Duke qen\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje me vite e dekada, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e caktuar e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb mund t\u00eb mos e ket\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se si doli ky problem n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe kaq papritur. Un\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqem q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij shkrimi t\u00eb kontribuoj sadopak n\u00eb sqarimin e k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb aktor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ky debat t\u00eb hapet sepse k\u00ebta aktor\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb institucioni publik. Rrjedhimisht, nj\u00eb qytetar i thjesht\u00eb i Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb paguan taksa m\u00eb t\u00eb cilat financohet Teatri Komb\u00ebtar i Kosov\u00ebs, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb i informuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Shto k\u00ebtu edhe faktin q\u00eb tek ne puntor\u00ebt e shtetit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb shikohen me sy edhe aq pozitiv, sidomos kur ata k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb rritje page apo p\u00ebrfitime shtes\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb tre shtresa shoq\u00ebrore qe e kan\u00eb krijuar k\u00ebt\u00eb averzion karshi puntor\u00ebve t\u00eb institucioneve publike. T\u00eb par\u00ebt jan\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb papun\u00eb tash e sa vite. Kjo pjes\u00eb konsideron se ata jan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb anash sistemit padrejt\u00ebsisht. Shpeshher\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb marr\u00eb parasyssh nepotizmin dhe p\u00ebrzgjedjen jo meritore t\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve q\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit ka qen\u00eb praktik\u00eb n\u00eb institucione publike.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dyt\u00eb jan\u00eb\u00a0pjesa e sektorit privat t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vazhdimisht ankohen se nuk u respektoh\u00ebn t\u00eb drejtat. Ata konsiderojn\u00eb q\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt publik\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb privilegje t\u00eb pamerituara n\u00eb krahasim me ta, anipse ndihen m\u00eb superior\u00eb dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb kualifikuar karshi puntor\u00ebve publik.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa e tret\u00eb, grupi q\u00eb i n\u00ebnvler\u00ebson deri n\u00eb tallje pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e institucioneve publike, jan\u00eb megaloman\u00ebt kapitalist\u00eb t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs. Jan\u00eb shefat e k\u00ebtyre te dyt\u00ebve. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e tyre u focuan dhe u rrit\u00ebn n\u00eb forma t\u00eb dyshimta dhe me ndihm\u00ebn poashtu t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti. Shtet ky q\u00eb ironikisht \u00ebsht\u00eb poashtu nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr kontribuesit kryesor\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrceptim q\u00eb ekziston ndaj pun\u00ebtori t\u00eb sektorit publik.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet rikujtuar q\u00eb k\u00ebto vite lidershipi yn\u00eb politik na ka mbajtur ligj\u00ebrata t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr vlerat e tregut liberal e kapitalist, p\u00ebr t\u2019i hapur rrug\u00eb k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb ambienti t\u00eb p\u00ebrshatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr zbatimin e privatizimit. Paradoksalisht, ata e nd\u00ebrtuan dhe transmetuan k\u00ebt\u00eb refren robotik aq pa shije, dhe aq vrazhd\u00eb, sa q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, dhe pa vet\u00ebdijen e tyre, e mboll\u00ebn n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsi t\u00eb mbrapsht\u00eb tek secili prej nesh karshi asaj q\u00eb quh\u00ebt pun\u00eb apo institucion publik.<\/p>\n<p>Filluam q\u00eb ta shfaqim nj\u00ebfar\u00eb per\u00e7mimi ndaj \u00e7do gj\u00ebje q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb publike. N\u00eb shoq\u00ebri u instalua nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsi pothuajse kolektive ku \u00e7kado q\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb publik\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebfar\u00eb obligmi ditor q\u00eb ka mbetur aksidentalisht nga e kaluara, e jo q\u00eb mund te ndodh\u00eb ndonj\u00eb e arrirr\u00eb aty. U krjiua ideja q\u00eb kushdo q\u00eb paguhet nga publikja p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn q\u00eb e b\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrfitues i nj\u00eb privilegji t\u00eb pamerituar, e jo dikush me arritje meritore apo profesionale.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto jan\u00eb disa nga arsyjet q\u00eb \u00a0i shtyn\u00eb shum\u00eb puntor\u00eb\u00a0 t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm dhe profesional\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb stigmatizuar. Ata ose e ul\u00ebn kok\u00ebn, ose filluan\u00a0dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb t\u00eb ikin nga k\u00ebto institucione p\u00ebr t\u2019ua l\u00ebn\u00eb vendin atyre q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb vendin aty!