\u00eb.
