Mir\u00ebpo, nga pozita aktuale mund ta shtrojm\u00eb pyetjen se: cilat ishin efektet q\u00eb prodhoi ajo gjendje dhe cila \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhja e saj me aktualitetin? Arsimi, por edhe jeta paralele e organizuar p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb atyre viteve, ushtrohej n\u00ebn masa t\u00eb dhunshme, pra n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Konkretisht, shkollat mbanin m\u00ebsim, zhvillonin jet\u00ebn e tyre paralele si nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigjje, q\u00eb ishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb ndaj armikut sesa arsimim. Gjendja e krijuar, kushtet n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ndodheshin shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, ishin t\u00eb atilla q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb paku arsimi mund t\u00eb ofronte at\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7ka ishte i thirrur n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Dhuna ishte sistematike. M\u00ebsimi n\u00ebp\u00ebr sht\u00ebpit\u00eb shkolla zhvillohej n\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb presion. Kushtet nuk e p\u00ebrmbushnin as minimumin. Nuk po flas k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr mungesat eventuale, sepse n\u00eb ato shkolla mungonte \u00e7do gj\u00eb, madje ting\u00ebllon ironike, por aty mungonte edhe m\u00ebsuesi, mungonte nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi, sepse mungonte normaliteti. Prandaj, secili q\u00eb hynte n\u00eb ato objekte ishte i frik\u00ebsuar, q\u00ebndronte aty i frik\u00ebsuar dhe dilte nga aty i frik\u00ebsuar. E pamundur q\u00eb brenda nj\u00eb ore m\u00ebsimi, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb e koh\u00ebs t\u00eb mos i kushtohej gjendjes s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Pothuajse, secila l\u00ebnd\u00eb ishte shnd\u00ebrruar kushtimisht t\u00eb themi n\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb historie. N\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb shkoje n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, pra, vet\u00eb prania fizike e secilit aty, ishte nj\u00eb akt patriotik, q\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete shprehte nj\u00eb akt rezistence. Kjo lloj sjelljeje (e natyrshme p\u00ebr rrethanat) kishte forcuar edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb iden\u00eb q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria kosovare e kishte p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn, deri n\u00eb idealizim. P\u00ebr shqiptarin n\u00ebn Jugosllavi dhe pastaj n\u00ebn Serbi, shkolla perceptohej dhe p\u00ebrjetohej s\u00eb pari si nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7lirim. Idealizimi kishte marr\u00eb aso p\u00ebrmasa glorifikuese saq\u00eb besohej (ky besim na p\u00ebrshkon edhe sot) se\u00a0<em>pa shkoll\u00eb nuk ke asgj\u00eb<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-down\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Paslufta<\/em>\u00a0&#8211; mir\u00ebpo, pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs ne u kthyem n\u00eb\u00a0<em>tok\u00ebn e shenjt\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0t\u00eb dijes, n\u00eb objektet arsimore. Entuziazmi i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet sot. Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, q\u00eb nga themelimi, nuk kishte pasur banor\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Nuk ka lidhje a jan\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb tuaja p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar, ti duhet t\u00eb shkosh atje, sepse secili q\u00eb ka lindur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm edhe p\u00ebr universitet. Kriteri i vet\u00ebm ishte se nuk kishte kritere (sic)! Duke qen\u00eb shkolla kaq e idealizuar nd\u00ebr ne, dikujt iu kujtua q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ta p\u00ebrkthente n\u00eb pushtet dhe ashtu ndodhi dhe po ndodh\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite. Q\u00eb nga shkolla fillore e deri n\u00eb akademi gjith\u00e7ka u kthye n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie politike. M\u00ebsues, drejtor shkollash, profesor\u00eb universiteti, rektor\u00eb, akademik\u00eb, nx\u00ebn\u00ebs e student\u00eb u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb militant\u00eb partish politike. Asnj\u00eb tani nuk e shihte arsimin si nj\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb, si dikur, por si nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e art\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime personale. Stafi i shkollave t\u00eb mesme, bashk\u00eb me drejtor\u00ebt e tyre, ishte aty q\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vilte vota p\u00ebr partin\u00eb e cila e kishte sjell\u00eb aty. K\u00ebta e mbanin partin\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, kurse partia k\u00ebta i mbante n\u00eb pozitat e shkoll\u00ebs. Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs ishte (dhe vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb) vendi ku partit\u00eb politike vazhdojn\u00eb pushtetin, ose bien nga pushteti. E gjith\u00eb kjo ishte p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb fuqishme nepotizmi dhe klientele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>N\u00eb vazhdim e tutje<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 pothuajse secili q\u00eb ka kaluar\u00a0<em>pragun<\/em>\u00a0e ndonj\u00eb fakulteti n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0<strong>shp\u00ebrblyer<\/strong>\u00a0me nj\u00eb diplom\u00eb. N\u00eb historin\u00eb e vet\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kosovare prej se ekziston, nuk ka pasur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer shkoll\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb certifikuar. N\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb doktor\u00ebt e shkenc\u00ebs g\u00eblojn\u00eb sikur milingonat para shiut. M\u00ebsues, profesor\u00eb, shkrimtar\u00eb, akademik\u00eb, gazetar\u00eb, historian\u00eb, gjeodet\u00eb, matematikan\u00eb, doktor\u00eb\u2026, kemi p\u00ebr eksport. Tituj shkencor\u00eb pafund, por shkenc\u00eb askund. T\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ardh\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet (edhe k\u00ebto partit\u00eb q\u00eb fituan zgjedhjet e 6 tetorit 2019 si\u00e7 duket nuk p\u00ebrjashtohen nga ky rregull), p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e arsimit nuk e kan\u00eb pasur n\u00eb fokus. Politika aq shum\u00eb e ka keqp\u00ebrdorur arsimin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb strukturore institucionale sa q\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb t\u00eb krijohet p\u00ebrshtypja se ndryshimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mision i pamundur. Duke prodhuar t\u00eb ashtuquajturit analfabet\u00eb funksional\u00eb, shoq\u00ebria kosovare \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kolaps nga njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb bartin nj\u00eb certifikat\u00eb kualifikimi akademik profesional. Ky kolaps pastaj ka krijuar nj\u00eb zhvler\u00ebsim n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat dhe prandaj sot nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb risie n\u00ebse je af\u00ebr 30 vje\u00e7 dhe mban titullin\u00a0<em>doctor shkence<\/em>\u00a0(nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb jesh doktor shkence edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, por kjo tek ne \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar kaher\u00eb n\u00eb dukuri). Pra, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri kur bien vlerat (e k\u00ebtu tek ne ky ka qen\u00eb q\u00ebllimi), at\u00ebher\u00eb gjithsecili e konsideron vet\u00ebn si t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019iu qasur nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsire publike me nj\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb pashoq. Kjo m\u00eb nuk ka lidhje me pozit\u00ebn, as me fush\u00ebn, por kjo ka lidhje me besimin e krijuar p\u00ebr vete se askush nuk mund ta zgjidh\u00eb problemin eventual m\u00eb mir\u00eb se ti (ju kujtohet vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese n\u00eb rastin e president\u00ebve Sejdiu dhe Pacolli, apo rasti me demarkacionin me Malin e Zi, kur secili e ndjente veten kompetent p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb me problematika shum\u00eb specifike?) Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi kur thuhet se sa m\u00eb pak q\u00eb di, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb guxim ke.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Sot<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 sa her\u00eb q\u00eb dalin rezultatet e testit PISA, shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb e kap nj\u00eb sek\u00eblldi dhe nj\u00eb \u00e7irrje e paskrupullt, duke mallkuar k\u00ebdo q\u00eb na del para n\u00eb lidhje me gjendjen e keqe n\u00eb arsim. Dhe shum\u00eb shpejt na kap nj\u00eb\u00a0<em>demenc\u00eb kolektive<\/em> deri n\u00eb rezultatin e radh\u00ebs (p\u00ebrve\u00e7 disa OJQ-ve q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb e kan\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe mbijetes\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb i udh\u00ebheqin ato). Partit\u00eb q\u00eb fitojn\u00eb pushtetin koalicionet e tyre i b\u00ebjn\u00eb me nj\u00eb grindje t\u00eb g\u00ebrditshme se kush po i merr ato pozita qeveris\u00ebse ku qarkullon paraja apo mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb vjedhur. Mir\u00ebpo, tash e nj\u00ebzet vite ne asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kemi par\u00eb se partit\u00eb jan\u00eb grindur p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit (kjo me gjas\u00eb as q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shekull), sepse arsimi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nga k\u00ebto parti shihet si nj\u00eb sektor q\u00eb nuk t\u00eb garanton mbajtje apo rifitim t\u00eb pushtetit, kur kihet parasysh se rezultatet e prekshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshimi eventual jan\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb afat m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe zgjedhjet sipas rregullit jan\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do kat\u00ebr vjet (sic). Sot secili, si i hutuar, pyet se kush \u00ebsht\u00eb fajtor p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb te tjetri fajin, mir\u00ebpo, harrojm\u00eb se secili prej nesh, n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn q\u00eb jemi, ka faj, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr arsimin, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha fushat. Ky konstatim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsim dhe, si rrjedhim, relativizim i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb. Jo, aspak. \u00cbsht\u00eb konfirmim i nj\u00eb situate tanim\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb. Pse? Sepse asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk jemi ndalur t\u2019i b\u00ebjm\u00eb pyetje vetes se ku na d\u00ebrgon kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e sjelljes ton\u00eb.