<\/p>\n<p>Kjo po ndodh\u00eb edhe me ansamblin e aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt tashm\u00eb duan t\u00eb futen n\u00eb grev\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>Ansambli q\u00eb prej vitit 1999 e k\u00ebndej \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnvlersuar dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb konsideruar i panevojsh\u00ebm, si nj\u00eb mbeturin\u00eb e ish-sistemit. Gjenerata e vjet\u00ebr e aktor\u00ebve, e cila vinte nga sistemi i kaluar, ishte e hutuar krejt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb amullin\u00eb e pasluft\u00ebs e deri m\u00eb sot. Disa prej tyre, t\u00eb shtyr\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb e duke mos gjetur forc\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me anti-kulturor\u00ebt, u dor\u00ebzuan plot\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>Ata arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e ciklit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb brisht\u00eb. Me t\u00eb ardhura posht\u00ebruese deri n\u00eb pension, e disa deri n\u00eb vdekje. Nd\u00ebrsa aktor\u00ebt me vler\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt erdh\u00ebn pas gjenerat\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, ik\u00ebn nga aty sepse e nuhat\u00ebn se aty nuk ka vullnet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ansamb\u00ebl serioz, e as prespektiv\u00eb p\u00ebr ta. K\u00ebshtu, gjys\u00ebm-ansambli i aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs pothuajse u shua. Ai mbeti nje oaz\u00eb e ndryshkur drejt shuarj\u00ebs, duke u ngush\u00eblluar me nj\u00eb interpretim naiv, se gjoja gjithandej n\u00ebp\u00ebr rajon dhe n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb kan\u00eb vdekur ansamblet e aktor\u00ebve dhe teatrot nacionale.<\/p>\n<p>Realiteti n\u00eb rajon dhe Evrop\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt i ndrysh\u00ebm. Nuk kishte dhe nuk ka vend n\u00eb Ballkan apo n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb q\u00eb ka Teat\u00ebr Komb\u00ebtar pa ansamb\u00ebl t\u00eb aktor\u00ebve. Edhe pas ndryshimit t\u00eb sistemeve ekonomike globale, t\u00eb gjitha vendet treguan kujdes ndaj fushave kryesore t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs. Me fanatiz\u00ebm vazhduan t\u2019i ruajn\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtesin teatrot, galerit\u00eb, operat, baletet, deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe edhe filmin. N\u00eb fundin e shekullit q\u00eb shkoi dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij q\u00eb erdhi, shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb europiane nuhat\u00ebn se kapitalizmi q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb\u00a0hov do t\u2019i rrezikonte deri n\u00eb zhdukje k\u00ebto institucione, sepse asnj\u00ebra prej tyre nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbijetonte\u00a0vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb t\u00eb konsumatorit (publikut).<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, edhe shtetet m\u00eb liberale e kapitaliste t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs nuk rrezikuan t\u00eb eksperimentojn\u00eb me stilin &#8220;shite ose bleje&#8221;. Ato i analizuan rrethanat dhe kuptuan se institucionet dhe prodhimet kulturore nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbijetojn\u00eb pa dor\u00ebn e shtetit, pavar\u00ebsisht se kjo do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ting\u00ebllonte si simptom\u00eb socializmi apo komunizmi. Ato nuk u kompleksuan nga etiketimet q\u00eb mund t\u2019u b\u00ebheshin sepse ishte n\u00eb pyetje mbijetesa e disa fushave t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme kulturore. Nuk e tradh\u00ebtuan r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb e kishte teatri q\u00eb nga antikiteti e deri m\u00eb sot n\u00eb aspektin emancipues, kulturor, politik e intelektual, prandaj nuk lejuan q\u00eb teatri t\u00eb trajtohej vet\u00ebm si relikt historik.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto vende e pranuan trendin e ri global me shum\u00eb kujdes, sidomos n\u00eb raport me kultur\u00ebn. P\u00ebrmes sistemit t\u00eb shtetit krijuan fonde t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta. P\u00ebrmes organizatave jo-qeveritare dhe grupeve t\u00eb ndryshme komerciale apo filantropive e mund\u00ebsuan zhvillimin e sken\u00ebs s\u00eb pavarur e bashk\u00ebkohore, duke ju p\u00ebrshtatur k\u00ebtij tregu q\u00eb tashm\u00eb ishte pothuajse i pashmangsh\u00ebm. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, i fuqizuan teatrot komb\u00ebtare s\u00eb bashku me ansamblet rezidente t\u00eb aktor\u00ebve. Teatrot komb\u00ebtare sot vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb me shum\u00eb sukses dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do vend t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs. Ato din\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb konkurente t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb raport me skenat e pavarura. Var\u00ebsisht prej vendit n\u00eb vend\u00a0 jan\u00eb edhe superiore sa u p\u00ebrket vlerave artistike q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb (Un\u00eb personalisht nuk parap\u00eblqej q\u00eb t\u2019i simpatizoj apo vler\u00ebsoj teatrot n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb em\u00ebrtimit apo statusit q\u00eb kan\u00eb, por n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb veprave dhe vlerave q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sikur ta kishim t\u00eb zhvilluar sken\u00ebn e pavarur dhe bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb teatrit, ndoshta edhe nuk do t\u00eb\u00a0isha kaq shum\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr gjendjen e Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar. Por fatkeq\u00ebsisht, skena e pavarur thuajse nuk ekziston, p\u00ebrjashto k\u00ebtu ndonj\u00eb\u00a0grup shum\u00eb\u00a0t\u00eb vog\u00ebl apo ndonj\u00eb individ ambicioz. Kjo i bie q\u00eb sistemi yn\u00eb politik lere q\u00eb nuk arriti ta krijoj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vizion kulturor apo mund\u00ebsi zhvillimi p\u00ebr sken\u00ebn e pavarur, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje q\u00eb as teatrin e saj komb\u00ebtar, me ansamblin e tij prej 25 aktor\u00ebsh, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb si duhet.