Ky moment po p\u00ebrball seriozisht pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit komunitet nd\u00ebr vete, teksa institucioni menaxhues (BIK-u), nga pozicioni mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs p\u00ebr praktikuesit ndryshe t\u00eb islamit, s\u00eb voni nd\u00ebrron kurs duke ndier rrezikun e p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjes nd\u00ebrislame n\u00eb vend. Raportet policore t\u00eb deritashme nuk kan\u00eb evidentuar ndonj\u00eb rast islamofobie, por kan\u00eb identifikuar raste t\u00eb personave, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e luft\u00ebrave t\u00eb huaja.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsisoj, grupeve ekstremiste fetare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb lansimi i tez\u00ebs s\u00eb islamofobis\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb problemi i par\u00eb t\u00eb mos shihet si i till\u00eb, por t\u00eb zhvendoset n\u00eb taborin e problemit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kosovare me islamin.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, shpikja e konceptit t\u00eb islamofobis\u00eb n\u00eb kontekstin kosovar, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje adekuate p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb caktuar psikologjike dhe sociale q\u00eb ka kjo shoq\u00ebri. \u00cbsht\u00eb adoptim i zbeht\u00eb dhe artificial i pozit\u00ebs q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb mysliman\u00ebt n\u00eb disa pjes\u00eb apo lagje t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, ku me vet\u00ebp\u00ebrcaktim ata jan\u00eb mbyllur, duke refuzuar integrimin me pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr myslimane, gjithnj\u00eb me pretendimin e t\u00eb qenit islam autentik.<\/p>\n<p>Duke qen\u00eb vend me shumic\u00eb myslimane \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht e palogjikshme q\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktim religjioz t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb fobi.<\/p>\n<p>Konflikti i krijuar n\u00ebn pretekstin e fes\u00eb nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me konfliktin e jasht\u00ebm, por me at\u00eb t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces dinamik. Grindja e brendshme te grupet fetare vije si rezultat edhe p\u00ebr shkak interesave jo fetare, p\u00ebr at\u00eb t\u00eb prij\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe pushtetit si dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb \u00e7arjeve t\u00eb tjera brenda grupit. Prandaj, p\u00ebrplasjet brenda BIK-ut nuk jan\u00eb prodhim i rastit. Ato hap\u00ebn mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rikonceptim t\u00eb relacionit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb me besimin islam.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb mend\u00ebsi q\u00eb sa her\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00ebdo problemi, jan\u00eb dy tabor\u00eb:\u00a0p\u00ebr\u00a0dhe\u00a0kund\u00ebr,\u00a0ndaj dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb kan\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb diskurs i cili nuk arrin asnj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb opinion t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm lidhur me nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb caktuar. Kjo, m\u00eb pas derivon n\u00eb pengimin e krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb epistemiologjie q\u00eb m\u00ebton t\u2019i p\u00ebrafrohet nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtete, e n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb saj, dominojn\u00eb paragjykimet dhe\u00a0konstruksionet e tilla.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk ka islamofobi, por fobi, ndaj veprimeve q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb prishin kohezionin brenda komunitetit mysliman, por edhe n\u00eb relacion me komunitetet e tjera. K\u00ebsaj fobie duhet t\u2019i gjendet antidoti, sepse rreziku nuk vjen nga komunitetet religjioze pakic\u00eb, porse nga ai q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shumic\u00ebn.