<\/p>\n<p>Karshi sken\u00ebs s\u00eb pavarur, politika vepron sipas disponimit dhe qejfit t\u00eb ministrave t\u00eb caktuar, apo duke e hequr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb prej tij. Ndersa ndaj Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar politika vepron sikur t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb patate e nxeht\u00eb. Nuk din\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me t\u00eb! Kuptohet se n\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori,\u00a0nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb fajit e ka edhe komuniteti artistik. Sot pas dy dekadash po i shohim edhe pasojat e oportunizmit dhe heshtjes s\u00eb artist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Sot ne, si nj\u00eb brez i ri aktor\u00ebsh, kemi vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb thyejm\u00eb heshtjen, dhe t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb me k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesat tona. I konsiderojm\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht t\u00eb drejta! Ne aktor\u00ebt e Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar nuk kemi turp q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb na takon, sepse k\u00ebt\u00eb hapesir\u00eb e kemi fituar me kualifikim, p\u00ebrkushtim, angazhim dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi. Ne nuk duam t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb kok\u00ebulur duke k\u00ebrkuar l\u00ebmosh\u00eb. Ne nuk duam q\u00eb me krenari t\u00eb tepruar e mendj\u00ebmadh\u00ebsi t\u00eb zgjidhim problemin ton\u00eb duke ikur nga ai teat\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur mund\u00ebsi tjera. Ne jemi aty sepse ai teat\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb i joni dhe ne i takojm\u00eb atij.<\/p>\n<p>Ne, aktor\u00ebt e Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb\u00a0Kosov\u00ebs, nuk konsiderojm\u00eb se jemi m\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb se qytetar\u00ebt tjer\u00eb, e as nuk jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb iluzione nostalgjike t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb kaluara, ku privilegjet e pamerituara kan\u00eb ditur t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb theksuara. Teatri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vend social e as hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ku duhet t\u00eb zbutet papun\u00ebsia. Ne kemi hyr\u00eb aty t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb teat\u00ebr, t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb art, t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb konkurrenc\u00eb, e jo t\u00eb ngush\u00ebllohemi n\u00eb byfen\u00eb e teatrit! K\u00ebt\u00eb e kemi d\u00ebshmuar q\u00eb disa vite, sidomos prej kur ka rifilluar pun\u00ebn ansambli rezident.<\/p>\n<p>E mira \u00ebsht\u00eb se puna jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr pun\u00ebt m\u00eb transparente q\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb. Puna jon\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb fshihet e as te kamuflohet. Puna jon\u00eb mund t\u00eb matet, t\u00eb shihet dhe t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoh\u00ebt nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Teatri Komb\u00ebtar prej se e ka ri-aktivizuar ansamblin edhe me aktor\u00ebt e rinj, e ka rritur volumin e shfaqjeve dhe reprizave si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb teatri nuk do t\u00eb mund ta b\u00ebnte pa ansamblin, sepse kostoja e honorareve q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t&#8217;ua paguante aktor\u00ebve me kontrata mbi vep\u00ebr do ta trefishonte nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr buxhet.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb\u00e7ka ka ndryshuar n\u00eb Teatrin Komb\u00ebtar prej se \u00ebsht\u00eb ri-funksionalizuar ansambli.\u00a0Por ajo q\u00eb nuk ka ndrushuar \u00ebsht\u00eb pagesa e aktor\u00ebve. P\u00ebrkundrazi, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar, sepse shfaqjet jan\u00eb shtuar, dhe e gjith\u00eb kjo barr\u00eb shtes\u00eb ka r\u00ebn\u00eb mbi aktor\u00ebt dhe pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e sken\u00ebs. Aktori duh\u00eb t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb prova gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebs p\u00ebr shfaqjen e re n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn punon, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje i duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet gati p\u00ebr t\u00eb luajtur ndonj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej shfaqjeve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb program. Orari i aktorit n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb muajit i fillon ne ora 10 t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit dhe p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb ora 23:00 t\u00eb nat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Krejt n\u00eb fund, n\u00ebse dikush mendon se brenda Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar ka t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e meritojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ne po e k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb me t\u00eb le t\u00eb merren menaxhmenti, bordi, dhe ministria, etj, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregulloret, e jo t\u00eb sakrifikoh\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebsojn\u00eb edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb idioti aksidental. Ne aktor\u00ebt e Teatrit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs jemi t\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb kauz\u00ebs son\u00eb\u00a0t\u2019i shkojm\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund!
